Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, Jarrett English, a community organizer and a former ACLU-WI Field Organizer who is Black exposed a security guard with the Central Protective Services from Brookfield who made some racist statements towards him, including a father and daughter who were with English at the time of the incident. The security guard told English and his companions that they were "out of our element". English kept his composure, but later decided to exposed the incident in his Facebook (FB) account in which he called multiple security guards as "acting like thugs looking to make trouble for any non-White person they see. As you can imagine they didn't say anything to multiple White folks that passed by."

English says that one of them (the one in the far left in the photo) had approached him while he was in his vehicle and tried to alleged that English was trying to hit him with the vehicle, which English denied.

English was able to contact (tagged) Alderman José Perez on FB and others were able to get the info out and the business, Sherman-Associates, a Minneapolis real estate developer in the Third Ward District who had a contract with CPS released a press release on Monday confirming that they condemned the racist statements made by the security guard and had terminated the contract with CPS.

According to CPS's FB account, they have a partnership between their Security Firm and the Milwaukee Police Department under Operation Impact to combat the issues of pan-handling, drug dealing and prostitution, that are plaguing area businesses. Which in some cases, complaints by Southside citizens have increased due to their tactics and practices used in public.
