Facebook Not Disabling Scam Pages Offering Fake Driver Licenses For $1,500 Without Driving Tests For The Undocumented In The U.S.

Facebook seems to be allowing potential scammers who post in the social media pages that they offer driver licenses for the undocumented from any state including Wisconsin for $1,500 or more.

Wisconsin, U.S.A. - Unfortunately, scammers are targeting the undocumented in the U.S.A. through the social network called Facebook (FB) without being policed by its community standards. The scammers posted FB pages in Spanish geared for the undocumented, which the scammers offer the undocumented fake driver licenses via mail from any state in the U.S.A. for a cost of $1,500 or more.

The FB scammers also say in their advertising posts that the undocumented don't need to take a driving test to get a fake license from any state including Wisconsin.

Wisconsin doesn't allow undocumented drivers to apply for driver licenses or permits, except if the undocumented is a federal registered DACA recipient and has temporary legal status to remain in the country.

The Wisconsin State legislature in anticipation of the REAL ID Act in 2005, passed a state law in March 2006 entitled Act 126. The Act was signed immediately into law by Governor James "Jim" Doyle (D) to secure infrastructure federal funding to fix state highways. The Act 126 bans undocumented immigrants and persons who do not have a social security number from obtaining a driver's license or identification in Wisconsin.

The following states under state laws that have been approved for the undocumented to apply for driver licenses are California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New Mexico, Nevada, Massachusetts New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, Virginia and Washington. For information on how to apply for a driver's license, contact the corresponding state agency that issues driver licenses.

But, those undocumented applying for a driver's license must appear at the state driver license agency to take a written road rule and traffic sign test, driving test and an eye test.

If anyone offers an undocumented individual a driver license for $1,500 or more without taking any driving tests and etc., it is a scam (fake).

In Wisconsin, the fee for an orginal Class D regular valid driver license is $34.00 for 8 years.

Shame on Facebook for allowing unscrupulous scammers to prey on the undocumented population in their own social META network.
