Head Of Protective Makua Frivolously Classified By Waukesha And Walworth County Authorities Of Operating A Moms Criminal Organization, WI Police Reports Revealed

A nearly 300-page police investigative report from both Waukesha and Walworth counties frivolously indicate that the head of Protective Makau has been operating a mom's criminal organization and is anti-government for standing up against corrupt family court judges and law enforcement who enforce illegal acts committed by judges who are not held accountable. Also, in general all the mothers who have been jilted by a family court judge erroneous and illegal decision and who have decided to protest the widespread corruption by judges and Guardian Ad Litems (GAL) in family courts in the U.S., are now being classified by local law enforcement officials in Wisconsin as anti-government and involved in a criminal organization to take babies away from fathers, (literally saying), according to what the police investigative reports indicate. In order words, the corrupt law enforcement officials are saying, if anyone or mothers decide to expose their corruption and enforcement of illegal decisions and acts committed by County family court judges, especially these moms, they are now labeled anti-government and involved in a criminal organization.

Vancouver, Canada - On Wednesday, Kathryn Alamea-Xian, the Interim Executive Director of Protective Makua, an advocacy non-profit organization that advocates for equal rights of domestic abused women and children says, that she is being persecuted by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the Walworth County District Attorney's Office and the Delavan Police Department in the U.S. for protecting and advocating for the legal rights of Julie Valadez and her 15-year-old son, Ethan Valadez.

Both Valadez and Alamea-Xian are claiming that the CBSA had no criminal warrant for any offence to hold them and that the CBSA under Erin O'Gorman, the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has unlawfully and unconstitutionally  detained them including Ethan because they are under the Refugee Protection Division (RPD), which is separate from CBSA, which has no jurisdiction of protected refugee claimants and currently, the federal employees from the RPD are on a nationwide strike in Canada. Julie, Ethan and Alamea-Xian are being illegally held by the CBSA and they should be immediately released.

Julie Valadez and Kathryn Xian released the following joint statement,  "We are very concerned to be unlawfully detained at the Immigration Holding Center in Surrey BC. We were unlawfully arrested by the CBSA on April 21, 2023, under the Immigration Division. However, we were referred for Political Asylum to  Canada's Refugee Political Division at the IRCC. The Immigration Division's unlawful arrest and detainment of Refugee Claimants is out of their jurisdiction. But, because of Canada's nationwide strike of it's Federal workers, the Refugee Protection Division is all but shut down and no one is paying attention to this gross injustice during this strike. Please spread this message to all of Canada's Parliament."

Alamea-Xian helped Julie to file a Petition of Writ of Mandamus with the Wisconsin State Supreme Court in March 2023 detailing all the Constitutional violations and illegal acts committed by both Waukesha County family court Judges Michael J. Abrahamian and Ralph M. Ramirez against Julie and her four special needs children including Ethan in Wisconsin. Complete Writ link (includes documents and court transcripts): http://bit.ly/40PkEWY

Alamea-Xian, Julie and Ethan applied for asylum in Canada and on March 21, 2023, they were taken into custody by the Canada Border Services (CBSA) Agency agent Danielle (Jenkins) Bernard, phone # 1-587-894-1250 and police.

Alamea-Xian and Julie had a 3-hour CBSA hearing on Tuesday and two hours before the hearing, they were provided with a copy of nearly a 300-page Waukesha and Walworth counties police reports from the Waukesha Police Department and Delavan Police Department, which frivolously classified Alamea-Xian, who is a LBGTQI activist of operating an alleged criminal organization, anti-government group composed of a group of mothers who have been done wrong by some corrupt family court judges and GALs. But in the Waukesha County divorce case of Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez in Wisconsin, Julie as a whistleblower has been the only woman in Wisconsin's history to successfully document and expose the corruption of the Waukesha County family court proceedings by two inept judges who have a history of legislating from the bench and not following state laws that protect domestic abused women and children. These two judges have also failed to follow the decisions of the Wisconsin State Court of Appeals in four appeals, in Julie's favor.

Ethan, 15, is also being held at another facility for children and apparently a hard copy notice from an immigration division in Canada has been delivered to where Ethan and Julie resides, eventhough, they know he is being held at a facility or group home operated by the Canadian Ministry of Children and Families (CMCF). If Ethan fails to be interviewed, then his application for asylum will most likely be denied.

According to Alamea-Xian, Julie learned that a social worker from the CMCF has told Ethan that his and Julie's application for asylum will failed, and that he would be returned to Wisconsin to be with his abusive father, which triggered a PTSD episode and was temporarily hospitalized for accessment.

According to Alamea-Xian, Wisconsin Walworth and Waukesha authorities are attempting to disable Julie Valadez's Facebook account, which has countless of documents proving the corruption allegations against the Waukesha County family court judges and GALs involved. But, all Julie's evidence of the alleged corruption, Constitutional rights violations against her and her children including court transcripts showing judges committing illegal acts, proceedings and violating Julie's rights have been included in the public filing of the Writ of Mandamus with the Wisconsin State Supreme Court.

Lastly, the Walworth County D.A.'s Office, the Delavan Police Department and the Waukesha Police Department have been monitoring the Julie Valadez, Alamea-Xian and Protective Makua Facebook accounts and have identified all the women who are following and supporting Valadez and Alamea-Xian in exposing the widespread corruption by judges in both Waukesha and Walworth counties including certain police investigators who have allegedly committed fraud in the police reports that both Julie and Alamea-Xian received two hours before the hearing on Tuesday.

According to Alamea-Xian, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. is also mentioned in the Delavan and Waukesha police reports. Also, the Waukesha and Walworth County authorities have subpoenaed Julie's, emails, texts, Facebook (FB) private messages and other information regarding all the women who have contacted Julie through FB, which now the Waukesha County authorities including the court judges know who the women are that have organized to expose the widespread corruption at the Waukesha County family court judicial system. The women are now at risk of fierce retaliation by the alleged corrupt Waukesha County authorities and judges involved who are now classifying them as members of an organized criminal organization, according to Alamea-Xian.

