Raleigh, North Carolina - On Monday, in a last desperate attempt to create hestieria before Tuesday's election, William Gheen, president of the national organization called Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is saying illegal immigrants are expected to vote. Gheen believes that massive numbers of Illegal immigrants will actually vote on Tuesday by citing several reports in October 28, which WSBTV and the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported that a recent comparison of jury duty records and voter registrations found hundreds of non-citizens registered to vote and hundreds actually voting! The reports and Gheen failed to include in the e-mail, if anyone rather alleged non-citizens involved were ever charged and prosecuted for illegally voting. The lack of charges and prosecution of non-citizens voting draws questions about the reports Gheen is citing.
Gheen says Democrats will use Chicago Style Machine tactics, "It appears to me that Obama and the Democratic political machinery that roll vans through Hispanic neighborhoods on Election Day want those illegal immigrants voting in 2010." He is claiming and racially identifying that Hispanics expected to vote in large numbers on Tuesday are illegal. Which until now, Gheen is just crying wolf and is desperate to stop or deter U.S. registered Latinos voters from exercising their right to vote.
ALIPAC is calling on allied organizations, Tea Party groups, and conservative campaigns and activists to transport like minded conservative voters to the polls on Election Day. This will compensate for voter fraud and illegal immigrant voters being fielded by the Democratic political machines. "America is about to experience our first Chicago Style national election... as this is the last time their (conservative) vote will ever matter because this will be the case, if Obama gives illegal aliens Amnesty and voting rights," said Gheen.
Last week, FoxNews reported that an anti-immigrant group Ban Amnesty Now, or B.A.N., sent an e-mail entitled "6 Days to STOP Illegals from Stealing the Election!" The e-mail had the signature of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who is the honorary co-chair. The e-mail referred to unions the White House and Latino groups as "open-border criminals determine to undermine," our elections.
Sean McCraffrey, president of B.A.N. had to retract the first massive e-mail above after Arpaio objected and hadn't approved or signed such a massage. Arpaio stepped down as co-chair of the group as a result of the controversy. McCraffrey admitted it was a mistake to use Arpaio's name without his permission, but stands by the message alleging illegal immigrants are expected to vote on Tuesday's election.
On the B.A.N. website, it reads "Barack Obama has made a conscious decision not to enforce federal immigration laws including looking the other way while ILLEGALS VOTE!"  So far, McCraffrey hasn't provided any proof that illegal immigrants have voted or will attempt to vote.
In this case, B.A.N. lacks credibility and common sense to understand that undocumented immigrants can't vote and actually don't vote. This type of e-mails and massage content by B.A.N. creates hestieria among anti immigrant and known racists groups looking for an excuse to react, target and discriminate against Latinos in general.
FoxNews also reported that Gheen, president of ALIPAC had said, "...the Obama administration is doing everything it can to make sure as many illegal aliens vote in 2010, although that is a violation of federal law." Gheen provided no proof that illegal aliens will vote or have voted in prior elections.
The U.S. Department of Justice has sent 400 federal election observers to 18 jurisdictions in 30 states in an attempt to monitor and keep anti-immigrant groups from targeting and intiminating Latinos from voting.

Update: On Tuesday, William Gheen from ALIPAC lacking proof of voter fraud appears on Foxnews alleging Illegal immigrants will be voting during midterm elections at video link. http://bit.ly/cEJ9P4
