More than 8,000 of undocumented immigrants from Cuba expected to cross into the U.S. through Mexico's border.

Laredo, Texas - More than 8,000 of undocumented immigrants from Cuban have been allowed to travel from Costa Rica into Mexico in their quest to cross into the U.S. to seek political asylum under the Cuban Adjustment Act. The Cuban immigrants have been stuck in Costa Rica for several months because neighboring countries had denied passage to continue their route to the U.S. Mexico granted a 20-day humanitarian visas for at least 180 Cubans who are the first large group that made their way to the Mexico-U.S. border. 

The first wave of Cubans have arrived at the Laredo, Texas, U.S. and Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico border ready cross into the U.S. Once they step on U.S. soil, undocumented Cuban can seek political asylum.

Trump bigoted supporters want Donald Trump, who is running for the Republican nomination for President to repeal the Cuban Adjustment Act, if elected so he can halt another massive wave of Cuban undocumented immigrants from crossing into the country. Trump is debating whether to challenge the Cuban influx of thousands of undocumented immigrants from Cuba, according to Trump campaign sources.

GOP members in the U.S. Congress are contemplating in repealing the Cuban Adjustment Act as well. A Cuban undocumented immigrant can get federal resettlement benefits and can become a permanent resident within a year asylum is granted and U.S. Citizen soon afterwards. The mass Cuban migration between Cuba to Costa Rica and the U.S. was initiated when Cuba and the U.S. resumed diplomatic relations and Cubans became aware that the U.S. could change its Cuban Adjustment Act policy.

Carjacking In Milwaukee's Southside Caught On Cellphone Video By Witness

A dramatic carjacking involving multiple suspects driving several vehicles in the Southside of Milwaukee.

Milwaukee, WI - On Thursday, a cellphone video was posted on Facebook (FB) warning users to watch out for carjackers. Several vehicles with multiple suspects carjacked vehicle at the 900 block of W. Arthur Ave. and the carjacking was caught by a witness across the street on his cellphone.

The video was posted on Facebook to warned Milwaukee Southsiders to be careful about carjackings. About 704 FB users shared the video including Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

No one was reported injured, but a child could be seen on the sidewalk along with the adult victim.

The witness asked the victim, if he was just carjacked in Spanish and the victim replied yes.

The Milwaukee Police Department reported that 6,944 vehicles were stolen in 2015, but when MPD district total's were added, it only totaled 6,940. It cost the victims in just auto lost value alone about $48M

In 2014, 6,691 vehicles were reported stolen, according to police stats. In 2013, police reported that at least 4,386 autos were stolen, an increase of 67% by last year.
According to Alderman Bob Donovan from the 8th Aldermanic District and candidate for Mayor, he saw the video on Thursday, but couldn't confirm when it happened. The police stolen vehicle data is not complete and "there were at least 7,350 stolen autos in 2015 and likely when they are all tallied in a week or two the number will be nearer 7,500," Ald. Donovan stated.
The FB user who posted the video says, the witness who recorded the cellphone video chased the suspects, police were notified and an arrest was made.

Four 13-year-old Teens Facing Felony Charges For Stealing Vehicle And Chase

The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office is reviewing a case whether to charge four 13-year-old teenagers with felonies for stealing a vehicle and being involved in a 15 mile chase by Milwaukee County Sheriff deputies and police from two jurisdictions

Milwaukee, WI - Four 13-year-old teenagers are facing felony charges for stealing a vehicle from the Southside that led to a police chase for 15 miles ending in a crash in the Northwest side at a Walmart parking lot and causing damage to the building. Police say, that the teens managed to steal a vehicle left running and unattended near S. 30th Street and W. National Ave. around 11:00 a.m.

The vehicle was spotted by Milwaukee police who gave chase including Milwaukee County Sheriff deputies and Glendale Police. The chase last for about 30 minuted and 15 miles through neighborhoods, which finally police endured a crash by bumping the rear bumper causing the vehicle to lose control and crash at N 103rd Street and West Silver Spring Drive.

Armed Commando Released 21 Men Taken From A Party In Guerrero

A self-defense commando who kidnapped 21 men from a party in the state of Guerrero in Mexico has released all of the victims.

Arcelia, Guerrero, México - On Wednesday, an armed self-defense commando released 21 men that were taken against their will from a party in Arcelia. The commando group released a video showing the men alive and notifying them that they would be released. The 5:35 minute video ( http://bit.ly/1J7RU2p ) was posted on Facebook by Monica Estrada Ramirez.