In one report, Waukesha Police Detective Shelly Fischer allegedly lied on the record that Julie had accused her ex-husband, Ricardo Valadez of sexually assaulting their young daughter and other siblings, which Julie has denied ever telling Det. Fischer that Ricardo sexually assaulted their children, and Fischer was the initial investigator in the sexual assault of Julie by Ricardo. Also, when Det. Fischer interviewed Ethan, he told her that he was physically and mentally abused by his father, and Fischer later testified in court that Ethan never told her that his father abused him, according to Alamea-Xian. Julie filed for a discovery request and received the report about Det. Fischer and posted it on her FB account at link https://tinyurl.com/3zkzuuxz.

The question that authorities in Walworth and Waukesha counties haven't addressed, is why has Ethan ran away five times from his abusive father?, Alamea-Xian asked.

To make it clear, HNNUSA, is a an alternative news source with more than 24 million views on the internet, and with over 100 million views from sister HNNUSA media sources, which is followed by many governments around the world including law enforcement, and will continue to report any news concerning the widespread alleged corruption and illegal enforcement conducted by rogue authorities at Trump MAGA cult stronghold counties in Wisconsin that need to be held accountable. As former U.S. President Trump recently learned in Manhattan, NY, no one is above the law!

Once Hispanic News Network U.S.A. receives a copy of the Delavan and Waukesha police investigative reports from Wisconsin, it will be posted for the public interest.

Alamea-Xian and Valadez who are being held at a CBSA immigration facility in Surrey are scheduled for CBSA hearing on May 2nd. The CBSA will determine, if the frivolous allegations of a criminal organization in both the Walworth and Waukesha Counties police reports are bogus or have substantial grounds to deny asylum in Canada to Julie, Alamea-Xian and Ethan.

On April 7, 2023, Protective Makua released the following information about Julie and her dovorced case at the Waukesha County family court. "Never before have we witnessed such lawlessness in courts than what we have seen, and what has been the standard, in Waukesha and Walworth counties in their discrimination against mothers reporting domestic abuse (or acknowledged as victims) on the basis of sex, gender, and marital status."

"Many moms fight back, none have been successful. One mom, Julie Valadez has gotten the furthest to expose the pervasive crimes of these courts and setting case law protecting victims of abuse from biased judges.

"After her 4 appellate wins, the inferior court tried its best to stop her by furthering illegal attempts to incarcerate her or force her into a mental institution (though she was found to be a fit and proper mother to her children). On March 24, 2023, Julie Valadez succeeded in filing her Petition for a Writ of Mandamus with the Wisconsin Supreme Court. And she did it pro se (self-represented).

"Julie is truly a champion for her children and a modern-day(s) hero for all moms and would-be moms, especially those suffering from domestic abuse.

"If she still doesn't receive the relief she deserves which is what the law requires, Julie will appeal this matter all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, seeking to uphold the Constitutional rights of mothers and children."

On April 26, 2023, Guillaume Bérubé, the Manager, Media Relations for CBSA responded via email to HNNUSA who requested confirmation about the arrest of Julie, Ethan and Alamea-Xian and why were they detained on April 21. Bérubé stated, "The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) does not provide comment or details on specific individual cases as an individual’s border and immigration information is considered private and protected by the Privacy Act."

The American Citizens Services Unit at the U.S. Consulate General in Vancouver, Canada on April 26, 2023 released the following statement regarding the arrests of Julie, Ethan and Alamea-Xian by the CBSA, "We cannot discuss the details of cases involving U.S. citizens. We are aware of the situation and monitoring it."

Julie Valadez And Kathryn Alamea-Xian On Hunger Strike After Being Detained By Canadian Border Services Agency Agents And Police

April 22, 2023

Vancouver, Canada - On Friday, Julie Valadez who sought asylum in Canada, her 15-year-old son Ethan Valadez who fled Wisconsin to escape from his abusive father and Kathryn Alamea-Xian, the Interim Executive Director of Protective Makua in Canada and Hawaii were forcibly detained by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) agents and police, according to sources. Apparently, the arrests were triggered over a CBSA email sent to Julie for an interview and Julie failed to attend. According to the source, Julie denied that she ever received an email from CBSA for a scheduled interview. Why did the CBSA sent out an email notice instead of a certified notice to attend an interview in order to confirm that Julie was made aware of a pending interview with the CBSA?

The CBSA has not released any information about Julie, Ethan and Alamea-Xian's arrest on Friday. Julie and Alamea-Xian began a hunger strike on late Friday in protest of the CBSA and police arrests.

Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) contacted the CBSA on Saturday via email to confirm the incarceration of Julie, Ethan and Alamea-Xian. The CBSA has not responded to the HNNUSA inquiry.

AccordIng to press release sent to HNNUSA, Julie Valdez is a refugee claimant in Canada after fleeing unjust persecution instigated by her domestic abuser and ex-husband Ricardo Valdez at the Waukesha County family divorce court in Waukesha, Wisconsin in the U.S.A.

Waukesha, WI in the U.S.A. is a Trump strong hold and support base for the January 6th 2021 insurrection on the U.S. Capitol.

Julie's undisputed abuser Ricardo Valdez was unlawfully awarded custody of her four children, despite Julie winning four appeals finding Ricardo's custody and attempts to incarcerate her illegal. In protest to this detainment, Kathryn Alamea-Xian, a LBGTQI activist using the pronouns they/them began a hunger strike at midnight on Friday. Both are refugee claimants for political asylum in Canada.

CBSA and police forcible took Julie's son Ethan Valadez age 15 from Julie's care after arresting her for failing to attend an interview of which CBSA claimed to have notify her by email, which she claimed that she never received. Neither Julie, Alamea-Xian and Ethan have been afforded any access to justice or an attorney in Canada.

Julie and Alamea-Xian have immigration court hearings on their refugee claims on Monday, April 24th 2023.

