Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Thursday, Acting Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson signed a resolution #211710 approving a Gathering Place Study and Outdoor Recreational Plan at the César E. Chávez Placita (public plaza) where the life-size bronze statue of Chávez is displayed at the Supermercado El Rey Grocery store property located at the 900 block of S. César E. Chávez Drive in the Southside of Milwaukee. Also some members of the Milwaukee Common Council including Alderwoman JoCasta Zamarripa and Alderman Michael Murphy, Dr. Patricia Nájera, Executive Director of Clarke Square Neighborhood Initiative, members of the César E. Chávez Business Improvement District and Ernesto Villarreal, one of the owners of El Rey was also present to celebrate the 95th Chávez Birthday with the Hispanic and none-Latino community that attended the annual event.

According to information released by the Acting Mayor Johnson's office, the Comprehensive Outdoor Recearion Plan (CORP) is required for local communities to participate in outdoor recreation grant programs administered by the State of Wisconsin and, in certain cases, the Federal Government.

The study conducted by the Department of City Department, the Department of Public Works and the Environmental Collaboration Office identified locations that could be developed into neighborhood gathering places for economic development and cultural programming. The study also promotes private development that serves as gathering places, gathering places would include public parks and public lands and repurposing public streets and right-of-way as gathering spaces, according to the study.

Today, the Hispanic community in Milwaukee and around the nation celebrated the life time achievements of United Farm Workers (UFW) leader Cesár E. Chávez on his 95th Birthday, March 31, 2022. Chávez passed away in 1993 at the age of 66.

Milwaukee's Southside became the 8th location in the nation and the 1st city in the Midwest to unveil a Chávez life size bronze statue in 2016.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Next week Tuesday, on April 5, 2021, Milwaukee registered voters will decide who to elect for mayor in the City of Milwaukee. Will it be either Dumb or Dumber who gets elected? Sorry folks, no credible and courageous write-in candidates decided to throw their hats in the race this time around.

Current acting Mayor and former Alderman Cavalier Johnson, a mayoral candidate is definitely a anti Black and Latino politician who barred color groups from attending a town hall meeting and is being sued in federal court, plus he also signed into law an ordinance approved by 11 Milwaukee Common Council members that rejected a third Latino/Hispanic majority voting-age population Aldermanic District. Shame on him.

Voces de la Frontera Action decided to go against its sister organization Voces de la Frontera who led the struggle to create a third Hispanic majority voting-age population Aldermanic District in the Southside with various groups and public elected officials including the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation Inc. that sponsors the three-day Mexican Fiesta at Summerfest in late August. But, Voces de la Frontera Action Board of Directors betrayed the Latino community and threw its own sister organization Voces de la Frontera under the bus and endorsed Johnson for Mayor despite his anti-Hispanic majority voting-age population Aldermanic District stand. Shame on them.

Also mayoral candidate, Robert "Bob" Donovan who retired from the Milwaukee Common Council failed to pass an ordinance to ban all taco food trucks along W. National Ave. between S. 27 to S. 38 Streets in the Southside of Milwaukee. As it turned out, Donovan was targeting only one taco food truck. Donovan's ban of taco food trucks ordinance was a passed by the Milwaukee Common Council and then it was vetoed by former Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett after a public outcry against Donovan's anti-taco food truck ordinance.

Donovan was recently recorded live on Facebook by a victim of an alleged physical assault. Donovan appeared to strike a elderly known clown by the name Ken Kraucunas who stopped to speak to Donovan at the Zebb's Restaurant on S. 27 and W. Morgan Ave.

In Wisconsin, it's a felony to physically assault an elderly person, if a criminal complaint is filed by the victim.

Milwaukee Southside Double Shooting, 32-year-old Andre Lamon Killed And Companion Injured

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Monday night around 9:00p.m., March 28  2022,  Milwaukee police responded to a double shooting with one fatality at the 2600 block of S. 9th Street near W. Harrison Ave. in the Southside of Milwaukee and found two males ages 32 and 33 shot inside a vehicle.

