Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, U.S. Deputy Marshal Timothy D. Moseley, 48, of South Milwaukee was found guilty of one count of taking nude photos without consent and two counts of false imprisonment, all felonies. A Milwaukee Circuit Court jury before finding Moseley guilty, had to review nude photos and video Moseley had taken while engaging in sex with two women. The two women were handcuffed without their consent and had their nude photos taken as well by Moseley without them knowing while being drugged. The jury decided that 4 photos were actually taken without the women's consent.
One woman by the first name of Teresa, 55, had worked with Deputy Marshal Moseley in the U.S. Marshal's Wyoming office and admitted to taking an official trip with him. She later discovered Moseley had taken photos of her in a U.S. Marshal van while she was handcuffed and nude. South Milwaukee Police brought the sexual encounter to her and police showed her the photos when they were investigating Moseley for another criminal complaint involving a woman.
Teresa told police, that she had sex with Moseley at least 100 times, but she never consented for Moseley to take photos, especially during the trip in the Marshal's van encounter.
Another women told the jury that Moseley had threaten she would loose her kids, if she wouldn't have sex with him. While, she was at his apartment, Moseley became forceful when she tried to resist his sexual bondage encounter.
Moseley's lawyer tried to portray he was intoxicated and wasn't at fault for his actions, but evidence and testimony from the women proved otherwise, according to the jury.
Moseley was a supervisor for the Milwaukee U.S. Marshal's office and was on paid leave pending the outcome of the case. The U.S. Marshal's office in Washington D.C. confirmed he will now be terminated as a result of the guilty verdict.
He was taken into custody on a $100,000 cash bond and sentencing is scheduled for November 17.