Ethan Valadez fled continuing abuse of his father and persecution by the Waukesha County court for simply reporting federal crimes and public corruption involving his father and court officials, judges and Guardian Ad Litem attorneys assigned to the Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez divorce case in Waukesha County. Ethan is also a refugee claimant in Canada, according to a press release received by HNNUSA.

Ethan ran away on his own accord from his abusive father in January 10, 2023 and was identified as a missing person by the Walworth County Scanner.

Julie, Alamea-Xian and Kimberlee Coronado were all criminally charged in Walworth County in Wisconsin for interfering with the custody of a child including party to a crime for Ethan running away from his abusive father. Both Julie and Alamea-Xian were charged with a second criminal offense for interfering with a custody order including party to a crime in Walworth County.

Coronado remains in custody at the Walworth County Sheriff's Office jail since, March 2023 on a cash bond of $100,000 (must pay $100,000 cash bond) eventhough, the Walworth County accessment results say she is not a flight risk and has no criminal history.

Update: On Monday, April 24, 2023, a source confirmed that the facility personnel where Kathryn Alamea-Xian and Julie Valadez are being held at by the Canada Border Services Agency have forced Alamea-Xian to give up her hunger strike and are being threatened with criminal charges, if they continue with the hunger strike. Also, Ethan Valadez has threatened suicide after suffering a PTSD episode shortly after CBSA agents attempted to coerce him to return to Wisconsin indicating that he is not being afforded his rights in Canada at the age of 15 as legally required by law.

Ethan told CBSA agents that he doesn't want to return to Wisconsin and has requested to see and talk to his mother, Julie who is not being allowed to console her son.

The current actions by the CBSA in Canada against Kathryn, Julie and her son Ethan is an attempt to coerce them from taking legal action against the CBSA for illegal detention in Canada.

Kathryn and Julie will have a CBSA court hearing on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. to see whether they are released and afforded the legal rights as fleeing refugees that have applied for asylum in Canada.

No word, if Julie and Kathryn were allowed to speak with an attorney before the hearing, but as of Monday, both Julie and Kathryn were allowed to speak with each other to prepare for Tuesday's CBSA hearing.

• Kathryn Alamea-Xian released a statement to HNNUSA on Sunday, April 23, 2023 confirming that she, Julie Valadez and her son, Ethan Valadez were arrested by several Canada Border Services Agency agents and police without actually pressing any criminal offense, a warrant and so far, the CBSA can't explain why they actually arrested them other than Julie missing an interview that she wasn't aware off, since she wasn't contacted by CBSA.

Alamea-Xian alleged that Ricardo Valadez and his attorney lied in a court order that triggered the unlawful arrests of Julie, her son and Alamea-Xian.

Alamea-Xian says that she is considering filing a lawsuit against Ricardo, if he steps into Canada and most likely also he will face criminal charges for lying in a fabricated court order that was not signed by a Canadian judge.

Alamea-Xian also confirmed that she and Julie initiated a hunger strike after they were separated where they are being held. She also says, that Ethan is refusing to return to Wisconsin and he had obtained an attorney to fight his abusive father's attempt to return him to Wisconsin.

Protective Makua Requested Witness Protection Status From Feds For 15-year-old Whistleblower Ethan Valadez Who Ran Away From Abusive Father And Filed For Asylum In Canada

Protective Makua released a second email sent on April 21, 2023 to U.S. Attorney Haanstad in the Eastern District of Wisconsin requesting witness protection status for 15-year-old whistleblower Ethan Valadez who exposed alleged criminal acts and corruption in the Waukesha County family court system involving his abusive father, his father's family members, multiple attorneys, court officials and etc....

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

April 22, 2023

Elkhorn, Wisconsin - On Friday, Protective Makua exclusively released a second email to Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) sent to U.S. Attorney Gregory J. Haanstad, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin requesting witness protection status for 15-year-old whistleblower Ethan Valadez who ran away on his own accord on January 10, 2023 to escape from his abusive father and Ethan later applied for asylum in Canada. Ethan's name was made public by the Walworth County Scanner when he went missing in January.

The Protective Makua email sent to Haanstad by Kathryn Alamea-Xian, the Interim Executive Director details the current alleged corruption involving Waukesha County family court judges and law enforcement who are identified in the email in both Waukesha and Walworth counties. Alamea-Xian also provided documents to Haanstad as evidence in the divorce case of Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez in Waukesha County.

The Julie Valadez divorce case in Waukesha County and a criminal case filed in Walworth County against Julie, Alamea-Xian and Kimberlee Coronado from Waukesha shows the insight of wide spread corruption in the family court judicial system in Waukesha County and in the Walworth County criminal judicial system as well. Piles and piles of documented evidence filed by Julie on court records, transcripts during the divorce hearings and documents posted in her Facebook account truly exposes the blatant judicial corruption and illegal acts by named Waukesha County family court judges, attorneys involved including Guardian Ad Litems assigned and other Waukesha County officials.

The mainstream has yet to report about the full scale corruption and illegal Constitutional acts against Julie and her children, eventhough, she has provided documents of evidence for the mainstream media to review and report on. It seems, the mainstream editors haven't grasped the total damage and corruption that the Waukesha County family court system has inflicted on domestic abused victims, especially women and children in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

You can't make this up folks, Julie has been the only whistleblower in Wisconsin's history to successfully challenge and expose the corruption and illegal acts committed against her in the Waukesha County family court system by judges who don't follow state laws to protect domestic abuse women and their children.

Julie filed a Petition For Writ Of Mandamus with the Wisconsin State Supreme Court on March 24, 2023 that details Constitutional rights violations against her and her children who were placed (custody) with the abusive father, Ricardo Valadez. Filed Writ link (includes documents and court transcripts): http://bit.ly/40PkEWY

So far, Julie has done everything right to report and expose the corruption in the Waukesha County family court system and yet, the Wisconsin Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Justice including the Wisconsin Judicial Commission and Governor Tony Evers' Office has not acted on nor has launch an independent investigation to review Julie's allegations against the corruption happening today at the Waukesha County family court system and Walworth County. Will state authorites and feds finally launch an investigation to hold Waukesha County and Walworth County accountable including its judges, district attorneys, court officials and law enforcement involved in enforcing the corruption?