They were both transported to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries. Andre Lamon, 32, had life-threatening injuries and later died from his injuries. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office ruled Lamon's death a homicide and identified Lamon as the deceased victim. 

Apparently, an unconfirmed report on social media about the shooting indicated that Lamon had been shot at least 6 times.

The 33-year-old man had none life-threatening injuries and is expected to survive, according to police.

The shooting and homicide case in ongoing and no suspect or suspects have been arrested.

Milwaukee police say the three deceased victims discovered in an apartment unit on Sunday just before noon in the Northside of Milwaukee were each fatally shot.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, Milwaukee police responded around 11:45a.m. to a call that a relative when doing a visit at an apartment building found three deceased victims inside of one of the units located at the 6400 block of N. 54 St. When police arrived, they discovered three male victims fatally shot in an apartment. 

The victims were identified on Monday by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office as Clarence Harris, 52, Tyaries McKinney, 38, and Anthony Thompson, 26.

No one has been arrested in the homicides, according to police. The murder investigation to what led to the killings is ongoing. 

18-year-old Josue Melendez Charged With Felony For Exchanging Gunfire With Another Person Before Vehicles They Were In Collided In Milwaukee

Melendez was hanging out the vehicle window when he discharged a weapon at another person before the vehicle he was in collided with the victim's vehicle.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, Josue E. Melendez, 18, was charged with one felony count for discharging a firearm towards a person from a vehicle. Melendez is facing up to 12 years and 6 months in prison and up to $25,000 in fines, if convicted. A $25,000 cash bond was set for Melendez on Saturday when he appeared for a bail hearing.

According to court records, Melendez suffers from a cognitive disorder and takes anti-depressants. He has no prior convictions.

Melendez suffered multiple injuries including a stomach injury, which required surgery from the collision and was treated at a local hospital.

Trevon Maurice Galmore, 20, a co-defendant in the case was charged with one felony count for possession of a firearm by a felon. If convicted, Galmore is facing up to 10 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines. A cash bail of $15,000 was set for Galmore on Saturday during a bail bond hearing.

Galmore was convicted in December 2019 for one felony count of 2nd-degree reckless injury with use of a dangerous weapon and was sentenced to five years in prison with 2 years and 6 months incarceration and 2 years and 6 months on supervision.

Both Melendez and Galmore are scheduled for a preliminary court hearing on April 4th.

According to Milwaukee police, Melendez was among 6 other occupants in a vehicle when he exchanged gunfire with another individual from a second vehicle before both vehicles collided with each other at the 3300 block of N. 77th Street around 6:23p.m. on Sunday, March 20, 2022. The shooting incident and collision of both vehicles was caught on a home door video surveillance camera. Two guns were recovered by police at the scene.

Last Sunday, police arrested Melendez, Galmore, an 18-year-old female, three 18-year-old males, a 17-year-old male and a 15-year-old male.

Inept Waukesha County Family Court Judge Ralph Ramirez Refuses To Vacate Erroneous Act By Judge Michael J. Aprahamian To Bar Divorced Mother Julie Valadez From Seeing Her Own Four Kids

Judge Ramirez continues to ignore the Wisconsin Court of Appeals order to remand and reverse the illegal decision by former Judge Aprahamian in the case to prevent divorced mother Valadez from seeing her own four kids.

Waukesha, Wisconsin - On Friday, Waukesha County family court Judge Ralph Ramirez continued to refuse to vacate the illegal act by former Judge Michael J. Aprahamian to prevent Julie Valadez from seeing her four kids in the Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez divorce case. Her ex-husband, Ricardo was awarded placement and custody of the four children after he lied in family court that he had completed a program mandated by state law, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals found. Ricardo had failed to complete a state certified batterer's treatment program as required by law. He was was found to be an alcoholic and had a history of domestic abuse, according to the Waukesha Police Department records and Julie had a restraining order against him who he also violated.

Judge Ramirez should have immediately vacated former Judge Aprahamian's decision and should have allowed Julie to have custody of her children, but instead Judge Ramirez continues to apply cruel and unusual punishment against Julie who hasn't been able to see or spend time with her kids due to the erroneous act by the inept Judge Aprahamian.

