Portland, Oregon - On Sunday, October 5, 2025, the MAGA U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) posted a video on their Facebook account to show how inhumane they move, transport and handle detainees in their custody.
An unidentified detainee in Portland was move in a rolling cart while his/her hands were handcuffed behind the individual's back.
