Six suspects have been arrested so far in connection with the Juarez U.S. Consulate worker homicides

Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico - The Chihuahua Attorney General's Office announced the arrests on Wednesday of five suspects and members of the Barrio Azteca gang involved in the March 13, homicides in Juarez of a U.S. Consulate worker, her husband and another man. The suspects were identified as Enrique Guajardo López, aka “El Kike,” Raúl Gerardo Calderón Loera aka "El Flako," Juan Carlos Duron Moreno, aka “El Travieso,” Eduardo Morales Herrera, aka “El Lalo" and Jesús Manuel Herrera Torres aka “El Cala.”
On March 13, the suspects followed a U.S. Consulate worker and her husband from a birthday party. They were intercepted in a road block and then shot to death. They followed another man married to a U.S. Consulate worker in Juarez and fatally shot him shortly after killing the first two victims.
The victims were identified as U.S. Consulate worker Lesley Ann Enriquez, her husband Arthur H. Redelfs and Jorge Salcido who were the intended targets in Juarez. The leadership of the Juarez Cartel had ordered the killings, according to Ricardo Valles who was previously arrested on March 27 in connection with the homicides.
More suspects are being sought in the U.S. Consulate worker homicide in Mexico, according to authorities.