Judge Ramirez is now prolonging the irreparable harm against Julie and her four children until June, which Ramirez has set hearings and a trial to determine what to do, but it doesn't guarantee that Julie will actually have her children returned, since Judge Ramirez has kept Judge Aprahamian's illegal decision to keep Julie from her children.

Julies current attorney Peter Ramirez gave notice to the court on Friday that he will no longer continue with the case and is removing his services from representing Julie.

Also on Friday, during a press conference, Julie Valadez announced that she will now ask the Wisconsin State Supreme Court to enforce the Wisconsin Court of Appeals ruling in her favor to vacate former Waukesha County family court Judge Aprahamian's erroneous decision to prevent her from getting full custody of her children, which the current presiding Judge Ramirez in her divorce case continues to keep Aprahamian's illegal decision and won't vacate Aprahamian's illegal placement and custody to her ex-husband.

Just because the Wisconsin Court of Appeals didn't grant a Supervisory Writ to Julie Valadez, on March 25, 2022 during the case hearing, Judge Ramirez was quoted that he believes he didn't do anything wrong by letting Aprahamian's illegal displacement order of the four Valadez's children continue. Ramirez stated on the record, "I don't mean any disrespect, and you asked the Court of Appeals to review what I had decided. They did so and they declined to issue a supervisory writ, which clearly means to me, Judge, we are not telling you that you did anything wrong. All right." On the contrary, Judge Ramirez has ignore the Court of Appeals order that says, former Judge Aprahamian's decision to award Julie's ex-husband sole custody and placement of her four children was illegal. Since the Wisconsin Court of Appeals ruling, Judge Ramirez has kept Judge Aprahamian's illegal acts and hasn't vacated Aprahamian's erroneous decision concerning custody and placement of the Valadez's children. (Page 13, court transcript dated March 25, 2022)

Wisconsin Court of Appeals Judge Shelley A. Crogan in the dissenting opinion wrote, "It is undisputed that Ricardo Valadez engaged in a pattern of domestic abuse. The first circuit court made that finding. Despite that finding, the first circuit court gave Ricardo sole custody of all four of the Valadez children. In other words, the first circuit court did exactly what the law said it could not do. The first circuit court also failed to make the safety of Julie and the children the paramount concern in determining custody and placement, which the law required it to do. Julie then waited from May 2020 until December 29, 2021 for this court to recognize that her family was subjected to an unlawful judgment—a judgment that WIS. STAT.

§ 767.41(2)(d)1 says was contrary to the best interest of these children and that likewise did not comply with WIS. STAT. § 767.41(5)(bm)."

"When this court said that the judgment was unlawful and reversed it—a decision we based on statutes that say the circuit court cannot give custody to the abuser because doing so is contrary to the best interest of the children and that the safety of Julie and the children must be the paramount concern regarding custody and placement under these circumstances—the new circuit court should have vacated that judgment and returned to the custody and placement order that was in place before the unlawful judgment was entered. The majority says our December 2021 decision reversing the judgment was not specific enough for us to now conclude that the new circuit court violated a plain legal duty. The majority says our decision did not specifically direct the new circuit court to vacate the judgment and return to the prior order. I disagree. We reversed the judgment because the first circuit court granted custody and physical placement in clear violation of the law. There is no other option except to vacate that judgment and return the parties to the position they were in before the first circuit court acted unlawfully. By failing to do so, the new circuit court keeps in place a judgment that this court said violates the law. It keeps in place a reversed judgment that, according to WIS. STAT. § 767.41(2)(d)1, is contrary to the best interest of the children. It likewise keeps in place a reversed judgment that was entered without making Julie and the children's safety and well-being the most important factor in determining custody and placement as required by WIS. STAT. § 767.41(5)(bm).

