Milwaukee, WI - On Wednesday, Los Ciegos del Barrio Facebook (FB) page confirmed that the popular group had broken another attendance record at Discovery World in Milwaukee. Los Ciegos del Barrio posted on FB, "As of 2012, we held the all-time attendance record for the 9 year history of this event. Well, we just broke that record by almost 50%. 1750 strong. Thank you, Milwaukee Wisconsin. We will see you next year. We love you!"
Los Ciegos del Barrio or the Blind Boys from the Hood Latin group from New York City performed on Wednesday at the outdoor Rotary Amphitheater of Discovery World, 500 N. Harbor Drive in Milwaukee.
Los Ciegos del Barrio members are visually impaired, but their inability to see doesn't keep them from performing exceptionally well, especially when they play Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cumbias, Reggaeton, Rock and cross over songs in both Spanish and English.
Los Ciegos del Barrio are gifted with musical talent and draw crowds where ever they perform.
