Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, Robert Allen Walczykowski Sr., 62, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct for a deferred agreement that would eventually find him not guilty, if he completes all the stipulations required in the plea agreement.
Walczykowski was facing 90 days in prison and up to $1,000 in fines.
Walczykowski was taken into custody and charged criminally for grabbing a young special needs Black man by the throat and kept him from leaving while calling 911 for an alleged accusation of stealing a bicycle along or knowing another individual that took a bicycle two days earlier.
Walczykowski Sr. on October 10, 2022 in front of his home 2143 S. 25th Street in Milwaukee assaulted Trevon Burks, 24, in the middle of the street and held him against his will while grabbing Burks by the neck with his left hand until DeAngelo Wright, a good samaritan arrived at the scene and began to record the incident and forced Walczykowski to release Burks neck. Wright's live Facebook video went viral.