"Julie suffered injustice when the first circuit court failed to follow the law. She suffers again here not only because of the length of time it took for her June 2020 appeal but also because the new circuit court (and now the majority) determined that our December 2021 decision—reversing a judgment that violated the law—somehow did not sufficiently explain to the new circuit court that it should not allow a judgment that violated the law to remain in effect upon remand. Now, Julie must wait again and hope that the new circuit court properly applies 

the domestic abuse custody and placement statutes, which exist to protect her and her children.  And, if the new circuit court, like the first circuit court, fails to do so, she will likely have to wait 

at least another year to receive a second appellate decision."

The Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez divorce case has shown how Waukesha County family court judges are so inept and don't follow state law to protect a domestic abuse mother and her children from a known alcoholic and domestic abuser. 

A lack of judicial accountability for inept judges in family court in Waukesha County including Wisconsin just prolongs the irreparable hardship and life long psychological emotional scars and damage for domestic abuse victims and their children.

Julie Valadez posted on her Facebook account on April 3, 2022, the following post about how corrupt is the Waukesha County Court and family divorce judges.

Julie wrote, I want to point out something else: 

I have been called back to just family court with the domestic abuser 26 times since they entered the unlawful final ruling. 

Think about that for a moment- think about what that would do to your life. 

Since the final ruling was entered on April 9, 2020 to March 2022 in those 23 months I have been called back to court 32 times. 

If that is not court abuse and literal harassment what is? 

None of these hearings have been lawful or in accordance with Wisconsin statutes.

That does not even include the criminal hearings for the violations of restraining order that had a hearing 8/11/20, 10/07/20, 1/27/21, 5/14/21.

*I did not start any litigation while my appeal was pending obviously, I knew there was misconduct in the circuit court so I was addressing it with the higher court. 

I did file for stay of the final order pending appeal. Everything else was my ex and the gals misconduct and harassment. 

For example Katherine Delorenzo was confronted by the Waukesha Sheriffs detective for harassing me and retaliating against me in the family case after she was referred criminal charges and then she was removed. Susan Opper, the Waukesha County District Attorney should be addressing Molly Jasmer but Susan Opper has done NOTHING about the misconduct going on in the courthouse.

Former Alderman Bob Donovan, A Candidate For Milwaukee Mayor Allegedly Assaulted Ken Kraucunas, The Self Proclaimed Good Clown At Zebb's Restaurant Located At S. 27 St. And W. Morgan Ave. In Milwaukee

Kraucunas goes up to former Alderman Donovan who is at the Zebb's Restaurant counter having some coffee and starts talking to him about "All Lives Matter" and him being beat up by several Milwaukee cops. Then asks Donovan, if he wants to be a witness for the cops, then Donovan reacts and allegedly assaulted Kraucunas who then decides to leave, but he live video recorded the encounter on Facebook and alleged assault.

Milwaukee. Wisconsin - On Tuesday, Ken Kraucunas, a self proclaimed good clown posted a live video on his Facebook account that shows an inside encounter at Zebb's Restaurant at the 2700 block of W. Morgan Ave. in Milwaukee between him and former Alderman Robert "Bob" Donovan, known as fighting Bob and who is currently a candidate for Mayor in the City of Milwaukee. The encounter between Kraucunas and Donovan turned ugly when Kraucunas asked Donovan, if he goes for All Lives Matter, which Donovan responded "yes" and if Donovan wanted to be a witness in his case for the cops, then Donovan reacts and seems to allegedly assault Kraucunas while he is video recording live. Donovan tells Kraucunas to "get out of my hair, you get out of here, what's the hell is wrong with you...you are crazy".

Donovan then heads to the bathroom and an unidentified Zebb's Restaurant waitress tells Kraucunas to leave.

As Kraucunas makes his way out of the restaurant, he tells Donovan who is walking to the men's bathroom "don't attack me" and Donovan responded "get out of here". Kraucunas as he is leaving says, Donovan is fighting for who knows what.

Donovan is a known Republican and a Trump supporter. The City of Milwaukee has a majority Democrat voting population.

Kraucunas is also known to dress up like a clown and on occasion stands at the intersections of W. Oklahoma Ave. and W. Morgan Ave. along S. 27th Street to promote his campaign promotions of the day.
