Washington,  D.C. - On April 30, 2025, Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA) expressed alarm in social media over a vote by the House Judiciary Committee, stating that Republicans had approved a measure allowing Donald Trump to deport U.S. citizens. Swalwell described the action as a move toward dictatorship, emphasizing, "They just voted to allow [Trump] to deport American citizens." He further warned, "That's a dictatorship. That's a f***ing dictatorship."

This development follows the introduction of a substantial budget proposal by House Republicans, allocating significant funds to enhance immigration enforcement. The proposal includes nearly $46.5 billion for border wall construction and provisions for hiring approximately 20,000 new immigration officers. Additionally, it imposes steep fees on migrants seeking asylum. Critics argue that such measures could lead to the erosion of due process rights and the potential for wrongful deportations, including those of U.S. citizens.

These MAGA Republicans voted for it:

• Jim Jordan, Ohio, Chair
• Darrell Issa, California
• Andy Biggs, Arizona
• Tom McClintock, California
• Tom Tiffany, Wisconsin
• Thomas Massie, Kentucky
• Chip Roy, Texas
• Scott Fitzgerald, Wisconsin
• Ben Cline, Virginia
• Lance Gooden, Texas
• Jeff Van Drew, New Jersey
• Troy Nehls, Texas
• Barry Moore, Alabama
• Kevin Kiley, California
• Harriet Hageman, Wyoming
• Laurel Lee, Florida
• Wesley Hunt, Texas
• Russell Fry, South Carolina
• Glenn Grothman, Wisconsin
• Brad Knott, North Carolina
• Mark Harris, North Carolina
• Bob Onder, Missouri
• Derek Schmidt, Kansas
• Brandon Gill, Texas

Herrera-Conchi, originally from Mexico, was fatally shot in the head while driving his truck along the 1700 block of S. 7 Street on April 22, 2025 near W. Historic Mitchell Street in the Southside of Milwaukee. Arroyo-Cervantes was caught by a nearby video surveillance camera fleeing from the scene where Herrera-Conchi crashed into a pole.

The criminal complaint says that road rage ignited the shooting that killed Herrera-Conchi. Arroyo-Cervantes was driving behind Herrera-Conchi when he stopped to led a man cross the street, then Arroyo-Cervantes attempted to cut-off Herrera-Conchi as he fired at Herrera-Conchi striking him.

A video surveillance showed Arroyo-Cervantes get out of his vehicle and walk up to Herrera-Conchi's truck that crashed and then fled the scene on foot leaving his vehicle at the scene.

Trump Celebrates 100 Days Of Epic Failure In 2025

Trump celebrates 100 days of epic failure...

• A legislative failure, only 5 minor bills signed into law, worst performance recorded since the start of his term in more of a century

• An economic failure, markets have plunged along with American wealth, including losing $20B in undocumented immigrant tax revenues during mass immigration enforcement and enacting the Alien Enemies Act of 1798

• Foreign-policy failure to end both the Israeli Zionist genocide war against the Palestinians in the Gaza, and the Ukraine

• Failed to keep allies as friends by launching tariffs Europe, Mexico, Canada and Japan, threatened to takeover Greenland and the Panama Canal, and continues to aggressively target NATO

• Has been a failure by menacing foes like China

• A Constitutional failure, his executive actions against the rule of law, have had more than 100 unconstitutional executive orders blocked by federal judges, has defied federal court and Supreme Court orders, and his appointees are facing criminal contempt proceedings for their abuse of the legal system, also inadvertently declaring "War" on the Judicial branch for blocking his illegal and unconstitutional actions

• Failure in public opinion, 40% approve Trump's job performance while 52 disapprove, the lowest ratings compared to four prior presidential terms, Bush, Obama, Trump (1st term) and Biden

• Has achieved a historical high level of chaos and destruction in federal government in his nearly first 100 days, which April 30, 2025 becomes Trump's 100 days in office as president.

• Supports $880B cut to Medicaid, $250B cut to SNAP (Foodstamps) and cuts to Social Security benefits in order to provide major tax cuts for the MAGA oligarchy, other cuts include Judiciary $110B, Armed Services $100B, Homeland $90B and $330B from Student Loans, while extending the tax breaks for the MAGA oligarchy from 2026 to 2035 will raise the national debt to $4.2T in the next 10 years.

