Milwaukee Double Christmas Day 2024 Homicide Suspect 18-year-old Jeremiah N. Taylor Arrested Along With 4 Suspects In Cudahy After A Police Pursuit Of Stolen Vehicle And Crash

Taylor has been on the run since late December 2024, and was wanted in connection with the double homicide in the Southside of Milwaukee on Christmas Day.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, wanted double homicide suspect Jeremiah N. Taylor, 18, of Milwaukee was taken into custody after a police pursuit and crash around 7:30 a.m. at I-794 and Howard Avenue in Cudahy. Taylor was among 4 other suspects in a stolen vehicle which crashed and the 4 suspects and Taylor attempted to flee from the scene, but South Milwaukee police arrested Taylor and the rest of the suspects were also taken into custody by police. Taylor suffered crash injuries and is being treated at a local hospital. 

A firearm with a automatic switch was recovered in the vehicle, according to police.

When released from the hospital, Taylor will remain under arrest in connection with the December 25, 2024 double homicide of Exziel Rivera, 15, and Nayah Vásquez, 18, at the 1100 block of S. 37 Street in the Southside of Milwaukee.

If convicted for the double homicide (2 felony counts), Taylor is facing up to 60 years in prison and up to $100,000 in fines, or both for each count of 1st-degree reckless homicide.
