Waukesha, Wisconsin - On December 12th, the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office charged Leandro F. Pino Uribe, 20; Enjerbet A. Rojas Silva, 19, and Luciano A. Silva Cifuentes, 23, all originally from Chile and living in Kissimmee, Florida with two felony counts for burglary of a building or dwelling including party to a crime, and one felony count for possession of burglary tools including party to a crime, each. If convicted, each suspect is facing 12.5 years for burglary of a dwelling and up to $25,000 in fines, or both, and up to 3.5 years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, or both.

A cash bond of $250,000 was set for each of the suspects. But, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) placed an immigration hold for each suspect, which means they can't be released on cash bail.

The three suspects from Chile are on USICE immigration hold, since the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office has a 287.g partnership with USICE, and the suspects are in the U.S. illegally.

The suspects were scheduled for a preliminary court hearing on January 7, 2026.

The suspects are also suspected of committing burglaries in Minnesota, Illinois and Florida.

According to the criminal complaints, the suspects committed a Delafield home invasion burglary in October, which they took over 100 items of jewelry. Nearby trail camera devices with image footage of the suspects walking through the woods was recovered by authorities.

It's not clear, if authorities in Minnesota, Illinois and Florida will also file criminal burglary charges against the suspects.

Ongoing Hostile Work Environment And Elimination Of Multicultural Student Services At MATC By President Dr. Cruz Having A Negative Impact, According To Group Pushing For Reform

Members of a group that met last week, evaluated the current situation at the Milwaukee Area Technical College and came to the conclusion that a hostile work environment continues to plague the college under MATC President Dr. Cruz and his decision in late August to eliminate the Office of Multicultural Student Services has fueled protests from the Latino/Hispanic, Asian, African-American and Native-American communities.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - A well known community activist and Civil Rights and Immigrant Rights advocate, H. Nelson Goodson who also attended the meeting with a group last week would not go into further details about the ongoing concerns that were discussed, but Goodson did confirmed that the group will continue to address the negative impact that Dr. Cruz with the support of the MATC Board of Trustees have created. The group is made up by more than 16 organizations, union members, students from MATC including UW- Milwaukee and community activists, which Goodson was not at liberty to name at this time.

Goodson did say that several matters of concern were discussed and had to do with the ongoing hostile work environment at MATC, the elimination of the Office of Multicultural Student Services, the unjustly termination of four student service specialists who have filed job discrimination complaints against MATC with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Equal Rights Division. (Video link: https://youtu.be/VyTtNJw0H9s)

Goodson has taken the lead to call for the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) to terminate MATC's President Dr. Anthony Cruz's contract as soon as possible for his erroneous decision to eliminate the Office of Multicultural Student Services at the technical college after MATC had provided more than 50 years of diverse and bilingual student services for enrolled students from the Latino/Hispanic, Asian-American, African-American and Native-American communities. Goodson told Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) that Dr. Cruz's decision to eliminate the Multicultural Student Services at the technical college was a disservice to our communities of color in Milwaukee and replacing it with the Office of Community Impact, which now only offers general services has created a void and a situation where ethnic students are subject to fail when needed personal counseling by peer counselors, bilingual language friendly services are no longer available to them, including other race and cultural orientated support to deal with the constant administrative barriers being practiced to appease Trump's illegal and unconstitutional elimination of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs at the college. Today, the MATC administration under Dr. Cruz's are working to eliminate all such diversity programs and etc., which were created by the communities pressure to assure that the program services help students of color succeed at MATC.

To date, Dr. Cruz hasn't done anything in significance in 1 year and 6 months since he was hired in June of 2024, to continue as president at the college and to continue to earn an annual salary of $285,000, including other benefits. So far, Dr. Cruz has at least accomplished one of his goals, and that was to eliminate the Office of Multicultural Student Services and unjustly terminating four student service specialists, according to Goodson.

Editor's note: Dr. Cruz has yet to resolve the ongoing MATC hostile work environmental, the MATC administration retaliation against employees who complain about unfair work practices, job discrimination, a history of lack of full-time job promotions for part-time  instructors, and harassment that employees experience by the Cruz administration and etc..