An armed commando spokesman told the Guerrero State Attorney General that they are demanding for the arrest of two of the Familia Michoacana local leaders, José Alfredo Hurtado Olascoaga, aka, "La Fresa" and his brother Johnny Hurtado Olascoaga, aka, "El Pez" who operate in Arcelia.

The kidnapped men confirmed that the Hurtado Olascoaga brothers are the leaders of La Familia Michoacana in Arcelia and that taxi drivers also worked for them.

The spokesman for the commando group says, that they are "not murderers, but a self-defense group."

The Governor of Guerrero, Héctor Astudillo confirmed that the men were released and on early Friday, they were found walking for several days, some without shoes along a dirt road around 1:30 a.m. State police had launched an operation to try and locate them after they were reported as kidnapped by a armed group of men.

Four men were reported killed at the party in Arcelia where the men were kidnapped.

Consulate of Mexico In Milwaukee Will Open Within Months

The Consulate of Mexico in Milwaukee expected to serve more than 300,000 Mexican nationals from Wisconsin, Michigan and could eventually take some of the overload of providing visas, passports and other legal documents to Mexican nationals being served at the Consulate of Mexico in Chicago and neighboring states.

Milwaukee, WI - On Thursday, the Secretary of Foreign Relations from Mexico (SRE) announced that a Consulate of Mexico in Milwaukee will open within months and is expected to serve more than 300,000 Mexican nationals from Wisconsin and Michigan. The SRE Undersecretary of North America, Carlos Pérez Verdía visited Milwaukee to inspect the newly leased building, which has 8,275 square feet of office space at 1443 N. Prospect Ave. that will house the new Mexican Consulate in Milwaukee.

Undersecretary Verdía met with Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch (R), City of Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett (D) and U.S. Congressman Sean Duffy (R). Governor Scott Walker (R) also supported the opening of Mexican Consulate in Wisconsin. The Consul General of the Consulate of Mexico in Chicago, Carlos Jiménez Macías accompanied Verdía to Milwaukee as well and met with some GOP members of the Latino community to discuss the upcoming opening of the consulate on Prospect Ave.

The Consulate of Mexico in Chicago generates more than $13M a year in revenue from services rendered to Mexican nationals from Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois that include legal documents, visas, passports, Matricula Consular ID and additional services.

U.S. Senator Ron Johnson's (R) office released the following statement, For more than a year, U.S. Senator Ron Johnson and U.S. Representative Sean Duffy of Wisconsin's 7th District have worked closely to bring a consulate to Milwaukee. 

Also, Jesús Cabrera, a Wisconsin representative for the Instituto de los Mexicanos en el Exterior (IME) for the last three years has worked with state, Mexican and U.S. diplomatic officials to open a Mexican Consulate in Milwaukee. When Cabrera ran for the elected IME position, he vowed to accomplish the goal of opening a consulate in Wisconsin, which is in the works to finally open after years of organized efforts to do so by the Mexican community since, the early 1970's.

The SRE says that the working relation with Wisconsin has generated at least $6B in U.S. dollars for Mexico and is a major exporter of products to Mexico ranking second and is considered the 21st business partner of Mexico in exports.

There are approximately 260,000 in population of Mexican origin in the state, which is 75% of the total Hispanic population in Wisconsin. The Consulate of Mexico in Milwaukee with cover 53 of 72 counties in Wisconsin and 12 of 83 counties from state of Michigan.

In another diplomatic issue, Congressman Duffy announced that he personally gave a letter from lawmakers to Undersecretary Verdía requesting for Sinaloa drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Loera to be extradited to the U.S. to face federal indictments in Texas and California for drug trafficking and money laundering on Thursday, while in Milwaukee.

Milwaukee's Southside Dental Associates Clinic On Chavez Drive To Relocate

A Miller Park Way Drive Dental Associates will replace the Southside Chavez Drive clinic location by this Summer.

Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, Dental Associates announced that by this Summer, the Dental Associates Clinic on 1135 S. Cesar E. Chavez Drive will relocate to West Milwaukee. The new dental clinic will open at formerly OfficeMax vacant building, 210 S. Miller Park Way, according to Anthony Vastardis, the CEO of Dental Associates.

