Latino Music Day Performers At Summerfest 2025 Share Smaller Stage, No Longer Performing At Main Stage

The Summerfest 2025 organizers have moved all the Latino Music Day performers to a smaller stage and no longer perform at one of the main stages this year.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Saturday, June 28th, another annual Latin Music Day will be presented at Summerfest 2025, but this year all of the scheduled Latino music entertainers, dancers, Latin DJs and performers will perform from 12:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at the Aurora Pavilion Stage, which is a smaller side stage by the middle entrance to the music fest instead of traditionally showcasing at one of the three main stages at the Henry Maier Festival Park sponsored by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., a nonprofit private organization.

The main Latin Music Day performing group is Grupo Mania, a popular Merengue group from Puerto Rico. Mania is scheduled to perform at 7:00 p.m. (Song link: https://youtu.be/tH39S-yjUHg).

Also, J. Torres, a Bachatero singer, originally from Puerto Rico will perform at 5:45 p.m. (Song link: https://youtu.be/3yNkx-uq5tE), and Milwaukee's local Salsero artist and singer Junior Rivera and his Orchestra (Orquesta) will perform at 4:30 p.m. (Song link: https://youtu.be/bEfJr4L6qqQ).

According to Summerfest 2025, on Saturday, June 28, the Aurora Pavilion at Summerfest will be home to Latin Music Day presented by Aurora Health Care with support from Telemundo Wisconsin. 

Highlights include:

Latin and salsa music throughout the day from Junior Rivera and His Orchestra, J Torres, Grupo Mania, and others, closing with DJ Don B and & Friends spinning Latin hits.

From Noon – 3:15 p.m., local dance studio Daync will be onsite in the Aurora Pavilion teaching fans dance moves from various Latin styles. Experienced fans are welcome to jump in and showcase their moves alongside the beginners. (Video link: https://www.facebook.com/share/r/19CWBE6irU/)
