26-year-old Jordan M. Tate Sentenced To 56 Years In Prison For The Homicide Of Krystal Tucker, 31, At Brownstone Social Lounge Over Age Requirement To Enter

Tate became angry and fired multiple gunshots striking several security guards and fatally shooting Tucker over the age requirement to enter the lounge at the 500 block of N. Water Street.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, Jordan M. Tate, 26, of Sussex was sentenced to 56 years in prison including 16 years of extended supervision for the February 10, 2022 homicide of Krystal Tucker, 31, and shooting of several door security guards at the Brownstone Social Lounge on Water Street.

Tate was denied entry to the Brownstone Social Lounge by Tucker who was working the door because he was under the age requirement of 27 to enter. He got into an altercation with two security guards and pulled out a handgun and fired multiple shots injurying the security guards and fatally striking Tucker, according to the criminal complaint.

Tate was convicted on July 21, 2023 for 1st-degree reckless homicide with usae of a dangerous weapon, two felony counts for 1st-degree reckless injury with use of a dangerous weapon.

Tate be back in court on October 10, 2023 at the Safety Building room 423 at 9:00 a.m. for a restitution hearing, according to court records.
