Spring Pollada De Los Peruanos Held In Milwaukee's South Side

Milwaukee (HNNUSA) - On Sunday, the Peruvian Association of Milwaukee held their Spring "Pollada" at San Vincent de Paul Church basement, 2114 W. Mitchell St. in the south side.  Roberth Rodriguez was one of the DJ's providing music during the event.
A pollada is an event where chicken is cooked and provided as a delight during the event to raise funds for the non-profit organization. The popular chicken plate includes salad, potatoes with ocopa green salsa. The pollada attracts a large gathering of people, including friends and those that enjoy the Peruvian culture.