Also, the alleged corrupt administration leadership at the Human Resources (HR) illegally cut wages from part-time employees without them knowing, which totaled nearly $1M in back wages, the HR was forced to reimburse back wages to the part-time instructors this year.

MATC Ends 2025 With The Elimination Of The Multicultural Student Services Office At The Technical College, Severing Ties With Latino, Black, Asian And Native-American Communities

MATC has abandoned it principle core mission to provide Multicultural Student Services for 63% of students of color, which 24% of the enrollment are Latinos that attend the technical college.

December 22, 2025

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - As the year ends in 2025, the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) under MATC President Dr. Anthony Cruz, who is of Cuban descent has abandoned its principle core mission to provide Multicultural Student Services to 63% of its student population, which for decades have served as a business skill model to help prepare, retain and successfully graduate students of color in the Milwaukee metro area. Dr. Cruz decision to end the Multicultural Student Services Office in late August and replaced it with the the Office of Community Impact, which now only offers general student services to those enrolled at MATC, has created a void of specialized services effecting students of color.

In September 2025, Jon Sheldon, union President of the AFT-Wisconsin wrote to Dr. Cruz and the MATC Board of Trustees, "Milwaukee Area Technical College has a laudable reputation in every corner of Wisconsin for supporting students of all racial and ethnic backgrounds. Indeed, a wealth of academic research shows that supporting the diverse needs of students is absolutely essential to the their success, particularly those on the margins. Supporting our students is not providing special favors—it is ensuring everyone's unique needs are met, which has always been at the center of our aspirations to create an excellent education system for all."

"Further, eliminating the positions of our members without due process and essentially replacing them with new hires is an affront to the principle that when a worker commits to an excellent institution of higher education like MATC, they should only be fired with cause or let go under exigent circumstances. This moment qualifies as neither of those scenarios," Sheldon wrote.

Dr. Cruz who came from Florida and has no ties to the predominately Latino community, especially to the majority of the Mexican descent population in Milwaukee was hired in June 2024, which definitely shows his lack of knowledge of the sacrifices the Latino community including the African-American, Asian-American and Native-American communities had struggled in the early 1970's to late 1980's to create specialized Multicultural student support services at MATC, which is known as one of the most diverse technical colleges in Wisconsin.

Then for Dr. Cruz, to simply come to Milwaukee and decide to eliminate the Multicultural Student Services Office, and to unjustly terminate four student service specialists with no prior notice or imput from the communities of color, in order to comply with Trump's illegal and unconstitutional attempt to eliminate race based student services, hiring and getting rid of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs at colleges and universities.

So far, Dr. Cruz has ignored the outcry and diverse voices from the communities of color that demand for MATC to restore the Multicultural Student Services and to rehire the four student service specialists that were previously terminated. Recently, discrimination complaints were filed by the four student service specialists with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Equal Rights Division. (Article link: https://hispanicnewsnetwork.blogspot.com/2025/11/four-former-student-services.html?m=0)

Today,  Dr. Cruz has done a disservice to the communities of color, and he continues to ignore their concerns and demands to restore the Multicultural Student Services at MATC. Cruz's reluctance to comply with the communities of color demands may result in a consensus agreement of having no confidence in Dr. Cruz to continue to lead MATC, and he must be replace. To date, Dr. Cruz hasn't accomplished anything in significance to continue as president at MATC.

Where's Trump Pardon For Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan? Oops, Trump Only Pardons MAGA Criminals!

Milwaukee County Judge Dugan was found not guilty for concealing and aiding an undocumented immigrant evade arrest, but guilty for felony obstruction of MAGA Gestapo USICE-CBP who were attempting to execute a fake USICE administrative warrant inside the Milwaukee County Courthouse in April.

