Madison, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, unofficial projected winners for the Wisconsin General Election November 8, 2022 are incumbent Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers (D) and for the U.S. Senate is incumbent Ron Johnson (R). Evers defeated Tim Michels (R), a known Trump backed candidate and Johnson who is a Trump supporter defeated Mandela Barnes (D), the outgoing Wisconsin Lt. Governor.

Verónica Díaz, Former Events Director For God Touch MKE Claims Discrimination And Unjust Termination By An All White Board Of Directors

Díaz is currently prohibited by the six-member God Touch MKE Board members from participating in any worship gatherings, sessions and activities that are open to the public in the Southside of Milwaukee.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Monday, Verónica Díaz, the former events director for God Touch MKE, Inc., a non-denominational place of worship, the ministry is a safe place for those battling addiction, finding jobs for those recently released from prison and providing an adult residential program at the 1500 block of W. Lincoln Ave. in the Southside of Milwaukee. Díaz believes that the all White Board of Directors discriminated against her when she was terminated on November 2, 2022 via an email notice without any due process and says that she has no history of any written or verbal warnings for inappropriate job performance. Díaz was the only bilingual Latina employee at God Touch MKE.

When Díaz received the termination email from Witkowiak, she felt "disheartening and heart breaking" after she had been very passionate in doing her job at God Touch MKE, which she loved to do. Díaz did noticed that when Calderon was not available at God Touch MKE meetings, the Board would meet with other employees in regards to the ministry activities and that she was left out of those meetings with employees.

Díaz told Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) that she received an email on November 2, 2022 sent by James N. Witkowiak, president of the God Touch MKE Board of Directors stating, "this email serves as notice of your termination of employment at God Touch Milwaukee effective immediately...In addiction, we do not want you to volunteer or be involved in God Touch Milwaukee Ministry going forward..."

HNNUSA also contacted CEO Marty Calderon, the evangelical ministry pastor and founder of God Touch MKE who confirmed that Díaz had no history of any kind of disciplinary warnings, no verbal warnings either or had done anything inappropriate concerning job performance to get her dismissed from her position.

Calderon indicated that he was surprised and "had no clue" that the Board had moved during his absence to dismiss Díaz without any previous employment infractions, wrongdoing and that he was not condoning what they did.

Calderon was given a sabbatical leave by the Board in October 2022 and will return to Touch One MKE by the first week of December 2022. Calderon told HNNUSA that he strongly disagreed what the Board did to Díaz and that no one should be denied participation at the ministry.

Nicholas Hackbart, the assistant executive director of God Touch MKE replaced Pastor Calderon while he is on temporary leave.

Díaz had volunteered at God Touch MKE two years prior before getting hired on June 1, 2022.

Díaz is now considering legal advice in her case.

Apparently, the Board of Directors acted without any legal advice and might have failed to consider that they could be solely liable for alleged discrimination and terminating an employee without just cause, which in this case, is the only employee at God Touch MKE that is Latina, a female with bilingual language skills that helped Paster Calderon with Spanish translations for those Spanish speaking ministry followers in the Southside of Milwaukee, even when God Touch MKE is a non-profit ministry.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - El Distrito Este del Servicio de Alguaciles de EE. UU. informó que están tratando de localizar a Yesenia Carrillo-Villegas, de 35 años, ciudadana mexicana de Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, quien fue acusada en un tribunal federal de 4 cargos que incluían posesión con la intención de distribuir más de 500 gramos de cocaína, posesión con la intención de distribuir más de 50 gramos de metanfetamina y dos cargos por lavado de dinero en el área metropolitana de Milwaukee, según el Servicio de Alguaciles de EE. UU.

Si es declarada culpable, Carrillo-Villegas enfrenta entre 20 y 40 años en una prisión federal por distribución de cocaína y hasta 10 años a cadena perpetua por distribución de metanfetamina. Además, Carrillo-Villegas enfrenta 20 años adicionales en una prisión federal y hasta $500,000 en multas por cada cargo de lavado de dinero y tratar de ocultar activos.

