McCradic fatally shot Williams over a $20 loan dispute, according to police.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Thursday, Rhian D. McCradic, 24, who was charged with 1st-degree reckless homicide had his bail set at $100,000 in connection with the May 11th homicide of Arthur B. Williams, 32, at the 2400 block of S. 5th Place in the Southside of Milwaukee.
If convicted, McCradic is facing up to 60 years in prison.
McCradic surrendered to police on May 15 and claims that he and Williams got into a dispute over a $20.00 loan that Williams owed. Williams had gotten into an argument with McCradic's wife and McCradic ended up shooting Williams to death. Williams suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Police recovered 10 spent bullet cartridges at the crime scene.
McCradic told police that after the first gunshot striking Williams, he blacked out and afterwards learned he had emptied the gun at Williams, according to the criminal complaint.
