Oops, Beto's Pizza And Taco Truck Owner, Jair Varela Seeks Legal Advice After Coming Out To Wish Trump A Happy Birthday And Sharing Fox6News Birthday Wish To The Former President On Facebook

Varela, the popular owner of Beto's Pizza and Taco trucks in the Southside of Milwaukee quickly learned that posting a Happy Birthday to Trump on his Facebook (FB) account wasn't a very good move and that it would go viral after a local community activist and journalist for Hispanic News Network U.S.A. noticed it and reported on Varela's FB posting.

Milwaukee. Wisconsin - To make it very clear, it's not wise to post anything or even a Happy Birthday to Donald J. Trump publicly, especially on a Facebook account when the individual is the business owner of multiple businesses in the heart of the Hispanic community in the Southside of Milwaukee when in fact, the very same individual depends on the very same undocumented tax paying and immigrant community clientele that Trump, MAGA legislators and the MAGA cult was trying to deport.

Anyone has the right to free speech as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and post what they want to post as long as it doesn't portray a threat to anyone and etc., under the law.

In the case of Jair Varela, the popular owner of Beto's Pizza and Taco trucks in the Southside of Milwaukee, Varela decided to post on his Facebook account a Happy Birthday to Trump and shared a birthday announcement to Trump from Fox6News.

H. Nelson Goodson, a well known community activist, immigrant rights advocate and journalist for Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) had just befriended Varela on FB per his request. Goodson on Monday saw the FB posting that Varela had posted publicly on his FB wishing Trump a Happy Birthday. Varela wrote, "Happy Birthday to my lovely president ❤" and shared Fox6News birthday announcement of Trump.

Varela contacted Goodson through FB and explained that it was a meme and a joke, but reading his post, it didn't look like a meme or a joke, but a sincere Happy Birthday to Trump.

Then Varela updated his posted in the same comment and added why should Goodson care who he wishes a birthday too.

Varela also posted that he was seeking legal advice the next day. For one thing, Varela was the one that posted the Happy Birthday wish to Trump, exposed himself on FB on his own accord and to the very same immigrant clientele that Trump was trying to deport.

Even the Trump MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again/Keep Amerikkka Great) supporters are now backing Varela for wishing Trump a Happy Birthday. Also, Mario Herrera, the former Hispanic Outreach Director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin, also a known MAGA who abruptly resigned his position after former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker (R) lost his reelection bid posted, "give my boy at Beto's Pizza a visit", which strongly indicates that MAGAs are supporting Varela.

Varela told Goodson in another FB post that he was a DACA recipient, which makes it even more surprising to see Varela post a Happy Birthday wish for Trump after Trump wanted to eliminate former President Obama's DACA, but failed.

Varela on his own account posted the Happy Birthday wish to Trump, whether it was a meme or a joke, it was definitely done in poor taste. Varela has definitely learned how the Hispanic community would react to his FB posting and apparently it has and gone viral. It wasn't a wise choice for Varela some might say, but it was his choice to wish a Happy Birthday to Trump (R/MAGA), a known White nationalist who still lives the Big Lie, that he won a second term, maybe he did win a second term in his own dream, althoughCongress hasn'tconfirmed it. But, Biden (D) won the November 2020 election and also won Wisconsin as well.

Here's the entire Goodson FB post on the Varela's case, you can decide.

Milwaukee southside popular Beto's Pizza and Tacos business owner comes out publicly on Facebook to wish Trump a Happy Birthday

WI: Just in case anyone missed it, it's unfortunate and shocking to know, but not surprising that some popular Latino business owners in the Southside of Milwaukee that make a living from the very same Latino tax paying community that former U.S. President Donald J. Trump wanted to deport on his first term and advocated hate and racist remarks during MAGA campaign rallies targeted at Mexican nationals actually do seemed to support Trump, especially by coming out publicly on Facebook to wish the pathological liar (Trump) with more than 30,000 confirmed lies and mistruths while in office a Happy Birthday.

It's shameful today to support the Republican Party, especially when it has become known as the political party of lies.

Many Republican conservatives didn't vote for Trump in 2020, nor do they support his MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again/Make Amerikkka Great) cult of alleged domestic terrorists and movement (who attempted an insurrection that involved hundreds of MAGAs at the U.S. Capitol building on January 6. 2021) to reinstate him back into office and the continued plan today to reinstate Trump as president on August 2021. Trump has publicly indicated that he expects to be reinstated as president this August.

It's amazing how some Latino business owners come out of the closet as Trump supporters when they depend on the very same undocumented tax paying clientele Trump and his alt-right MAGA legislators and cult want to deport.

Here's an example, but not surprising...everyone do make their own choices, but some might fail to understand that it might not be too wise to let your own clientele know that you actually support Trump by wishing him a Happy Birthday, especially when he was trying to deport undocumented tax paying immigrant families and separated children from their undocumented parents and had them detained in cages.