Carrillo-Villegas fue acusada formalmente el 1 de diciembre de 2020, arrestada por los federales el 20 de abril de 2021 e hizo su aparición inicial en la corte federal por conferencia Zoom y se le ordenó comparecer al día siguiente para colocarla en un dispositivo electrónico federal de monitoreo de tobillo después de ser liberada de la custodia cuando firmó las condiciones de la fianza. Fugitive Yesenia Carrillo-Villegas, Former Milwaukee Tax Service Operator Is Wanted By The U.S. Marshals Service For Absconding From Federal Drug Trafficking And Money Laundering Indictment

Charismatic Carrillo-Villegas known for her tax services and flamboyant lifestyle in the Southside of Milwaukee is now being sought by the U.S. Marshals Service in Wisconsin.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - The Eastern District of the U.S. Marshals Service reported that they are attempting to locate Yesenia Carrillo-Villegas, 35, a Mexican national from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico who was indicted in federal court on 4 counts that included possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of meth and two counts for money laundering in the Milwaukee metropolitan area, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

If convicted, Carrillo-Villegas is facing between 20 years to 40 years in a federal prison for distribution of cocaine and up to 10 years to life for distribution of meth. Also, Carrillo-Villegas is facing an additional 20 years in a federal prison and up to $500,000 in fines for each count of money laundering and trying to hide assets.

Carrillo-Villegas was indicted on December 1, 2020, arrested by feds on April 20, 2021 and made her initial federal court date appearance by Zoom conference and was ordered to appear the next day to be place in a federal ankle monitoring device after being released from custody when she signed conditions of bond. Carrillo-Villegas failed to show up the next day on April 21, 2021 and has been a fugitive ever since, the U.S. Marshals Service in Eastern District of Wisconsin reported.

Carrillo-Villegas has ties to the Washington Park neighborhood in Milwaukee and is not a U.S. Citizen. It is not clear, if Carrillo-Villegas was legally in the U.S.

The U.S. Marshals Service believes that Carrillo-Villegas is back in Mexico trying to avoid federal prosecution in the U.S. and Wisconsin.

Carrillo-Villegas operated the YC Taxes LLC from August 2018 through September 2021 when it became delinquent and was administratively dissolved, according to the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.

She also operated the local Toro Taxes franchise at the 4300 block of W. Forest Home Ave. in Milwaukee, which is an affiliate to Toro Taxes in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Carrillo-Villegas according to her Facebook account is the owner of Cuidando Tu Piel, a cosmetic type of care service.

She is described as having a large rose tattoo on her upper left arm, is 5' 6" tall and her weight is approximately 175 lbs, the U.S. Marshals Service reported.

Kimberly D. Zapata, Former Deputy Director Of The Milwaukee Election Commission Charged With Felony Misconduct In Office For Illegally Requesting Military Absentee Ballots With Fake Names

Zapata confessed to police investigators that she requested multiple military absentee ballots and then sent them to the residence of a Wisconsin state Republican representative.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, former City of Milwaukee Election Commission deputy director Kimberly D. Zapata, 45, was charged with one felony count for misconduct in office and three misdemeanor counts for election fraud involving absentee ballots.

If convicted, Zapata is facing 3 years and 6 months in prison and up to $10,000 in fines for misconduct in office and up to 6 months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines for each misdemeanor charged.

According to the criminal complaint, Zapata confessed to police that she requested multiple military absentee ballots with fake names from three localities, which included Menomonie Falls, South Milwaukee and Shorewood by using the following fake names Holly Brandtjen, Holly Jones and Holly Adams. She also used the same date of birth for each fake name including the same last four digits of a fake Social Security number. The military absentee ballots illegally requested through MyVote website by Zapata were sent to Wisconsin Republican State Representative Janel Brandtjen at her Menomonie Falls residence on October 28, 2022.

