Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico - On Sunday, both Alejandro Argudín, the General Director for the Civil Aeronautics and Gerardo Ruiz Esparza, the Secretary of Communications and Transportation (SCT) confirmed, that the early Sunday crash of Learjet 25 was a complete total as a result of the impact, instant explosion and fire making it difficult to recognize the plane or any of the burnt human remains of the four passengers, including Mexican banda and norteña singer Jenni Rivera, 43, of Encino, CA and two pilots at the scene.

A forensic team was at the scene trying to identify the remains and getting DNA evidence, but the investigation was suspended until Tuesday due to weather conditions, according to Mexican authorities.

On early Sunday, a U.S. Learjet 25 (N345MC) owned by Starwood Management crashed in the Sierra de Galeana mountains near the capitol of Nuevo León around 3:15 a.m. with seven people including Mexican-American superstar banda singer Rivera, according to SCT. 

Rivera had performed on Saturday night at the Monterrey Arena in front of 16,000 fans and was headed to Mexico City when the plane that she and her attorney, representative and several make-up/manicure aides were traveling in disappeared 10 minutes after taking off from Monterrey and crashed.

The plane left the Monterrey airport and was headed to Toluca when it was reported missing.

Rivera (Jenny Dolores Rivera Saavedra) including both pilots, Miguel Pérez and Alejandro Torres and four other passengers Alberto Rivera Saavedra, Mario Macias, Jacob Llenares and Gerardo N. were reported killed in the crash, according to Mexican authorities.

Rivera is a three time Latin Grammy Award nominee who is known for her banda and norteña music genres. She also gained popularity when a Jenni Rivera sex video became public.

Rivera had just signed a deal with ABC to star in a comedy sitcom called "Jenni". She also became the first Latina artist to host her own reality show and had launched a clothing and cosmetics line.

Rivera became pregnant at the age of 15 and went through an abusive relationship ending in a divorce of her first marriage in 1992 with José Trinidad Marín and her second marriage with Juan López also ended in divorced. She then married Esteban Loaiza (a major league basball player) in 2010, but recently filed for divorce in 2012.

In 2006, Marín was convicted for molesting both Chiquis, his daughter and sister-in-law Rosie.

Recent allegations raised that her daughter Chiquis had gotten involved with Rivera's third husband resulted in filing for a divorce. The mother-daughter relationship soon deteriorated between Chiquis and her over the sexual relationship with Rivera's third husband, Loaiza. Chiquis denied the allegations of a relationship with Loaiza.

Mexican authorities are still at the scene where the plane crashed and continue their investigation into what caused the accident. The plane was found at the property of El Tejocote ranch in the municipality of Iturbe in the state of Nuevo León.

Rivera is survived by her five children, (three fathered by Marín), Jacqueline Marín Rivera, 23, Janney "Chiquis" Marín Rivera, 27, and Michael Marín Rivera, 21, (two fathered by López) Jenicka López Rivera, 15, and Johnny López Rivera, 11, including both her parents (Pedro Rivera and Rosa Saavedra) and siblings, Pedro, Gustavo, Lupillo, Juan and Rosie.

Lupillo is a popular banda singer and Juan is also a singer.

Tineo Pleads Not Guilty In Marin's Death

Milwaukee, WI - On Thursday, a Milwaukee County Circuit Judge found probable cause for Nico Emlio Tineo, 18, of Milwaukee to stand trial after pleading not guilty in the death of Leandro Marin, 17, on November 17. Tineo waived his preliminary hearing and is expected back in court on December 18.

Tineo was charged with one felony count for second-degree reckless homicide in the accidental death of Marin. Marin of Greenfield was shot inside a vehicle by Tineo at the 1800 block of S. 32nd Street.

The criminal complaint states, Marin and Tineo found a backpack under a bench at Burnham Park while accompanied by Marin's sister and another teen. They got into a Cadillac Escalade. Tineo who was in the back seat went through the backpack and found a semi-automatic handgun.

Tineo apparently fired the gun facing out of the Escalade and the gun jammed while the rest watched. Tineo tired to unjammed the weapon, but couldn't and handed it to Marin who was seating in the front seat, so he could unjam it. Marin couldn't remove the cartridge or unjam it and returned it to Tineo.

Tineo then was able to unjam it, while placing his finger on the trigger and accidentally fired the weapon striking Marin in the back killing him.

The teens told police that they had smoked marijuana before leaving the park.

Tineo is well known in the Milwaukee area teen circuit for his promising singing career as one of the lead singers for the Yung Ducez. The Yung Ducez have been performing Reggaetón, Hip Hop and R&B for more than ten years.

Tineo is facing up to 25 years in prison and $100,000 in fines, if convicted. Tineo's cash bail was set at $15,000.

