55-Year-old Rita Frances Bellew Charged With Ethnic Intimidation And Harassment In The Amy's Family Pizzaria Racist Rant In Hatboro, PA

Bellew is facing up to one year in jail, if convicted for ethnic intimidation and harassment in Hatboro.

Borough of Hatboro, Pennsylvania - The Hatboro Police Department reported on Friday, March 3, 2023, that Rita Frances Bellew, 55, was charged with one misdemeanor count for ethnic intimidation and harassment.

If convicted, Bellew is facing up to one year in jail.

Bellew is scheduled for a preliminary arraignment hearing on April 5, 2023 at the Montgomery County Magistrate District Court.

On February 23, 2023, an alleged Trump MAGA supporter and patriot, Bellew a CPA from the Borough of Hatboro, Pennsylvania in Montgomery County saw a Spanish-language TV program being watched at Amy's Family Pizzaria at the 300 block of S. York Rd and engaged in a racist rant against the owner, Omar Quiñónes who is originally from Guatemala. 

Bellew's racist remarks and rant was video recorded by the Pizzaria and posted in TicTok.

Bellew had ordered food, she then canceled and wanted a refund on her credit card because a TV Spanish-language program was being viewed at the pizzaria.

Her Facebook account was Frances Rita Frances, a Trump MAGA Patriot, which Bellew says she had 4,000 followers. She disabled her account, shortly sfter the Amy's Family Pizzaria incident.

Facebook (FB) Confirmed That Crystal Graves Tagging FB Users With Explicit Porno Images And Sites Doesn't Violate Their Community Standards

Alternative news source notified Facebook that Crystal Graves had tagged HNNUSA at a dating site with a link to a porno site on Facebook (FB), but afterwards, FB confirmed that Graves post and tagging doesn't violate their community standards, which means that they do practice double standards.

Menlo Park, California - On late Thursday, Facebook (FB) notified Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) that Crystal Graves who has an account with FB did not violate their community standards when she tagged HNNUSA and multiple other users on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 in the Adult Dating USA 001 FB page with an attached porno site link.

FB was contacted by HNNUSA that Crystal Graves was using her FB account to tag other accounts to spread nudity and a sexually explicit image showing a woman and man having sexual intercourse, which was posted in the Adult Dating USA 001 FB page.

FB wrote in the notification, "The post was reviewed and though it doesn't go against one of our specific community standards, you did the right thing by letting us know about it."

When a FB user used the Private Treatment 18+JennieWoods69169 and the Free Singles Sex Dating Cams for Everyone free posted by  Bone Beltran Roberge Conyers  FB posts on January 22, 2023, but blurred the porno images on both FB account pages to alert other users, FB restricted the user's account for 24 hours and an additional 30 days, which postings were placed on the lower level of the timeline too.

It sure shows, how FB engages in double standards and under age FB users who fake their ages to use the social media could be exposed to the porno sites poping up on the timeline and available to share in FB, the social media.

Milwaukee's Southside Mitchell Street Mall Restricts Use Of Restrooms For Only Employees, No Public Restrooms

Wide spread City violations reported by citizens that more and more local businesses, gas stations and many food stores are restricting use of their restrooms.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - The new management at Mitchell Street Mall, 1030 W. Historic Mitchell Street in Milwaukee has locked its restrooms and put up a small sign by the front door indicating " Sorry No Public Restrooms" and on the doors of the locked bathrooms, it's posted "Restricted Area Employees Only".

Some vendors and employees inside the mall have different views about the restrooms being restricted.

One employee of a vendor says that he is not authorized to open the restroom to anyone. Another vendor says, if people in the mall want to use the restroom, then they would have to ask a security guard in the mall.

Another employee says that the restrooms should be accessible to anyone visiting the mall, especially for those in need to use a restroom.

In many other locations including gas stations, restrictions are enforced and only allow customers to use the restroom, but it other businesses or gas stations, they post signs that the restroom is out of order, which is left posted everyday.

There been cases where non-customers use a restroom to bath and clean up, especially the homeless, in other cases people use restrooms to shoot up drugs.

The City of Milwaukee requires licensed business to have restrooms accessible to the public visiting the business and gas stations.

In most cases, people don't complain to the City that businesses and many gas stations don't have restrooms available to the public that they depend as customers.

The owner of the building at 1020-1030 W. Historic Mitchell Street is Schuster Historic Bldg LLC.

As a result of businesses and gas station restrictive and alleged illegal restroom policies, an increase of public urination and defecation in the area is left creating a public biohazard in the neighborhood.

Biohazards are any material that can possibly contain infectious diseases. For example, human feces can contain diseases such as C. diff, Hepatitis A and E, Giardia, E coli, Cholera, and Norovirus.

28-year-old Elijah D. Combs Suffered Self-inflicted Wound After Pursuit By Police In The Southside Of Milwaukee

Homicide suspect Combs got into a vehicle crash after fleeing police during a high speed pursuit and shooting at police in the Southside of Milwaukee.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, Milwaukee police attempted to stop a Chrysler vehicle at the 1300 block of W. Windlake Ave. with a known homicide suspect wanted in connection with the homicide of Aliyah Maria Perez, 26, homicide.