The following is the email recently sent to U.S. Attorney Haanstad.

Aloha, U.S. Attorney Haanstad:

On November 28, 2022, nearly five months ago, I reported to Wisconsin FBI and Hawaii FBI on the public corruption surrounding the Julie Valadez custody case and Ethan Valadez's disclosures of federal offenses committed by his father and abettors connected with Waukesha County Courts as appointed officers of the court as well as local law enforcement.

Shortly thereafter SA Erin Lucker, with FBI, responded to me requesting a meeting to discuss this report. That said, considering the fact that what has transpired to date since my initial November 28, 2022 report has come to pass and both Julie and Ethan are at grave risk of harm and loss of liberty due to this corruption and Ricardo Valadez's continuing fraud, I would again respectfully request an update on the status of your office's stance on this issue of international and national concern regarding the safety of whistleblowers reporting public corruption and conspiracy.

Furthermore, you should know that the Detective involved in the Walworth County unconstitutional arrest and detainment of Kimberlee Coronado and investigation and bad faith issuance of arrest warrants upon Julie Valadez and myself is Det. Trevor Hindman.

Det. Trevor Hindman is the same detective in Walworth who was assigned to one of Ethan Valadez's past child abuse cases triggered when he called his mother crying and screaming for help when his father was physically abusing him. Det. Hindman quashed Ethan's this report of child abuse in 2021, wherein which Ethan's iPad was taken from him and given to his abuser.

Ethan stated to police officers on the scene, Officers Sulzer and Mair (one of whom committed perjury in court), that his iPad contained hard evidence of Ricardo Valadez's continuing abuse and fraud in conspiracy with Molly Jasmer (GAL), his attorney Kurt Schuster, and Ethan's former school principal James Murray, who fabricated a fake truancy record in order to allow the GAL Molly Jasmer to illegally take Ethan from the custody and care of his mother (Julie had sole custody of all her children by stipulation). The police incident when these unlawful acts occurred were recorded on police bodycam of which my agencies and our confidential partnering agencies have copies for safe keeping. Ethan stated, recorded on police body cam, that evidence of this conspiracy was on the iPad that police took and gave to Ricardo Valadez thereafter. Molly Jasmer unlawfully had Ethan subjected to involuntary commitment to silence and discredit him. This occurred three times to the child. If forcibly returned to Wisconsin, Jasmer will have the power to subject Ethan to this unconstitutional incarceration or subject him to actual incarceration in juvenile detention for repeat run aways and truancies while in the custody of Ricardo Valadez. Ethan's liberty is at stake for reporting crimes, which is what the U.S. teaching children to do, isn't it?

I remain as ever hopeful that you will respond to these reports. See attached initial email report to Wisconsin FBI.

Sincerely,

Kathy 'Alamea-Xian
Interim Executive Director

Protective Makua Seeks Investigation By U.S.DOJ Into The Julie Valadez Wisconsin Child Custody Case After 15-year-old Son Runs Away From Abusive Father And Seeks Asylum In Canada

Protective Makua claims Wisconsin Attorney Kurt Schuster, the attorney representing Ricardo Valadez filed a misleading Canadian court document that was unsigned by a Canadian judge to make it seem that the court ordered for 15-year-old Ethan Valadez to be seized in Canada and returned to Wisconsin. Julie is appealing Schuster's misleading court order because she was never served.

Elkhorn, Wisconsin - On Monday, April 17, 2023, Kathryn Alamea-Xian, the Interim Executive Director of Protective Makua sent an email to Gregory J. Haanstad, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin requesting an investigation (probe) into the Walworth County District Attorney's Office irregularities in filing criminal charges against Julie Valadez, Kimberlee Coronado and Kathryn Alamea-Xian in connection with the January 10, 2023 run away incident by 15-year-old Ethan Valadez. Ethan ran away after Waukesha police and a Waukesha County Judge Ralph M. Ramirez failed to protect him from his abusive father.

Protective Makua also claimed that Attorney Kurt Schuster, who represents Ricardo Valadez filed a misleading Canadian document that was unsigned by a Canadian judge to make it seem that the court ordered for Ethan to be seized in Canada and returned to Wisconsin.

According to Protective Makua, on April 18, 2023, Ricardo Valadez's attorney, Kurt Schuster, filed a misleading Canadian court document into the parties' divorce/custody matter in 2018DV296, Doc. 1332. This document is misleading because it appears to be an order by a Canadian court enforcing the seizing of Ethan Valadez for his return to Wisconsin, however, this order is not finalized and neither Julie Valadez nor Ethan has been notified or served with this order. This order has also not been signed by a Judge of the Canadian Court. This is an attempt by Kurt Schuster and Ricardo Valadez to defraud the courts of both Canada and Wisconsin in order to manufacture evidence to keep Kimberlee Coronado detained and to continue to criminalize Julie Valadez and unlawfully remove Ethan Valadez against his will.

Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) received the following copy of an email sent to U.S. Attorney Haanstad in Wisconsin by Alamea-Xian, the Interim Executive Director of Protective Makua.

Aloha,

On March 24, 2023, Julie Valadez filed her Petition for a Writ of Mandamus with the Wisconsin Supreme Court (2023AP511), which contains evidence of the illegal taking and criminal concealment of the Valadez children from Ms. Valadez. She has continually reported the criminality of this case which cannot be efficiently addressed under civil jurisdiction.

Furthermore, any criminal justiceability should not be stayed just because these issues arose from a family civil matter. This would allow truly guilty perpetrators to get away with the most shocking crimes with the aid of family courts. Ms. Valadez's original reports of public corruption (in June of 2020) were referred to your office pertaining to Judge Michael J. Aprahamian and accomplices. And deliberate indifference of law enforcement has allowed this matter to now become an international affair, attracting attention globally.

