Security Guard In Milwaukee Was Video Recorded By His Partner Detaining And Telling A Mental Deficient Man To Commit A Sexual Act

Video shows security guard struggle with a mental deficient man, handcuffed his wrist and tells him to perform a sexual act on someone else.

Milwaukee, WI - A disturbing video posted by Manuel Torres (also known as Jensen Torres) on Facebook showing Wisconsin Public Security LLC security guard Aramis Jose Vega Quiñones struggling with a man who seems to be exhibiting a mentally deficiency condition who was allegedly accused of stealing from a local grocery store, the Greenfield Pantry at the 1100 block of W. Greenfield Ave. in Milwaukee. Vega Quiñones apparently detained the man by placing a handcuff in one wrist and then tells him to tell Miguel that he "will eat his behind (ass)" on video in order to release him. Vega Quiñones also told the man not to ever bother him or Miguel, according to the video.

When contacted, an employee at Greenfield Pantry confirmed that Wisconsin Public Safety is doing security at the location.

We at Greenfield Pantry are investigating the Video that you posted today regarding our security company Wisconsin Public Security LLC.   We are disturbed by the video and will adress this and what our next steps are in the coming hours or day.

A Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (WDFI) record search for Wisconsin Public Security LLC resulted that it has not been registered with the WDFI.

Apparently, Vega Quiñones, the security guard at the Greenfield Pantry is actually employed by Miguel Diaz Flores who operates under the Wisconsin Public Safety Agency.

When contacted, Miguel Diaz Flores also known as Michael Diaz wouldn't confirm or deny that he was associated with the Wisconsin Public Security LLC. Diaz says, that both security guards, Torres and Vega Quiñones don't work for him. A photo released to Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) by Jose Carrasquillo III on Facebook shows Vega Quiñones as the Assistant Chief of security for Wisconsin Public Safety.

For what ever reason to post the video, it was posted in poor taste and it only shows Vega Quiñones acting very unprofessional and definitely shows a lack of respect for the public including the victim that he targeted and harassed as a security guard while in uniform and wearing a badge, which also shows a lack of respect for Miguel as well.

Update (July 3, 2020): 

We at Greenfield Pantry have investigated the incident that was posted on your website yesterday and have decided to termintate our contract with our security company and as of tonight starting at 6p.m., we have a new security company handling our security needs.

Por cualquier razón para publicar el video, fue publicado con mal gusto y solo muestra a Vega Quinones actuando de manera poco profesional y definitivamente muestra una falta de respeto para el público, incluida a la víctima a la que atacó y acosó como guardia de seguridad mientras estaba en uniforme y usando una insignia, que también muestra una falta de respeto por Miguel.

Actualización (3 de julio de 2020):

Nosotros en Greenfield Pantry hemos investigado el incidente que se publicó ayer en su sitio web y hemos decidido rescindir nuestro contrato con nuestra compañía de seguridad y a partir de esta noche de las 6 p.m., tenemos una nueva compañía de seguridad que maneja nuestras necesidades de seguridad.