Zapata also told police that on November 1, 2022, she had admitted to requesting illegal military absentee ballots and using fake names to show how easy it was to commit election fraud to Claire Woodall-Vogg, the executive director of the Milwaukee Election Commission. Woodall-Vogg told investigators that on October 31, she sent Zapata an article claiming that someone had fraudulently applied for military absentee ballots, but that Zapata claimed she didn't know anything about it.

Police say, that Zapata admitted to illegally requesting military absentee ballots, and she "did this because she wanted to make a point that there is fraud in existence...(and she) wanted to bring the actual true fraud out..."

So far, Zapata failed to prove to police that actual military absentee ballot fraud actually exits or happened in the 2020 presidential election in Milwaukee. 

The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office has not charged nor prosecuted any individual of using the MyVote website to illegally request military absentee ballots to commit election fraud other than Zapata herself.

Zapata has worked for the City of Milwaukee for 10 years including 7 years with the election commission.

Mayor Cavalier Johnson on Thursday announced that Zapata had been fired from her position at the election commission after it was discovered that she illegally requested military absentee ballots using fake names.

Zapata knew that requesting military absentee ballots with fake names for any purpose was election fraud and illegal, according to the criminal complaint.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Thursday, Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson confirmed during a press conference that City of Milwaukee Election Commission deputy director Kimberly Zapata,  45, of South Milwaukee had been fired for allegedly committing fraud by illegally requesting military absentee ballots using other names and then sending them to the house of Wisconsin State Representative Janel Brandtjen (R-Menomonie Falls), the State Assembly Elections Committee Chairwoman  to alert her of potential election fraud.

Johnson says, that Zapata "apparently sought fictitious military ballots" from a state website and then forward them to State Representative Brandtjen.

It is not clear, if Brandtjen reported Zapata's fraudulent act to authorities.

Milwaukee Election Commission Executive Director Claire Woodall-Vogg also confirmed that Zapata had been removed from the election commission. According to Woodall-Vogg, Zapata has worked for the City of Milwaukee for 10 years including 7 years for the election commission.

The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office is looking into the matter, for alleged election fraud, a criminal offense. Criminal charges are pending against Zapata for felony malfeasance in office and a misdemeanor count for illegally requesting military ballots, which are exclusively reserved for the military in active duty aboard or in other parts of the country.

Marvin Millner, 57, And Terry Johnson, 47, Charged For The Homicide Of Rodney Jay Surprise, 46, In The Southside Of Milwaukee

The criminal complaint says that Johnson, Millner and a third unidentified suspect beat Surprise at a Milwaukee Southside gas station and stole his vehicle.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, both Terry Johnson, 47, and Marvin Millner, 57, were charged with one count each for felony murder, robbery with use of force including a modifier for party to a crime; and Millner was charged with an additional felony count for taking vehicle without the owners consent and use of force for the October 25 beating death of Rodney Jay Surprise, 46.

Both Johnson and Millner are facing up to 15 years in prison for robbery and up to $50,000 in fines each with an additional 15 years in prison each for felony murder. Millner is also facing an additional 15 years in prison for taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner using force.

A cash bond of $75,000 each was set for Johnson and Millner.

Johnson and Millner will have a preliminary court hearing on November 8.

According to the criminal complaint, the three suspects beat Surprise at the Petro Mart gas station at the 2300 block of S. Chase Ave. near W. Lincoln Ave. on October 25. Surprise was dragged out from the gas station by Johnson and a third suspect who punched him while inside the gas station. The suspects also continued to beat him outside near his vehicle.

Millner then got into Surprise's vehicle and drove away leaving Surprise on the pavement.

The incident was recorded by surveillance cameras at the gas station.

Surprise suffered life-threatening injuries and later died at a local hospital from blunt force trauma, according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.

The third unidentified suspect is being sought by police.