Judge Aprahamian ordered Julie to liquidate her ex-husband's ERISA account, to which she objected, and ordered that the money be paid to court appointed officers and attorneys personally known to him. He also ordered the sale of her home, of which he required to set the price and required to be sold by a court chosen realtor. Those profits also went to pay GALs and attorneys.

The second judge Ralph Ramirez has also done similar to the economic benefit of the court appointed GAL on this case, Molly Jasmer (former GAL Katherine De Lorenzo was already formerly referred criminal charges by the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office, but the Waukesha County Prosecutor refused to prosecute). Ramirez now seeks to extradite Julie to silence her from exposing this corruption. Her son, Ethan, is also at risk from retaliation for reporting child labor trafficking and federal public benefits fraud implicating Court personnel, his father, and his father's family.

Ricardo Valadez has falsely claimed that Ms. Valadez kidnapped her son Ethan, which prompted the illegal arrest and detainment of Kimberlee Coronado. They also seek to extradite me for helping the mother stay safe, which is my agency's mission in the legal field. Julie has refugee claimant status for political asylum since October 2022. Ethan recently filed his own application for refugee status last March and is seeking an attorney to object to his forcible removal by his father's fraudulent efforts to weaponize the Hague Convention to silence him.

I thought that, before this becomes an international affair prior to the next presidential election, you might want to know before this blows up and people start asking questions why no one has done anything to stop this deep rooted and pervasive corruption and possible criminal RICO violations.

Ms. Valadez and her son Ethan have had to flee the U.S. (presumably still a free country) and their abuser abetted by Waukesha and now Walworth courts, in order to have the protection without harassment or threat of harm to be able to apprise the higher courts to the truth of the public corruption in appellate filings to the Supreme Court. In Ms. Valadez's mandamus, you will read exactly which constitutional rights that Waukesha circuit court's Judge Ramirez, Judge Aprahamian, Chief Judge Jennifer Dorow, its GALS and other court appointed officers have intentionally infringed under color of law. Both judges (Aprahamian and Ramirez) have also acted outside of their jurisdiction, rendering them without an absolute immunity defense.

Please keep in mind that "to act under color' of law does not require that the accused be an officer of the State. It is enough that he is a willful participant in joint activity with the State or its agents." U.S. v. Price, 383 U.S. 787, 794-95 (1966). Also, Court Officers are not afforded absolute immunity if they lie, fabricate, omit or bar a mother from entering evidence to a trial to prevent the state's illegal taking of her child. See Hardwick v. Cnty. of Orange, 844 F.3d 1112, 1116 (9th Cir. 2017) (where the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals found that court appointed quasi-judicial officers were not afforded absolute immunity for lying about mother and precluding her evidence which led to her detainment and the illegal state taking of her daughter. The Court stated that: "Social workers may well have absolute immunity when discharging functions that are 'critical to the judicial process itself,' ... but they are not entitled to absolute immunity from claims that they fabricated evidence during an investigation or made false statements in a dependency petition affidavit that they signed under penalty of perjury, because such actions aren't similar to discretionary decisions about whether to prosecute."). See also the following similar case three years later in Hardwick v. Cnty. of Orange, 980 F.3d 733 (9th Cir. 2020) (where after mother's successful state court lawsuit for interference with her rights in connection with county officials' removal of her children from home, child, having reached age of majority, brought federal action to recover for violation of her own rights and defendant's argument of claim preclusion did not apply).

Ricardo Valadez and his abettors have conspired to infringe upon the rights of Ms. Valadez to freely travel, and in my case, he has already infringed upon this right because of his false criminal allegations of felony Custodial Interference. My arrest warrant was issued in Walworth County on the same day that I was to return to Hawaii from Canada, on March 3, 2023.

Ricardo Valadez conspired with law enforcement to extradite me to Wisconsin without probable cause, cherry picking words and single sentences from a multi-day text thread to fabricate probable cause. This test thread occurred between EBV and his mother during the Christmas and New Year's holiday season last year where Ricardo Valadez kept Ethan for the majority of his custodial time, in the basement of his paternal grandparent's home, which he could not leave and without adequate food, while he and his other children and girlfriend celebrated in Chicago.

And, as I stated above, another innocent mother who is a whistleblower to Waukesha court corruption and who provides peer support to several mothers and special needs children, Kimberlee Coronado, has been unlawfully and unconstitutionally arrested and detained by Waukesha and Walworth police since March 15, 2023 with a $100,000 cash bail without having a preliminary hearing and no criminal complaint filed into the record for a week. There apparently is no criminal warrant on record, and no waiver of her time limit for preliminary hearing. Her preliminary hearing was on April 17, 2023, over a month after she was unlawfully arrested and detained.

Attorney Peter Wolff, board member of Waukesha County Board, who was never retained by Kimberlee Coronado, made appearances in the matter, but did not expressly waive the time limit, because Wolff stated he needed more time to read the criminal complaint at a hearing held on March 23, 2023. The criminal complaint was filed into the record on Friday, March 21, 2023 but not available until the morning of Monday, March 23, 2023.

On March 15, 2023, Coronado was unconstitutionally arrested and detained on the morning of March 15, 2023.

On March 16, 2023, Walworth Court set at $100,000 cash bond at a hearing, without a criminal charge filed into the record. Also on this day, a Risk Assessment for the charge of "Abduction" was filed. However, Coronado has not been charged with Abduction. Doc. 5. (Coronado is charged with Custodial Interference 948.31(3)(a), which includes and affirmative defense in sub. (4)).

On Friday, March 21, 2023, a criminal complaint was apparently filed, but not available until, Monday, March 23, 2023. For some reason, sent by fax to presumably by the Court Clerk to the Court Clerk.

On March 23, 2023, Attorney Peter Wolff, who was never retained by Kimberlee Coronado, made appearances in the matter, but did not expressly waive the time limit, because Wolff stated he needed more time to read the criminal complaint at a hearing held on March 23, 2023. Again, Coronado never retained him nor gave anyone authority to retain him.