• Job rate at 4.2% in March 2025, slightly higher than the 4.1% in February, 7.1 million unemployed, rate 59.09%, little changed from February

Dems Struggle For Enforcement Of "Rule of Law - Due Process Vs. GOP/MAGAs Defy "Court Orders & U.S. Constitution"

The Trump administration is operating as a totalitarian MAGA regime that has inadvertently declared war against the judicial branch, while the Dems are struggling to enforce due process and the rule of law as afforded by the U.S. Constitution.

Washington, D.C. - The arrest of Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah C. Dugan, 65, by MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again) Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents in Milwaukee has become a national political and judicial spectacle over the lack of due process and disregard to the rule of law including the U.S. Constitution during the Trump administration immigration enforcement conducted by the MAGA led U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) and its task force partners, the FBI, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (USDEA), U.S. Department of Homeland Security (USDHS), U.S. Department of Defense (USDOD), the U.S. Department of State (USDOS) and etc.. A Constitutional crisis has erupted by Trump's administration inadvertently declaring "War" on the judicial branch for blocking illegal acts by MAGA federal immigration enforcement agents operating under unconstitutional executive orders signed by Trump.

Trump enacted the antiquated Alien Enemies Act of 1798 by executive order, which allows the president to detain and deport citizens of countries the U.S. is at war with, or that actively invading or engaging in predatory incursions against the United States.

By engaging in the Alien Enemies Act without probable cause, since the U.S. is not at war with any country, the U.S. is not being invaded by predatory incursions against our country, so why is the Trump administration, USICE and USDHS allowed to illegally and unconstitionally abduct (kidnap) foreign individuals with legal status and non-legal status that have no criminal record and then have them removed from the U.S. without any due process by the USDHS and now the USDOD, according to Trump.

The Alien Enemies Act of 1798 doesn't automatically cancel or supercede the U.S. Constitution, even when enacted, it falls under the Constitution and due process must be afforded under the law.

In a guidance memo from U.S. Attorney General  Pam Bondi dated March 14, 2025, it secretly allowed immigration enforcement agents to illegally invade the homes of suspected Tren de Aragua members without a warrant under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. (Memo link: https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/25915967-doj-march-14-memo-alien-enemies-act/#document/p1)

Karoline Leavitt, the press secretary for the Trump administration indicated, that the White House and Trump don't believe that a federal judge has the authority to block Trump from removing individuals from the country under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. (https://www.facebook.com/share/v/198f2mHj64/)

The arrest of Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Dugan in Wisconsin by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents on Friday, April 25, 2025 for refusing to comply with a USICE administrative warrant and frivolously charged with obstruction of immigration agents (enforcing an alleged fake USICE agent signed warrant inside the courthouse) and concealing an undocumented individual (Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, 30) to evade arrest at the Milwaukee County Court House is ludicrous.

A USICE administrative warrant is not legal binding to make arrests in private property, in buildings including courthouses and other dwellings. Only a judicial warrant signed by a judge can allow arrests in private property, seize property and conduct a legal search.

In Judge Dugan's arrest, U.S. Magistrate Stephen C. Dries signed the warrant to take Dugan into custody. Magistrate Dries, the Eastern District of Wisconsin U.S. Attorney Richard G. Frohling and the FBI should know that a USICE administrative arrest warrant is not legal binding in private property or at any state/county courthouse, especially a courtroom and anyone can ignore it and decide not to comply. So, when did it become illegal for a County judge to show an alternative exit to an attorney and his client at a county courtroom. Federal agents have no jurisdiction at County courthouses, only if they are executing a judicial arrest warrant signed by a federal judge.

Trump by enacting the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 without just cause had expected for immigration enforcement agents to arrest and quickly remove undocumented and legal status individuals without due process from the U.S., even if they had no criminal record, but was blocked by a federal judge after lawsuits were filed. So far more than 100 of Trump's illegal and unconstitutional executive orders have been block by federal judges. (https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1G64yBWG9i/)

The Trump administration had warned the judicial branch, that if any judge would impede immigration enforcement, they would be arrested and prosecuted, despite blatant violations of due process by USICE and other federal agents operating in immigration enforcement, who are acting in disregard for the U.S. Constitution. (https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1XeQdMusa7/)

The U.S. Congress MAGA Republicans who hold a majority in the U.S. House and U.S. Senate have not stepped up to hold Trump and his White House administration accountable for defying federal court orders, and not following the rule of law and acting in disregard for the U.S. Constitution.

