Kid amitted to exposing himself

Milwaukee - On Wednesday, a 12-year-old juvenile admitted to exposing himself to women in the 2200 block of S. 30th St. A woman walking her dog on S. 30 on Tuesday at about 6:30 p.m. was approached by the juvenile.
The juvenile asked her for the time and then raised his shirt and exposed his erection to the woman. She told him, that what he had just done was every inappropriate for his age and shouldn't be exposing himself. He walked North and then turned around and yelled "Hey bitch, come (pointing down at his penis) and suck this."
The woman is sending out an alert to other women in the area as well as young teenage girls, including children to be aware and call police, if they have been also exposed to the juvenile.
The child is being identified only as a juvenile due to his actions and causing alarm among the children in the neighborhood. Several of the children were able to locate where the juvenile lives after they saw a picture of him. The juvenile lives in the same block and other neighbors a block East have said, the same juvenile had gone to their homes and knocked on the door. When the women opened the door, the juvenile asked them, if they're married and if Adrian lives there.
Earlier in the day, the juvenile was walking barefooted in the 98 degree hot and humid weather, which to some of the kids who saw him seemed weird.
Milwaukee police are investigating the penis exposure incident by the child and around 10:30 p.m. went to the juvenile's residence and are expected to talk to his mother. Police are treating this incident as a priority two, according to Officer Anthony Bialachi from Police District 2.
The hottest day of the Summer was Wednesday, according to the weather report.
