Two Dead From ELMNT Lounge Drive-by Shooting Identified, Antwan Hogans, 52, Known As OG Tweezy And Kevin Lewis, 39, Known As Bubbs Dubbs In Downtown Milwaukee, Three Other Victims Ages, 30, 32 And 34 Injured

Two men killed in a drive-by shooting on early Saturday at ELMNT Lounge have been identified as Hogans and Lewis, known in the night club entertainment Gangsta (rap) music venue.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) learned the name of the second homicide victim killed in a drive-by shooting on early Saturday at ELMNT Lounge at the 600 block of N. Water Street in downtown Milwaukee. The second victim was identified as Kevin Lewis, 39, aka, Bubbs Dubbs from Milwaukee. Lewis passed away from his injuries at a local hospital at 11:33 a.m. on Saturday, according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.

The first homicide victim identified by HNNUSA on early Saturday was Antwan Hogans, 52, aka, OG Tweezy who passed away from his injuries after he was shot in front of ELMNT Lounge. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office pronounced Hogans deceased at 12:44 a.m. on Saturday, and is investigating the deaths of Hogans and Lewis as homicides.

Hogans as a entertainment promoter was hosting a concert and rap music venue event on Friday, July 11, 2025 at ELMNT Lounge.

According to police, they responded to shots fired around 12:07 a.m. on early Saturday at the 600 block of N. Water Street, when they arrived they located Hogans and Lewis including three other victims ages 30, 32 and 34 suffering from gunshot wounds from an apparent drive-by shooting. Life-saving measures were performed by police on Hogans and Lewis, but Hogans died at the scene, and Lewis was conveyed to a local hospital where he later died. The three other victims suffered non-life threatening injuries and were expected to survive, according to Milwaukee police.

Hogans is known as a Gangsta Rap Artist and was the owner of Hookahs By Tweezy at the 6000 block of W. Fond du Lac Ave. in Milwaukee. Hogans also ran for City of Milwaukee mayor in 2015.

Milwaukee police are searching for a suspect(s) in connection with the drive-by shooting homicides of Hogans and Lewis. No arrests have been made in the case.

Update: On Monday, July 14, 2025, Milwaukee police confirmed that a 24-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection with the Hogans and Lewis homicides including three other victims that were injured in a drive-by.