USDOJ Claims USICE Administrative Warrant Is A Lawful Arrest Warrant, But It's Not Legal Binding To Enter Private Property, Seize Property, Search Inside A Building Or Go Into A Vehicle To Arrest Undocumented Individuals

The Office of Public Affairs in the U.S. Department of Justice falsely claimed a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement administrative warrant is a "lawful arrest warrant", apparently it has its restrictions and it is not legal binding to enter private property or a building without permission to make an arrest.

Washington, D.C. - On Friday, the Office of Public Affairs in the U.S. Department of Justice (OPA/USDOJ) falsely claimed in a press release that a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) administrative warrant is a "lawful arrest warrant", but it's not legal binding to make arrests in private property, inside buildings including county courtrooms, and going into vehicles to arrest an undocumented individual without permission to enter and make an immigration enforcement arrest.

Only a judicial arrest warrant signed by a federal judge can allow for immigration and law enforcement agents to enter private property and buildings to make arrests, seize property and conduct a legal search.

Also, the OPA/USDOJ press release in regards to Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah C. Dugan arrest and charges by feds says, that "instead (she) personally escorted Flores-Ruiz and his attorney through a restricted "jury door" exit not typically used by defendants or attorneys. This doorway led to a non-public hallway through which Flores-Ruiz and his attorney exited her courtroom." However, Judge Dugan's criminal complaint says that a DEA agent who was leaving the Milwaukee County Court Chief Judge Carl Ashley's office and returning to Judge Dugan's courtroom on the sixth floor saw that both Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, 30, and his female Hispanic attorney were in the courthouse public hallway waiting for an elevator. The DEA agent, Flores-Ruiz and his attorney got into the elevator and went downstairs to the South exit, where Flores-Ruiz was then arrested outside of the courthouse after a brief chase.

The following is a copy of the press release from the Office of Public Affairs, U.S. Department of Justice dated April 25, 2025

United States v. Hannah C. Dugan, Eastern District of Wisconsin

The Justice Department today announced the filing of a federal criminal complaint against Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah C. Dugan, 65, for her alleged interference with a federal law enforcement operation and unlawful concealment of an individual subject to arrest.

According to court documents, the charges stem from events occurring on April 18, when members of the Milwaukee office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations (ICE ERO), along with federal partners from the FBI, DEA, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, attempted to execute a lawful arrest warrant for Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, a Mexican national previously removed from the United States and recently charged in Milwaukee County with multiple counts of domestic abuse-related battery.

According to court documents, federal agents arrived at the Milwaukee County Courthouse intending to arrest Flores-Ruiz in a public hallway following his court appearance before Judge Dugan. Upon learning of the agents' presence in the hallway, Judge Dugan allegedly confronted and ordered federal agents to leave the courthouse. After being made aware of a valid immigration arrest warrant, Judge Dugan told agents that they needed a judicial warrant and demanded that they go to the Chief Judge's office. Once the agents were no longer in the vicinity of her courtroom, Judge Dugan allegedly elected not to conduct a hearing on Flores-Ruiz's criminal case, despite the fact that victims of his offense were present, and instead personally escorted Flores-Ruiz and his attorney through a restricted "jury door" exit not typically used by defendants or attorneys. This doorway led to a non-public hallway through which Flores-Ruiz and his attorney exited her courtroom. According to the affidavit, Judge Dugan's actions directly resulted in Flores-Ruiz temporarily avoiding federal custody. He was ultimately arrested outside the courthouse, following a brief foot pursuit.

Dugan is charged with obstruction of proceedings before a department or agency of the United States, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and concealing a person to prevent arrest, which carries a maximum penalty of one year in prison.

Flores-Ruiz was previously deported in 2013 and had reentered the United States unlawfully. He was subject to arrest based on an administrative warrant issued by ICE for immigration violations following his recent criminal charges in Milwaukee County.

Currently, Trump and the MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again) White House administration including the USDOJ, USICE, U.S. Department of Homeland Security (USDHS) and the U.S. Department of Defense (USDOD) believe they are above the law under the antiquated Alien Enemies Act of 1798, which allows the president to detain and deport citizens of countries the U.S. is at war with, or that actively invading or engaging in predatory incursions against the United States.

By engaging in the Alien Act without probable cause because the U.S. is not at war with any country, the U.S. is not being invaded by predatory incursions against our country, so why is the Trump administration and USICE and USDHS allowed to illegally and unconstitionally abduct (kidnap) foreign individuals with legal status and non-legal status that have no criminal record and then have them removed from the U.S. without any due process by the USDHS and now the USDOD, according to Trump.