End Of The Mayan Calender Approaches

The 5,125-year-long cycle of the Mayan calender ends this month on December 21 and growing hysteria spreads around the globe that the world will cease to exist as we know it, according worldwide believers.

Worldwide - Millions of people are preparing for doomsday and to meet their maker on December 21, 2012 due to a common belief and predictions that the end of time as we know it approaches, despite life will most likely continue beyond that date. The Mayans created a sophisticated calender system that would end after 5,125 years, which is this month.

A second Mayan carved tablet found in La Corona ruins dating back 1,300 years referring to the end of the Mayan calender was found in Guatemala. The archaeology find became the second most hieroglyphic finds in decades.

One thing for sure, created life serves one purpose for mankind and that would be to come into terms that each human being has an end. But, when our end of the life cycle comes, will be determine by men. Only mankind can determine its own demise and fate.

People have until December 21, to prepare for that date. Some will travel to the Mayan ruins and others plan to visit family members. While many others dismiss any notion that the world will actually end or change at all.

Current events, such as storm disasters, including devastations, attributed to Global warming and millions of third world populations experiencing starvation, draught and recent human atrocities are some of the occurrences contributing to the hysteria.

President Elect Peña Nieto Takes Office As Protests Continue Over Buying Mexican Election

Mexico City - On Saturday, thousands of students protested near the federal Mexican legislative chambers as President elect Enrique Peña Nieto briefly arrived to get his presidential banner from outgoing President Felipe Calderon. Neito briefly spoke in the legislative Congressional chamber and the presidential banner was transferred over.

Peña Nieto was showered with paper checks as he and his wife walked into the chamber by the opposition alleging that he bought the election by giving out debit cards to a portion of the low income population to get their votes.

On Friday, President Calderon had officially handed power to President elect Peña Nieto.

Peña Nieto represents the new Revolutionary Institutional Party (PRI). The PRI gained the reputation of being corrupt and having ties with organized crime and drug cartels. 

Under Peña Nieto, his administration will be more laxed about going after drug lords and eliminating drug cartels compared to former Calderon's administration. Calderon's administration is credited for capturing or killing 80 percent of the most wanted major drug lords in Mexico. 

More than 60,000 people have been killed under the Calderon administration war against drug cartels.

Calderon is credited for stabilizing Mexico's economy and creating jobs while other countries suffered a recession.

NYPD Officer DePrimo Receives Recognition For Kind Deed

New York Police Officer DePrimo gets spotlight after human kindness deed to Manhattan homeless man.

New York,  New York - On November 14, New York Police Officer Larry DePrimo, 25, was unexpectedly photographed by Jennifer Foster of Florence, Arizona when the officer gave a pair of socks and all-weather boots to a bare foot (shoeless) Manhattan homeless man. The night was cold and Officer DePrimo was wearing several pair of wool socks and combat boots and he was still cold.

When he saw the barefoot near Times Square on a sidewalk on Seventh Avenue near 44th Street, Officer DePrimo felt compelled to do something. He went and bought thermal socks and boots for the man for $75 and even helped put the socks and boots on the man. 

The man thanked DePrimo for the kindness and told him that he never owned a pair of shoes after DePrimo asked him, if he would like a pair of boots. DePrimo also invited him for coffee, but the man declined and went on his way. The homeless man was not identified.

DePrimo's photo was placed on the NYPD Facebook on Tuesday and then it went viral on Facebook. A friend called DePrimo about the photo being posted on the NYPD Facebook page and that had gone viral.

On Thursday, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly decided to honor Officer DePrimo of Holbrook for his act of human kindness by giving him a set of cuff links. DePrimo never expected anything in return for his kindness.

Domestic Abuse Case Against K-Rod Dismissed In Waukesha County

Waukesha, WI - On Thursday, the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office (WCDA) decided to dismiss a disorderly charge against Francisco "K-Rod" Rodriguez, 30, of Coral Springs, Florida, a relief pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers. Rodriguez' live-in fiancé left the U.S. and returned to Velenzuela and the WCDA didn't expect her to return and testify against him. Rodriguez had been charged with one misdemeanor count for disorderly conduct stemming from a domestic abuse case, which was amended from battery domestic abuse also a misdemeanor. Rodriguez allegedly punched, kicked and beat his 23-year-old fiancé at his Wales residence on September 18, according to the criminal complaint.

The complaint stated that Rodriguez beat his fiancé after she accused him of cheating. His fiancé who has a child from Rodriguez called the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department from their Town of Wales residence. When deputies arrived at the residence, they found Rodriguez' fiancé crying and hiding in a closet. Deputies reported that the battered woman had suffered a noise bleed, had her hair pulled, injured an upper left shoulder blade, had a bruised upper left thigh, also injured her left hand near her wrist after Rodriguez threw her to the floor and then began to repeatedly kick her, according to the complaint.