December 19, 2025

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - The MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again) controlled White House has yet to announce whether the 34-count convicted felon Trump is contemplating in giving Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan a pardon after she was convicted on Thursday by a federal jury on one felony count for obstructing MAGA Gestapo USICE-CBP agents from executing a fake USICE administrative warrant inside the Milwaukee County Courthouse in April 2025 to arrest an undocumented immigrant, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz. Judge Dugan, 65, was acquitted on one misdemeanor count for concealing and aiding an undocumented immigrant evade arrest.

Dugan's legal team had filed a motion to dismiss her case after the MAGA federal prosecution rested its case citing a 1894 decision and other rulings, which the motion also argued that under common law administrative warrants like the one used to arrest Flores-Ruiz on April 18 are not valid in Wisconsin courthouses.

Looks like multiple state, county and federal MAGA law enforcement officers including MAGA political corrupt Trump supporters are celebrating Judge Dugan's felony conviction in Milwaukee.

The Judge Dugan federal case has no doubt added new restrictions at the Milwaukee County Courthouse, which would allegedly prevent future USICE-CBP acts to attempt to serve any fake USICE administrative warrants signed by a agent inside the courthouse.

Trump will most likely forego any considerable thought of giving Judge Dugan a pardon, simply because he only pardons MAGA convicted federal felons.

The Judge Dugan Defense Team has confirmed that they will appeal Dugan's felony conviction. In a statement released yesterday, the Dugan Legal Defense Team stated, "While we are disappointed in today's outcome, the failure of the prosecution to secure convictions on both counts demonstrates the opportunity we have to clear Judge Dugan's name and show she did nothing wrong in this matter. We have planned for this potential outcome and our defense of Judge Dugan is just beginning. This trial required considerable resources to prepare for and public support for Judge Dugan's defense fund is critical as we prepare for the next phase of this defense."

Editor's note: No major protests and actions are currently planned by Judge Dugan's supporters to challenge Dugan's unjust felony prosecution by what many are calling a MAGA minded stocked kangaroo jury box.

WOW Website Created By MAGA USDHS Shows Currently Held Undocumented Individuals By Photo, Name, Country Of Origin, Alleged Criminal Charges, And City Including State Arrested At

🚨🚨🚨Alert WI and IL: Worst of the Worst (WOW) website created by the MAGA corrupt U.S. Department of Homeland Security (USDHS) shows hundreds of undocumented detainees awaiting deportation process by photo, name, country of origin, alleged criminal charges, and city including state where each one was arrested by MAGA Gestapo USICE-CBP. No date of arrest or age posted for each individual posted on the WOW site.

For the State of Wisconsin, it shows that 84 alleged undocumented individuals are currently being detained by USICE-CBP.

For the State of Illinois, it shows that 252 alleged undocumented individuals are currently being detained by USICE-CBP.

Warning: Federal courts have found that 75% of undocumented individuals illegally arrested by USICE-CBP have no criminal record, compared USICE-CBP agents who are most likely to have a criminal record.

The corrupt USDHS claimed in their Facebook page on December 12, 2025 that 600,000 undocumented individuals have been deported from the interior of our country in less than 365 days, with another 1.9 million self-deporting, totaling over 2.5 million undocumented individuals gone.

The USDHS also recently began a "Ho, Ho, Ho" X-Mas deportation theme for its immigration enforcement operations propaganda advertising bliz in its social media page, in an apparent attempt to creat holiday hate targeted at immigrant communities of color, especially Latinos/Hispanics.

In Charlotte,  NC, a church created an outdoor nativity display showing MAGA Gestapo USICE-CBP agents arresting Mary and Joseph, and another Catholic church in Dedham, Massachusetts displayed a sign "ICE Was Here" in their outdoor nativity scene that Mary and Joseph including baby Jesus were inside the church safe (given sanctuary). Also, a Baptist church in Evanston, Illinois displayed an outdoor nativity scene with baby Jesus hands zip-tied and Mary and Joseph wearing gas masks.

USICE complained that the nativity scenes have increased assaults on their USICE-CBP agents by over 1,150%, how ironic and the hypocrisy of the USDHS under Secretary Kristi Noem when they also created a "Ho, Ho, Ho" X-mas propaganda bliz advertising targeting companies of colors.