Dental Associates had tried to remain at the Chavez Drive location, but the building's age and condition prevented any remodeling or growth. Dental Associates was founded in 1973 by the late Dr. John Gonis.

In a released statement, Vastardis said, "We feel our new clinic is in an ideal location since it will allow us to continue to serve our existing patient base while also extending our reach into the West Milwaukee area. Since the Cesar Chavez clinic dates back to our founding by Dr. John Gonis, we weren't looking to move but the age and condition of the building necessitated it. In fact, we first conducted a number of feasibility studies to determine if we could keep the existing location by remodeling or replacing it."

Dental Associates will remodel the vacant OfficeMax building to accommodate a 50-chair clinic, an addition of 12 chairs from its previous location. The West Milwaukee dental center will provide general dentistry services, including crowns, bridges and root canals, along with pediatric, orthodontic and surgical care, including dental implants, according to Vastardis.

Dental Associates has 12 clinics in Wisconsin and by September 2016, two other clinics will open in Waukesha and Howard. Currently, Dental Associates employs nearly 800 employees including 100 doctors and has 576 operatories. Nearly one third of the staff members are Hispanic.

On August 23, 2014, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. first reported that Dental Associates had planned to relocated the Chavez Drive location to Miller Park Way in West Milwaukee.

Romance Brewing Between Kate del Castillo And El Chapo?

Recently leaked cellphone text conversations between Spanish television language actress Kate del Castillo and Sinaloa drug lord El Chapo indicate that a romance was brewing and the drug lord who couldn't wait to meet her vowed to also take care of her.

Mexico, D.F. - Leaked cellphone text conversations between Kate del Castillo, a Spanish language television actress and Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Loera indicate a romance was brewing, a possible crush, both seemed affectionate to each other and El Chapo vowed to take care of Del Castillo, the Milenio newspaper reported and included a full text transcript of the conversations made available by the Mexican government. The text conversations intercepted by Mexican feds were between El Chapo's lawyer, Andrés Granados, Del Castillo and Guzman Loera.
In one text, Del Castillo told El Chapo, that it was the first time that anyone had told her that she would be taken care off and felt secured. What El Chapo meant about taking care of her wasn't explained during the conversations, but only Del Castillo and El Chapo know what he meant. El Chapo is married with children.

The U.S. government and Mexican federal authorities had both Sean Penn, an actor and Del Castillo under surveillance after learning conversations and negotiations were being conducted to interview and meet El Chapo who wanted a movie made about his life. El Chapo's quest to produce a movie about himself and affectionately getting involved with Del Castillo led to his arrest in Mexico.

Del Castillo says, that she wrote a piece that she trusted El Chapo better than the Mexican corrupt government that later sparked an interest by El Chapo to meet with her. An attorney representing El Chapo contacted Del Castillo.

Penn wanted to interview El Chapo, so he contacted Del Castillo to make arrangements to interview the Sinaloa drug lord. 

Apparently, most of the interview that Penn took credit for in the Rolling Stone Magazine was done by multiple communications with El Chapo's representative and not personally. He later did meet with El Chapo along with Del Castillo who travelled to Mexico.

El Chapo later approved Penn's written interview before it was even published. Del Castillo send him a photo copy of what Penn had written. In some texts, both Guzman Loera and Del Castillo would exchange text messages that they loved one another and missed each other too. El Chapo told Kate that his mother was eager to meet her too.
Del Castillo told El Chapo that one of her friends notified her that she was being watched and could be implicated by the feds for having contact with him, so she wanted to avoid getting busted and didn't want to take a risk of Guzman Loera being located and getting arrested.

Del Castillo tweeted that the text conversations between her and El Chapo were manipulated and misinterpreted "to make up items they think will make good stories and that aren't truthful."

Some of the highlights of the text conversations beween Kate del Castillo and El Chapo translated into English and published by Slate dot com. The Mexican government has confirmed to Telemundo that the text messages are between Kate del Castillo and Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Loera.

The Mexican feds had both Sean Penn and Del Castillo under surveillance when they arrived in Mexico in October and took photos during their meetings with El Chapo's lawyers at a hotel restaurant and members of the Sinaloa Cartel who escorted them to meet with the drug lord.

El Chapo and del Castillo are texting for the first time to set up their first encounter. El Chapo says he wishes she could come and stay with him for three days, but there have been heavy rains and there’s no passage.