On March 28, 2023, Peter Wolff (still unretained and not consented by Coronado to represent her) never waived the time limit for a preliminary hearing, despite a note in CCAP stating that he did. Nevertheless, he did so without establishing Coronado's consent to represent her.

On March 28, 2023, a Preliminary Hearing was scheduled for April 21, 2023. On motion by Coronado's actual retained attorney, court rescheduled the Preliminary Hearing for April 17, 2023.

The court no longer has personal jurisdiction over Coronado, yet she remains unjustly incarcerated on an unreasonable $100,000 cash bail, despite never being charged with abduction and her assessment as a "low-risk" subject. Kim has in fact not committed any crime and the criminal complaint in Walworth and any actions taken in British Columbia Canada is fraudulent, manufactured to fabricate evidence based upon hearsay and perjury to justify the incarceration of an innocent mother, her son, and their advocates.

Kimberlee Coronado, sits in jail because of Ricardo's fraud, for the mere fact that I missed my flight on the day he had a criminal arrest warrant issued (March 3, 2023) and he and his abettors could not unlawfully arrest and detain me.  ("If predominant purpose of conspiracy is to impede or prevent exercise of right of interstate travel, or to oppress person because of his exercise of that right, then whether or not motivated by racial discrimination conspiracy becomes proper object of statute pertaining to conspiracy against rights of citizens. 18 U.S.C.A. § 241." United States v. Guest, 383 U.S. 745, 86 S. Ct. 1170, 16 L. Ed. 2d 239 (1966).)

The Valadez v. Valadez, 2022 WI App 2, 400 Wis. 2d 523, 969 N.W.2d 770 case law was supposed to reinforce the protections of domestic abuse victims, not their abusers. As the State of Wisconsin has the 8th highest rate of domestic abuse related murders in the nation (Study: When Men Murder Women, 2022), I am sure you would agree that Julie's case is extremely compelling and important for the public good. I assume you also read about the Bobbie Lou Schoeffling, whose death could have been prevented if local police, prosecutors, and judges actually enforced laws protecting domestic abuse victims, like Bobbie and Julie.

And, I have not yet heard back from you despite calling your office two times since we last spoke informing you of Ethan's reports of federal benefits fraud, public corruption, and child labor trafficking implicating his father, his father's cousin (Jonathan Aranda recently convicted of drug related felony offense(s)), and his court-appointed Guardian ad Litem, Molly Jasmer, Esq..

Upon information and belief (exhibits available upon request), Ricardo Valadez has now also committed fraud upon the Supreme Court of British Columbia Canada in his Article 16 Hague Application and Petition to initiate a clandestine ex parte Canadian court order to force his son, Ethan, back to Wisconsin, falsely claiming that Julie was in Wisconsin and forced her son by threat to go with her to Canada. Ricardo does this in order to silence him and imprison Julie to prevent their further reports and any investigation of his federal crimes implicating his family members and officers of the Waukesha Court.

Ethan, age 15, has independently filed his own refugee claim for political asylum last March and is objecting to his father's fraudulent Hague Petition, under Ethan's right pursuant to Article 13 of the Hague Convention, the Humans Right Convention (Canada is a signatory), and the treaty on the Rights of the Child (Canada is a signatory).

Julie has been in Canada since July 2022 where she immediately submitted a claim for Refugee protection and her claim was verified and referred to the Immigration and Refugee Board making her an official refugee claimant in October 2022 whereupon Julie handed over her passport she legally entered with to the Canadian authorities. Ethan entered Canada legally in January 2023. He became a refugee claimant in March 2023. They both are whistleblowers on the public corruption infecting Waukesha Court.

What is your stance on this matter, which has gotten worse as this matter continues to be ignored despite Ms. Valadez and her sons cries for help, protection, and relief?

Since this is occurring under your watch, I respectfully request a response on these substantive issues affecting my clients, Kimberlee Coronado, and myself.

Walworth County Commissioner Peter M. Navis And D.A.'s Office Refused To Lower The $100,000 Cash Bond For Kimberlee Coronado For Allegedly Interfering With Child Custody, A Non-violent Felony

The Walworth County Judicial branch has definitely shown its discriminatory discretion to hold Coronado, a non-violent child advocate on a $100,000 cash bond (must post cash), eventhough her bail accessment done by the County says, she is not a flight risk or a danger to society.

April 18, 2023

Elkhorn, Wisconsin - On Monday, April 18, 2023, Walworth County Commissioner Peter M. Navis became the third person to refuse to lower the $100,000 cash bond (defendent must post $100,000 cash, court records show) for Kimberlee M. Coronado, 46, who is allegedly accused with one felony count for interfering with the custody of child of another patent, which is not a violent crime nor does Coronado have a history of any prior criminal act or convictions in Wisconsin. Coronado's excessive bond is truly a violation of her Constitutional rights to be considered for a lower bond, which in this case, she is innocent until proven guilty, but the Walworth County District Attorney's Office has proven without the benefit of a doubt that she is a danger to society other that she is a Native American and is known as an advocate for autistic children.

Coronado is charged with 948.41 (3)(a), Interfere with child custody-other parent, which is a felony F and party to a crime, but on sub section 4 of the criminal state statue, (1), the defendent can claim a defense to persecution of violation of this section, if the action: 1. ...that the parent or person authorized by the parent reasonably believes there is a threat of physical harm or sexual assault of the child.

Coronado's next scheduled court appearance is for an arrangement hearing set for May 15, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. at the Walworth County Judicial Center room 3040 with presiding Judge Daniel S. Johnson.

Commissioner Navis and two Walworth County Judges Phillip A. Koss and Daniel S. Johnson have refused to lower Coronado's bond, since March 2023 when she was taken into custody and multiple irregularities occurred in filing charges including a criminal complaint.

