Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, Michael Smith Sr. is being hailed as a good samaritan for spotting Levina M. Stones, 21, standing at a parking lot in the 3100 block of W. Capitol Ave. JayGee Mitchell posted in his Facebook (FB) account photos of Stones and one of Smith giving Stones a water bottle. According to Mitchell, Stones looked lost, didn't speak much and didn't seem to know where she was at.
Mitchell asked his FB followers if anyone knew of someone that was missing and the post with photos circulated fast on social media. It didn't take long for Stones to be recognized by family members who had reported on FB on early Monday that she had been missing since Sunday afternoon and described Stones with acute psychosis, a condition that renders a person to "looking down, looking confuse or lost."
Stones family members quickly went to the area on Monday where she was located and were united with her. Smith was thanked by family members for locating their lost relative.
