The Latino fake MAGA Facebook page Hispanic News Network USA with the link hispanicnewsnetworkusa dot com and red logo was created to promote hate and Nazi propaganda by several local Trump supporters in Wisconsin to raise campaign funds for Trump in August 2019, which connected directly to WinRed and the Trump donation campaign.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - In August 2019, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) was the first alternative news source to exposed the deceptive practice by Mario Herrera, the former Hispanic Outreach Director for the Republican Party of Wisconsin and a known Make America Great Again/Keep America Great (MAGA) Trump supporter and Dawn Maldonado, another known MAGA in Wisconsin who plotted to create the Latino MAGA fake Facebook (FB) page with the red logo to raise funds for the Trump campaign by connecting their link hispanicnewsnetworkusa dot com (now up for sale by GoDaddy/Afternic dot com) to WinRed and to the Trump donation campaign site.
Both Herrera and Maldonado were so upfront (confessed) that Herrera himself posted the plot on his personal FB account of the alleged deception, which has now been exposed as an unwitting scam (fraud) by the Trump campaign to illegally take recurring donations from his own supporters without them knowing, according to the New York Times report.
According to the New York Times and Fox News, once a donor donated an amount to the Trump campaign by using WinRed who processed the donations, it continued to collect donations on a weekly basis from the unsuspecting donor totaling in the thousands of dollars in some cases until they eventually discovered the scam by the Trump campaign.
The donors filed complaints of the Trump campaign deception and the campaign had to refund at least $122.7M to WinRed donors.
In the case of Herrera and Maldonado, the Latino MAGA fake Facebook page used their hispanicnewsnetworkusa dot com link without attribution that it was connected to the WinRed donation site and that by donating through their link, donors would be facing unwitting recurring donations, which today has turned out to be another scam by the Trump campaign. The link was later connected directly to the Trump campaign as well.
Most likely, the Trump campaign or WinRed have not filed campaign donations that were directly generated through the Latino MAGA fake Facebook page in Wisconsin that targeted members of the Latino community in Wisconsin and promoted hate and Nazi propaganda in the guise of a parody front to allegedly scam Trump supporters in Wisconsin through recurring campaign donations.
Editor's note:
Facebook continued to allow for the Latino MAGA fake Facebook page to be active, eventhough FB users reported as fake and that it was spreading hate and promoting Nazi propaganda targeting Latinos in the state to raise funds for the Trump campaign, which turned out to be a unwitting scam to rip off supporters was actually taking place.
Last year, HNNUSA contacted via email both WinRed and the Trump campaign concerning the Latino MAGA fake page that was engaging in a deceptive act to raise funds for the Trump campaign. Neither WinRed or the Trump campaign responded to the inquiry concerning their connection to the Latino MAGA fake page created by Herrera and Maldonado from Wisconsin.
Also, most of the Latino MAGAs that were able to be identified from Wisconsin were easily known through their likes by name and FB profiles for the fake page and their posted likes on posts in the Latino MAGA fake Facebook page.
Update: Apparently after this report was published, it seems that someone has bought the www dot Hispanic News Network USA dot com link from Daddy again to connect to the Bitnami site and are now using Facebook as a tool to continue to engage in false information and malicious defamation content without a byline and posting false content anonymously against a member or members of the Latino community in Wisconsin, but what can anyone expect from Trump Latino MAGAs. They are certainly leaving behind a digital trail for a possible legal action against them, but these MAGAs don't have much of anything of value, but only debts.
Another Latino MAGA who knows Herrera personally and requested not to be named confirmed to HNNUSA that Mario Herrera was the actual byline author of most of the false posts in the fake MAGA Facebook account page and the Bitnami site, which Herrera didn't identified himself and it seems that he doesn't have the courage to do so, while he writes anonymously, in an attempt to avoid liability for his false and malicious defamation posts against a member or members of the Latino community in Wisconsin.