The Walworth County Deputy District Attorney arguing against lowering Coronado's $100,000 cash bond is James T. Sempf. If anyone checks out the Walworth County Sheriff's jail roster for other individuals being held for violent felony crimes, one can see that most of those individuals have $10,000 or less bails set by the same judges and Walworth County D.A. Sempf and other assistant D.A.'s. Also, other individuals held for non-violent felonies in Walworth County jail are held with much less bonds, than Coronado.

The Coronado case in Walworth County definitely shows how corrupt the Walworth County D.A.'s Office and the entire Walworth County judicial bench can be without any state and federal judicial accountability to make sure that these Walworth County judges and D.A.'s  apply the law fairly including bonds.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice including the U.S. Department of Justice should launch an immediate investigation to learn why Coronado has been given an excessive cash bond, when the Walworth County accessment process for bond says, she is not a flight risk and has no criminal history.

The Coronado case is the fruit of the most corrupt Waukesha County family court system where two Waukesha County family court Judges Michael J. Abrahamian and Ralph M. Ramirez decided to illegally place the four Julie Valadez children with the abuser, Ricardo Valadez who has been accused by his run away son Ethan Valadez, 15, with child abuse, which the Waukesha police and Judge Ramirez failed to protect Ethan and charge his father with child abuse.

A video released by Protective Makua, an advocacy organization that protects abused mothers and children and fights for their equal rights in family court, shows Ethan telling Waukesha police of the abuse and his father telling a police officer and a female detective that he didn't want Ethan at home.

The Walworth County Scanner identified
Ethan Valadez by name in January 10, 2023, when he went missing (ran away on his own accord) and has now sought asylum in Canada. Julie, his mother has also sought asylum in Canada before Ethan ran away and has been criminally charged in Walworth County for Ethan's own decision to run away from his abusive father in the Waukesha County divorce case Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez # 2018FA000296.

On March 24, 2023, Julie filed a Petition For Writ Of Mandamus with the Wisconsin State Supreme Court. Appeal Number 2023AP000511 - W, read at link: http://bit.ly/40PkEWY

Since the filing for the Writ of Mandamus by Julie, the Wisconsin Supreme Court assigned a CTO appointing referee to review the Julie Valadez appeal case filing.

According to information made available to Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA), Ethan could be a federal witness against his own father and other members of his father's family involving alleged criminal acts including child labor law violations.

According to Kathryn Alamea-Xian, Interim Executive Director from Protective Makua in Honolulu, "As a domestic abuse advocate, I represent Julie Valadez whose case earned national attention last year when the Wisconsin appellate court found that family court unlawfully awarded sole custody of her children to their domestic abuser Ricardo Valadez."

"However, after the reversal of the order the family court refused to vacate the order and, in retaliation for Julie's whistleblowing on the county's race, disability, and sex discrimination and for winning 4 appeals against it, the court sought to criminalize Julie for frivolous things such as sending her children birthday presents and waving to them. The court effectively barred her from all contact with her kids except for supervised visitation which is a measure legislatively intended for domestic abusers, not their victims. Julie was never found unfit to parent the children, despite Ricardo's vicious social media and rumor campaign.

"Julie fled the court's unjust persecution after it sought to put her in jail and she is now a refugee claimant in Canada. She has been in Canada since July of 2022. Last January, one of her sons, EBV, age 15, ran away from his unjust persecution and his father's continued abuse after reporting serious federal crimes implicating his father and the family court.

"In retaliation and fear, his father has initiated a fraudulent Hague case and filed criminal charges against Julie claiming she kidnapped EBV. EBV is now also a refugee claimant seeking political asylum since he has also suffered unjust persecution by Waukesha courts to silence him from reporting. He has autism. I believe EBV may be the first American child seeking political asylum from unjust persecution from the U.S., signaling the substantial shift the country has taken away from democracy."

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On May 4th, the Milwaukee County reckless homicide trial of Joel Acevedo, 25, will continue after a 6 months adjournment for failure to contact and serve former Milwaukee County Medical Examiner Dr. Brian Peterson left Milwaukee after being terminated by Milwaukee County. Dr. Peterson did the autopsy on Acevedo and the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office lost contact with Peterson.

The final pre-trial is set for 8:30 a.m. on May 4, 2023 at the Milwaukee County Safety Building room 423, presiding Judge Glenn H. Yamahiro, according to court records. Jury trial is scheduled for June 5.

Former Milwaukee Police Officer Michael A. Mattioli, 35, was charged with one felony count for 1st-degree reckless homicide on May 13, 2020 in the April  2020 homicide of Acevedo at Mattioli's Southside of Milwaukee home. Mattioli who was off-duty at the time when he engaged in a deadly chokehold to keep Acevedo, who was an unarmed security guard from leaving his home while begging Mattioli to let him leave after an altercation occurred at Mattioli's house party.

Acevedo died from brain injuries caused by battery resulting in blunt force trauma to the head when he was severely beaten and strangled by Mattioli at a house party hosted by him, Dr. Peterson's autopsy reported.

Acevedo never recovered from being unconscious and was ultimately declared brain dead a week later at St. Luke's hospital.

According to police, on Sunday, April 19, 2020, at approximately 7:40 a.m., the Milwaukee Police Department responded to a battery complaint on the 4500 block of W. Cleveland Avenue involving an off-duty Milwaukee police officer.

The off-duty officer was identified as Mattioli, who allegedly was involved in an altercation with Acevedo at Mattioli's home. When responding police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Acevedo, who was unresponsive. He had sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Mattioli was not injured in the battery incident, according to police.

Acevedo's family and the Latino community has sought justice for Acevedo and an outdoor mural was painted at the Southwest corner of W. Greenfield Ave. and S. 6th Street in Milwaukee.

Update: On Friday, April 14, 2023, Attorney B'lvory LeMarr filed a civil lawsuit in Milwaukee County on behalf of the Acevedo family against former Milwaukee Police Officer Michael A. Mattioli, former Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales and Milwaukee Police Officer Robert Roach claiming that the Milwaukee Police Department allowed the use of a chokehold by officers. The Statues of Limitations to file a civil lawsuit expires next week, according to LeMarr.