Chapo: “… we’ll drink tequila and champagne. I’m not a big drinker, but since your presence will be a beautiful thing, I’m very excited to meet you and become good friends. You’re the best in this world. … I’ll take care of everything so you’re comfortable. I will take care of you more than I do my own eyes." 
Del Castillo: "I am so moved to hear that you will take care of me. No one has ever taken care of me." Later that day, in messages between El Chapo and his lawyer: 

Chapo: “What did she say?”

Lawyer: “Very excited. Surprised. She couldn’t believe it.”

Lawyer: “… she wants to bring along actor Sean Penn…. curious fact, he is the most renowned actor in Hollywood.” An hour later…

Chapo: “What’s the name of that actor again?” Lawyer: “Sean Penn.”

Lawyer: “The guy in that 21 Gramsmovie.” 

Chapo: “21 Grams, what year was that?”

The lawyer is telling El Chapo that del Castillo got home very late the night before because she was drinking and dancing with friends. El Chapo is having trouble pinning down Sean Penn. 

Chapo: “Tell Kate that when she comes we will drink Tequila and dance, just tell her that.”

Chapo: “What’s the name of the director that will accompany the lady?” 

Lawyer: “Sean Penn...”

Chapo: “I’m looking up Sean Penn online now…” 

Lawyer: “Yeah, that guy used to be an actor I think, now he’s a writer and producer. The lady says he’s more badass than the guy who did The Godfather.” 

Later that day:

Del Castillo: “… you have no idea how excited I am…. But independently of our project, I’m anxiously looking forward to looking at you in the eyes, in person, THANK YOU …”

Chapo: “… You are so beautiful, my friend, in every way.”

Del Castillo: “I’ll confess that for the first time I feel protected. You’ll know my story once we have time to chat, but for some reason I feel safe, and that you know who I am, not as an actress or public figure, but as a woman, as a person. I’ll bring my tequila to share it with you, because that was a dream of mine that was due to come true.”

On September 27, del Castillo texts El Chapo on her whereabouts as she travels to Los Angeles. El Chapo calls del Castillo “beautiful,” thanks her for being such a good person, and wishes her safe travels. After an initial meeting with El Chapo in Sinaloa, Mexico on October 2, described in Penn’s Rolling Stone article, Del Castillo and Penn wait for about a week to have a second meeting, but it never happens because of security concerns.

Del Castillo is traveling back home from Sinaloa after the aborted second meeting.

Chapo: “Good morning, my friend, I’m sorry, I was sleeping. I wish you safe travels, from the bottom of my heart. I’ll be on the lookout. I love you.” 

(There are two ways of saying “I love you” in Spanish: One is Te quiero, for friends, family, and the early stages of romantic relationships. The other is Te amo, as in, “I am in love with you,” reserved for serious romantic relationships. El Chapo used the former.) 

Del Castillo: “…and I haven’t slept much since I saw you, I’m so excited about our story... It’s the truth. It’s the only thing I think about…”

Chapo: “I’m more excited about you than about the story, my friend.”

Del Castillo: “hahaha, I’m so happy to hear that.”

Del Castillo: “You made me blush ;)”

Chapo: “Good afternoon, how’s the best woman in the world, the smartest one, whom I admire greatly? … [Chapo gives Del Castillo a phone number to call in order to get photos of El Chapo and Sean Penn together from him.]”

Del Castillo: “hahaha, thank you!!! Hi, my beautiful friend, I’ll call him … take care, thank you =-* 

Chapo: Thank you, my friend, for your well wishes. Your friend loves you. Bye.”

Del Castillo: “I love my friend, bye.” On Oct. 29, El Chapo texts del Castillo again to tell her he wants to see her again, and wants her to meet his mom.

On October 31, and then again on November 5, they exchange texts again about logistics for El Chapo’s biopic, which del Castillo was reportedly meant to produce. El Chapo asks her what her favorite food is in order to offer it to her when she returns. He tells her he “loves and admires” her and “has no way to repay” everything she’s done for him and his sons.

On November 9, del Castillo texts El Chapo letting him know the article is finished and just needs his approval. She tells him she has been told by a friend she was being watched by the feds and didn't want to get busted for texting him, and that things are getting too dangerous, even though, she says, “both me and my friend (Penn) want to see you again and finish the mission you assigned to me.”