The arrest of Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Dugan in Wisconsin by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents on Friday, April 25, 2025 for refusing to comply with a USICE administrative warrant and was frivolously charged with obstruction of immigration agents (enforcing an alleged fake USICE agent signed warrant inside the courthouse) and concealing an undocumented individual to evade arrest at the Milwaukee County Court House is ludicrous.

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi came out saying that no one is above the law, and threatened to go after other judges who don't comply with USICE administrative warrants and allegedly commit obstruction would be arrested as well. It seems that Bondi is practicing double standards, because if no one is above the law, then why isn't she enforcing the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution and making sure that all of the individuals being arrested by USICE and other federal agents during immigration enforcement are afforded due process as required under the law? Because, she is part of the widespread corruption, MAGA lying propaganda and lawlessness in the federal government that Trump and his White House administration are engaging in today, and inadvertently have declared war against the judicial branch for ruling in multiple lawsuits that most of the Trump Executive Orders including Musk's DOGE mass firing of federal workers, and cutting funds to federal programs already funded by the U.S. Congress are unlawful and unconstitutional under totalitarian rule.

Editor's note:

USICE administrative warrants are not legal binding, it has its limitations and restrictions under federal law and shouldn't be accepted and complied with at State/ County courthouses and other taxpayer owned property locations.

USICE Agents Had An Administrative Warrant To Arrest Eduardo Flores Ruiz, 30, At The Milwaukee County Court House, FBI Affidavit Confirmed, Also Judge Hannah C. Dugan Charged For Obstruction By Feds

Flores Ruiz was taken into custody by USICE, DEA and FBI agents outside of the Milwaukee County Court House on April 18, according to the FBI criminal complaint affidavit against Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Dugan.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah C. Dugan, 65, was taken into custody by the MAGA Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and charged with several federal felony counts for obstruction of immigration agents and concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest while agents attempted to serve a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) administrative warrant in the Milwaukee County Court House. The federal criminal complaint against Judge Dugan confirmed that it was a USICE administrative warrant, which means that Judge Dugan had a legal right not to comply with USICE, DEA and FBI agents attempting to arrest Eduardo Flores Ruiz, 30, inside the courthouse.

A USICE administrative warrant is signed by a agent and is not a legal judicial warrant signed by a federal judge. It actually means, a USICE administrative warrant is not legal binding to arrest someone at the courthouse including the hallways because it's County property, especially inside a courtroom.

According to the 11-page federal criminal complaint against Judge Dugan, it says that at least 6 federal agents that included USICE, DEA and FBI agents went to a court pre-trial hearing for Flores Ruiz at Judge Dugan's courtroom in an attempted to arrest Flores Ruiz for re-entering the country without authorization.

In 2013, Flores Ruiz was removed from the U.S., but had returned to the U.S. again, according to the complaint.

The criminal complaint says that Judge Dugan helped Flores Ruiz evade arrest while he was in her courtroom for a pre-trial conference hearing for three misdemeanor counts of battery including domestic abuse causing pain.

Flores Ruiz and his attorney left Judge Dugan's courtroom and the federal agents saw them leave, and afterwards Flores Ruiz was arrested outside the courthouse after a brief chase and is being held in USICE custody.

The criminal complaint alleged that Judge Dugan obstructed USICE agents in making an arrest with an administrative warrant at the courthouse, but the administrative warrant is not legal binding inside of buildings in private property, including a courthouse, since it's a Milwaukee County taxpayer property including the hallways.

Judge Dugan was released hours after her arrest and is scheduled to go before U.S. Magistrate Stephen Dries on April 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the federal courthouse in downtown Milwaukee.

Editor's note: The New York Times reported in 2022 that federal prosecutors had charged Shelley M. Richmond Joseph, a district court judge in Newton, Mass., with allowing an undocumented immigrant to sneak out the back door of a courthouse in 2018, but they later dropped the charges in an agreement.

At that time, Judge Joseph allowed an undocumented immigrant in her court to evade USICE arrest by detainer who was waiting in a hallway ready to arrest the undocumented individual, but the judge allowed him and his attorney to leave the courtroom through the back door leading to a basement with an exit. She and a court clerk were indicted in 2019. It took about 3 1/2 years to resolve the case.