The civil lawsuit is seeking $15M in damages. So far, the Acevedo family has not received a copy of the police body camera video from Officer Roach who responded to the incident at Mattioli's home in 2020.

Since the deadly chokehold incident in 2020, the Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission has banned the use of a chokehold by police.

Mattioli held Joel Acevedo in a chokehold for at least 11 minutes and 20 seconds, according to Attorney LeMarr.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Wednesday, Karlos Javier Soriano-Cabrera, 40, was charged with an additional felony count, totaling four felony counts for 3rd-degree sexual assault and one misdemeanor count for 4th-degree sexual assault in connection with the sexual assault of five women, according to the criminal complaint.

If convicted, Soriano-Cabrera is facing up to 10 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines for each felony count and up to 9 months in jail and $10,000 in fines for the misdemeanor count.

A totalled cash bond of $25,000 was set and a no contact order with the five victims was ordered.

Soriano-Cabrera is scheduled for a preliminary court hearing on Apirl 24 with Judge Rosa M. Barillas.

According to the criminal complaint, Soriano-Cabrera sexually assaulted 5 women, several women claimed that they were sexually assaulted in the Spring of 2017 and two other women claimed they were sexually assaulted in the same night between 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. in September. Police collected DNA in several alleged sexual assaults and DNA evidence matched Soriano-Cabrera's DNA.

One of the women says, that in May 2017, she had a drink with Soriano-Cabrera at the bar and she later woke up in her apartment naked and felt she had been sexually assaulted (felt pain in her vagina) including symptoms consistent with being drugged and had a chipped tooth.

The criminal complaint says, some of the women Soriano-Cabrera sexually assaulted were employees at the C-Viche Restaurant in Bay View who claimed that they worked in a toxic environment in a daily basis, where he would expose himself, then assaulting them and sexual misconduct occurred in a daily basis. One of the woman says, that he grabbed her inappropriately, and made multiple attempts to corner her and kiss her at the restaurant.

Several of the sexual assaults occurred inside the C-Viche on Bay View and in March 2017, a woman alleged that Soriano-Cabrera gave her a ride home and he forced her to give him oral sex near E. Locust and  N. Pierce. The woman told police that he put his hand in her back and directed her body to the downward position to perform the sex act. Among the employee female victims includes a patron.

The employees who were sexually assaulted claimed that Soriano-Cabrera used his position as the co-owner of C-Viche to force himself on them.

The sexual assaults occurred between March 2017 to September 2022.

In late March 2017, Soriano-Cabrera married Megan Todd, the managing owner of La Masa Empanda Bar on Brady Street.

According to court records, Soriano-Cabrera's wife paid $15,000 cash bail in September 2022 and on Wednesday, Milwaukee County Judge Jean Marie Keis added and additional $10,000 cash bond because the judge considered Soriano-Cabrera a flight risk and he was ordered to surrender his passport before being released on a cash bond.

In May 2010, Soriano-Cabrera was convicted for one misdemeanor count for retail theft under $2,500, according to court records.

Soriano-Cabrera is the Co-owner of several C-Viche restaurants, specializing in Peruvian seafood cuisines located in the Bay View area and in Shorewood, including the Kompali Taqueria on Brady Street (tacos restaurant) and at Kompali Tacos y Tortas, a fast food location inside the 3rd Street Market Hall on W. 3rd Street and W. Wisconsin Ave. as well.

Barron County, Wisconsin - Multiple rural police departments including other law enforcement agencies and the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office began to use a black silhouette of the State of Wisconsin with the "Thin Blue Line" (stripe) across the state, which refers to Blue Lives Matters, most members/followers are White law enforcement officers and their families, a Trump MAGA cult based support group considered to be anti-Black Lives Matters movement, which seeks justice for unarmed Black victims murdered by police. The imaginary image of the Blue Line or stripe was co-opted by supremacists (right extremists) to promote hate and the anti-racial justice movement during the 2020 Trump reelection for president campaign. It seems that many of the police departments in rural Wisconsin that are using the Blue Thin Line could be portraying themselves as supporters of Trump and his MAGA cult that is associated with supremacists.

The "Blue Thin Line" with the U.S. flag was also used by Trump MAGA (Make America Great Again) insurrectionists during the January 6, 2021 insurrection of the U.S. Capitol building in an attempt to overturn the presidential election in 2020. More than 950 insurrectionists were arrested including off-duty police officers after the failed insurrection. Many of them have been convicted and sentenced, according to the U.S.DOJ.

It's unfortunate that law enforcement agencies including police departments like the Cheteck and Cameron Police Departments and sheriff departments throughout Wisconsin like the Barron County Sheriff's Office decided to use the Blue Thin Line or stripe to mourn the loss of two White police officers in Barron County who were killed in the line of duty.

Some Wisconsinites might misinterpreted the Blue line or stripe as an indication that the two White officers killed in Barron County could be associated with the White supremacy movement, which would be an insult to the officers and their families, if they were not associated to supremacists and were not sympathizers to the Trump MAGA cult in Wisconsin.

On Monday, both the Chetek Police Department and the Village of Cameron Police Department identified the police officers killed on Saturday afternoon, April 8, 2023 as Hunter Scheel, 23, from the Cameron Police Department, who was in the department for one year and Emily Breidenbach, 32, from the Chetek Police Department, who was in the department for 5 years. Officers Scheel and Breidenbach were fatally shot by Glenn Douglas Perry, 50, of New Aubrun during a traffic stop in Barron County.

Both Scheel and Breidenbach died at the scene and Perry died later at a local hospital due to multiple wounds.

According to the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation, the officers were doing a warrant and a welfare check on Perry for concerning behavior when he was stopped in the Village of Cameron and a confronted between Perry and officers during the traffic stop ignited.

The bodies of both Scheel and Breidenbach on Monday morning were transported to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office in St. Paul, Minnesota for autopsies to be performed, then later in the afternoon, they were returned to Barron County in Wisconsin for funeral services.