Combs was driving at a high speed rate when he shot at police and then crashed just before 9:00 p.m. at the 4800 block of S. 13th Street in the Southside. Police evacuated a home where the crash occurred and were administering CPR to Combs.

Police indicated, Combs suffered a critical self-inflicted gunshot wound and life saving measures were unsuccessful. Combs died at the scene.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office reported that Combs was pronounced deceased at 9:09 p.m. in Milwaukee.

Angel Sanchez Filed Nomination Papers For The Milwaukee County Supervisor District 14 Seat, Two Other Candidates Caroline Gomez-Tom and Travis Hope Also Filed

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, Angel C. Sanchez, 53, announced that he submitted his required nomination papers seeking the Milwaukee County Supervisor District 14 seat. Sanchez is a former Milwaukee Alderman for the 12th Aldermanic District and has been a candidate fir the State Senate (2022) and State Assembly (2020) and the Milwaukee County School Board (2013).

Sanchez told Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) on Tuesday that if elected, he will work with anyone for Milwaukee County to receive its fair share of share revenue. 

Milwaukee County pays nearly $3 billion in share revenues per year to the State and the State only returns $250 million to operate per year and the County falls on a $20 million in deficit per year.

Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley has proposed a 1% tax increase for Milwaukee County taxpayers, which already pay more of their share of taxes. Crowley should be focused instead in getting more of the Milwaukee County share revenue for the County to operate without a deficit than raise taxes.

Former Milwaukee County Supervisor, currently the Wisconsin State Assembly Representative Sylvia Ortiz-Velez attempted to address the unfair share revenue that the State takes from Milwaukee when she was a Supervisor, but to date,  she hasn't followed through for County taxpayers at the State Assembly. Also, the current Milwaukee County Supervisor Juan Miguel Martinez hasn't addressed the unfair share revenues that the County pays the State each year. Marisabel Cabrera, another State Assembly Representative from Milwaukee County hasn't either made any effort in her multiple terms in office to help return more of the share revenue to the County.

To be fair about share revenue taxes payments to State, the City of Milwaukee also pays its share of share revenue and get less per year to operate efficiently. Neither Alderman Jose G. Perez, currently the President of the Common Council and Alderwoman JoCasta Zamarripa haven't made any effort to address the high share revenue that the City pays the State and to help the City to get its fair share revenue to avoid raising taxes.

The two other candidates for the Milwaukee County Supervisor District 14 are Caroline Gomez-Tom, 34, originally from Racine and Travis J. Hope, 44.

Gomez-Tom works for the Milwaukee Department of Health and previously worked at the Sixteenth Community Health Centers.

Hope is a SOC Community Organizer/Safety Lead, according to the Southside Organizing Center Facebook post 2020.

The Special Primary Election will be held on April 4, 2023 and Special Election will be held on May 2, 2023, the winner on the election will fill the remainder of the incumbent's two-year term, which expires on April 14, 2024.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, February 26, 2023, Milwaukee responded to gunshots fired at the 5300 block of S. 26th Street around 8:30 p.m. and located Aliyah Maria Pérez, 26, with multiple gunshot wounds. She died at the scene, according to Milwaukee police. 

A known suspect is being sought by police in the Pérez homicide.

Also, Brittney Berg who is the girlfriend of Aliyah's brother, posted on social media that the suspect who allegedly killed Pérez on Sunday is Elijah D. Combs, 28.

According to sources, Aliyah is the neice of Milwaukee Common Council President Alderman Jóse G. Pérez.

26-year-old Aliyah M. Perez Killed In Milwaukee And 12-year-old Ronnel Smith Killed In West Allis Over The Weekend

Several homicides reported by Milwaukee police and West Allis police, 26-year-old Perez was shot multiple times in the Southside of Milwaukee on Sunday and 12-year-old Smith died on Saturday from multiple gunshot wounds and a 17-year-old Black male was transported to a local hospital for treatment of gunshot injures, according to West Allis police.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, February 26, 2023, Milwaukee responded to gunshots fired at the 5300 block of S. 26th Street around 8:30 p.m. and located Aliyah Maria Perez, 26, with multiple gunshot wounds. She died at the scene, according to Milwaukee police.

On an unrelated homicide, West Allis police responded to gunshots fired around 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at the Bug N Out Lounge, 5630 W. Lincoln Ave. where in the upper level hall, a 17-year-old girl was having a Birthday Party that was attended by juveniles and adults (families). Police located 12-year-old Ronnel Smith of West Allis in a neighbor's yard near the lounge who was shot multiple times and died at the scene. Smith suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, abdomen and back.

The shooting was ignited by a dispute over prescription sunglasses, according to sources.

A 17-year-old Black male was also injured and conveyed to a local hospital for treatment, according to West Allis police.

The homicide investigation is ongoing.
