Goshen, California - On Tuesday, the Tulare County Sheriff's Office (TCSO) identified the 6 victims including a teenage girl and her 10-month-old child who were fatally shot like drug cartel-style execution on early Monday. The TCSO identified the victims as:

• 72-year-old Rosa Parraz

• 52-year-old Eladio Parraz Jr.

• 50-year-old Jennifer Analla

• 19-year-old Marcos Parraz

• 16-year-old Alissa Parraz

• 10-month-old Nycolas Parraz

All the deceased victims were shot in the head and other parts of the body that resulted in their immediate deaths. TCSO investigators and deputies found three surviving victims as well.

Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreau says, that at least two known shooters were involved in the mass shooting at the 6800 block of Harvest Road in Goshen. The female teenager and her 10-month-old toddler were discovered outside from the shooting scene, she was believed to have been attempting to flee from the shooters, according to crime scene investigators preliminary report. Most of the other deceased victims were found in the house, with one female victim located in front of the door way. Two surviving victims were found inside an adjacent trailer and one other surviving victim was found inside the house.

Sheriff Boudreau says, the home is known as a gang affiliated and drug activity residence, but multiple deceased victims, the grandmother, teenage girl and her child were innocent fatalities.

52-year-old Parraz was previously arrested for possession of firearms by a felon where multiple weapons and ammunition including a drug controlled  substance was recovered during a search warrant executed a week ago. Eladio was able to make bail in the case and remained free on bail.

According to the TCSO, just before 4 a.m. on 1/16/23, TCSO Deputies were called to a home in the 6800 Block of Harvest Road in Goshen for multiple shots fired. The reporting party believed an active shooter was in the area because of the amount of shots being heard.
Deputies arrived seven minutes later.

When they arrived, Deputies immediately noticed two victims dead in the street. Deputies then found a third shooting victim in the doorway of the home. As Deputies searched the area, they found multiple victims at the scene. At this point, there are six total victims. There are victims inside and outside the home. One victim was still alive when Deputies arrived on scene and was taken to the hospital after Deputies performed CPR on him, as well as other victims. Unfortunately, they were all pronounced dead, including the victim who was taken to the hospital.

Detectives believe there are at least two suspects and this is not a random act of violence. It appears this family was targeted and there are gang associations involved, as well as potential drug investigations. A week ago, TCSO Detectives conducted a narcotics search warrant at the victims' home.

The victims include a 16-year-old mother and her 10-month-old baby.

The FBI and ATF have joined the criminal investigation in Tulare County and a $10,000 reward has been offered for any information leading to the arrest of two suspects involved in the mass cartel-style execution in Goshen.
