Waukesha, Wisconsin - On December 12th, the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office charged Leandro F. Pino Uribe, 20; Enjerbet A. Rojas Silva, 19, and Luciano A. Silva Cifuentes, 23, all originally from Chile and living in Kissimmee, Florida with two felony counts for burglary of a building or dwelling including party to a crime, and one felony count for possession of burglary tools including party to a crime, each. The suspects were scheduled for a preliminary court hearing on January 7, 2026.
The suspects are also suspected of committing burglaries in Minnesota, Illinois and Florida.
According to the criminal complaints, the suspects committed a Delafield home invasion burglary in October, which they took over 100 items of jewelry. Nearby trail camera devices with image footage of the suspects walking through the woods was recovered by authorities.
It's not clear, if authorities in Minnesota, Illinois and Florida will also file criminal burglary charges against the suspects.
