Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, a male driver lost control just before 11:10 p.m. of his vehicle and struck a signal light at the intersection of S. 35th St. and W. Lincoln Ave. Several people say, the driver seemed like he was speeding and lost control of his vehicle and made a 360 degree circle before coming into a stop on top of a lane dividing curb island.
The driver and passenger of another vehicle going westbound on W. Lincoln Ave. say, that the driver that crashed into the signal light pole missed them by a few seconds. According to the driver of the second vehicle, the other driver was heading northbound on S. 30th St. when he lost control.
Police gave a field sobriety test to the driver who crashed at the scene. A female relative had to be called to translate for the driver in order to conduct the sobriety test.
No injuries were reported by police.
