Concha, former executive director of the Republican Hispanic Community Center has been criminally charged with disorderly conduct including domestic abuse in Milwaukee County.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Monday, Patricia Concha, 57, of West Allis was criminally charged with one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct including domestic abuse, according to Milwaukee County court records.
If convicted, Concha is facing up to 90 days in jail and up to $1,000 in fines, or both. A signature bond of $1,000 was set for Concha, but a bond bail hearing was also set for July 11, 2025.
In January 2024, Concha was taken into custody for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant issued on August 8, 2019 for failing to appear in court to face one misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/control substance/refusal), according to Milwaukee County court records.
In September 2021, while Concha was working as the executive director of the Republican Hispanic Community Center in the Southside of Milwaukee located at the 1300 block of W. Lincoln Ave., she had an active warrant.
