Suspect facing reckless homicide charges in Marin's death.

Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office ruled the death of Leandro Marin, 17, an accidental death. Marin of Greenfield was accidentally shot inside a vehicle by a friend last Friday around 11:45 p.m. at the 1800 block of S. 32nd Street.
Police had detained the friend over the shooting incident. The suspect is facing reckless homicide charges in the incident.
