Milwaukee, WI - On Tuesday, the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) confirmed that they haven't been able to determined the final results of a reconstruction crash that claimed the life of motorcycle enthusiast and former Mixtecas Motorcycle Club president Donald Lee Dutch, 42, aka, "Casper" on August 10. The MPD is awaiting toxicology test results from both Dutch and the driver of a vehicle involved in the fatal collision. Dutch passed away five days later after life supports were removed.
Once the results are received, the results will be sent to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office for review, according to Lieutenant Mark Stanmeyer, the MPD Public Relations Supervisor.
Dutch was heading Northbound on the S. 16th Viaduct and a vehicle was heading Westbound on Clybourn when they collided at the intersection. A video surveillance camera at the corner on the Marquette University captured the collision. Dutch's family members have requested a copy of the fatal accident video from the university, but Marquette University will only release it under a subpoena request, according to family members.
The first officer at the scene was a Marquette University Public Safety officer.
