Milwaukee, WI - Hispanic News Network U.S.A. has learned that an alleged alt-right group registered as sheriffclarkeforsenate dot com authorized what many members of the Milwaukee Southside Latino community believe is an outdoor ad that promotes hate towards immigrants and division in the City of Milwaukee. According the sheriffclarkeforsenate dot com website, the group is based in N. Carolina and is headed by Jack Daley, which the political committee is registered with the Federal Election Commission as a Political Action Committee (PAC) and a Draft Committee attempting to persuade Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke Jr. to run for the U.S. Senate against U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin, a Democrat in November of 2018.
The PAC sheriffclarkeforsenate dot com committee advisory board also includes, Duane Chapman, Robert Davi, Nathanael Pendley, Cody Stanton, Beth Chapman, Elbert Guillory, Kay Daley and Michael Searcy.
The Clarke draft ad was placed by LAMAR who operates the billboard at the 1600 block of W. Greenfield Ave. and S. César E. Chavez Dr., and it was paid for by the sheriffclarkeforsenate dot com committee.
Members of the Milwaukee Latino community also believe that the sheriffclarkeforsenate dot com is just a front for the movement of White nationalists and their affiliated allies who promote hate and division among communities of color and in this case the Latino community in Milwaukee.
A community boycott has been initiated against LAMAR for promoting hate and division in the city for profit and word about the boycott is spreading across Milwaukee. LAMAR administrators in Milwaukee have been contacted via email about the outdoor hate ad and so far, there has been no response.
The ad appears that it is only a U.S. Senate draft campaign by an anti-immigrant and alt-right group connected to the GOP who has raised funds to attempt to persuade Sheriff Clarke to run for the U.S. Senate.
The alt-right group ad includes the phrase "He Protects Citizens...not Alien Criminals" are they trying to indicate that UFO aliens are committing crimes in Milwaukee too?
So Sheriff Clarke, according to the alt-right group sponsoring the ad believes that undocumented immigrants shouldn't be protected by Clarke, which by federal law and Constitutional rights are actually protected and includes due process as well whether they are U.S. Citizens or not.
The seems that the alt-right group lacks any knowledge of what the U.S. Constitution stands for, means and who it protects including Civil Rights. The PAC has a several attorneys in the advisory board, but they might not understand that even undocumented imigrants have rights and are afforded due process of the law as well.
Currently, the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office is under investigation for the homicide of Terrill Thomas who died of thirst after his was denied water for seven days. Recently, a Milwaukee County inquest jury found that seven county officials may now face criminal charges in connection with Thomas death for withholding water are Milwaukee County jail commander Major Nancy Evans, Lt. Kashka Meadors and corrections officers Jordon Johnson, Thomas Laine, James Ramsey-Guy, John Weber and Dominique Smith. Milwaukee County District Attorney John T. Chisholm will now determine whether to file criminal charges against the seven county officials. Also, Milwaukee County Corrections Captain George Gold resigned during an inquest to the dehydration death of Thomas at the Milwaukee County jail. Gold's name was not included in the inquest jury list for criminal charges, but Gold is being investigated, if he had any connection to the case as well.
Clarke had attempted to keep multiple inmate deaths at the jail quiet under internal investigations until the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed the deaths. Clarke criticized the medical examiner for informing the public of the pending death investigations by the sheriff's office.
Sheriff Clarke is expected to resign at any day to take a position as assistant secretary in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Office of Partnership and Engagement in Trump's regime, according to Politico.
