18-year-old Female Victim Was Brutally Assaulted After Leaving The National PR Day 2025 Impromptu Gathering At the 1400 Block Of W. Burnham Street In The Southside Of Milwaukee


The 18-year-old female victim was hospitalized after being allegedly assaulted by a 19-year-old female who later posted a video of the assault on Instagram.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) learned that a 18-year-old female that had left Sunday's impromptu National Puerto Rican Day 2025 chaotic gathering at the 1400 block of W. Burnham Street, was later physically assaulted (battery) at the 3200 block of W. Burnham by a 19-year-old female identified as Keelyn Ard, according to the victim. The 18-year-old victim says, that she was followed by Ard who then brutally assaulted her and causing her injuries to her head that needed medical treatment. The victim was being sought by friends and family after she didn't return home on Sunday. It was later reported on social media that she was hospitalized and receiving treatment for her injuries.

Ard apparently posted a video of her assaulting the victim on Instagram. The video showing the assault was also shared in Facebook.

Ard is now being sought by Milwaukee police and criminal felony charges are pending.

According to Milwaukee County court records, a temporary restraining order for harrasment was filed against Ard on Tuesday.

The victim had just graduated from Puente High School in Milwaukee and was admitted to the Milwaukee Area Technical College nursing program.
