Robinson was turned over to Utah authorities by his father, who is a registered Republican and a friend, who is a local minister, according to the FBI.

Salt Lake City, Utah - On Friday, during a press conference, Utah Governor Spencer Cox (R) indentified Kirk's murder suspect as Tyler Robinson, 22, of Washington City in Washington County in Utah. Robinson who is accused of fatally shooting Make Amerikkka Great Again (MAGA) alt-right extremist Charlie Kirk, 31, on September 10th at the Utah Valley University campus in Orem was taken into custody shortly after Tyler's dad, Matt Robinson and a friend (a local minister) turned him over to the Washington County Sheriff's Office. Tyler's father is a 27-year veteran of the Washington County Sheriff's Office and Tyler was raised as a Mormon.

Governor Cox during the press conference stated, that for 32 hours, he was praying "it wouldn't be one of us, that a Joe from another state, or someone who came from another country had done it, which is sad that my prayer wasn't answered as I've hoped for...It was one of us." 

Robinson, the murder suspect had described Kirk as "full of hate and spreading hate," during a family dinner on September 10th, after killing Kirk earlier in the afternoon with a action bolt high power rifle.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Robinson is registered as a nonpartisan voter, and both of his parents are registered Republicans in Utah.

Kirk, who made a living by advocating race mongering, divisiveness, hate, racist rhetoric, and far-right Nazi perspectives for political discourse against transgender individuals, women of color including immigrants common with the MAGA cult practices, was addressing questions on Wednesday around 12:20 p.m. at the Utah Valley University campus in front of a crowd when the alleged sniper (Tyler Robinson) while on top of a building roof about 200 yards away fatally shot him in the neck severing arteries, which led to considerable blood loss at the scene. He was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA also operated a Professor Watchlist, which is considered a hit list of people whose lives were bullied and threatened by MAGA domestic terrorists.

Trump in addressing Kirk's killing falsely claimed that the radical left and Democrats were to blame for Kirk's demise, but as it turned out, the killer was the son of a Republican couple. Trump stated, "For years, those on the radical left have compared wonderful Americans like Charlie to Nazis and the world's worst mass murderers and criminals. Orem, Utah - On Thursday, the FBI in Salt Lake City confirmed that a rifle believed to be the weapon used to fatally shoot Make Amerikkka Great Again (MAGA) alt-right extremist Charlie Kirk, 31, was located in a nearby woods, and good video of the alleged suspect has been recovered as well. The alleged suspect has not been identified, but police and the FBI continue to look for the suspect.

Several people of interest were taken into custody, but were later released.

Washington,  D.C. - On Monday, September 8, 2025, the MAGA majority U.S. Supreme Court in a decision 6-3 ruled that USICE can stop, detain and arrest any individual based on race, language and low-wage job without due process, reasonable suspicion and probable cause while conducting immigration enforcement in order to check their legal status or U.S. citizenship.

The MAGA majority in the Supreme Court opened the Pandora box, because it could be interpret by federal, state and local law enforcement that they can also stop and arrest an individual without due process, reasonable suspicion and probable cause during a criminal investigation until the individual proves he or she is innocent.

How ironic, the 6 MAGA Justices will also be affected, because unknowingly they ruled to forfeit their own Constitutional protections.

The legal challenge in this case against the Los Angeles immigration sweeps continues, which the U.S. Supreme Court will hear further arguments.

Brandon Johnson, Mayor of Chicago and Governor JB Pritzker (D) says they're ready and prepared to resist the military invasion by Trump's MAGA National Guard.

The MAGA Trump National Guard that was deployed in the Blue state of California and Trump threatening to deploy them to Illinois come from 6 red states, which Republican governors from West Virginia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana, Ohio, and Tennessee have sent troops to help Trump in his attempt to curve crime.

Sources in the federal government indicate, that the Trump administration and Stephen Miller, the White House Deputy Chief of Staff, a known White Nationalist and supremacist are allegedly contemplating to formulate a national plan to authorize house to house searches to locate suspected undocumented individuals in majority minority communities of color.

It would certainly be a gross vuolation of the U.S. Constitution, if Trump would allow house to house searches by feds and the National Guard in order to locate suspected undocumented individuals in the country.

More Than $622.68K Of Wage Theft By MATC Reported Affecting Over 700 Part-time Faculty Employees This Past Summer

Over 700 part-time faculty members at the Milwaukee Area Technical College system have been affected, and underpayment (wage theft) complaint claims have been filed with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, which a case worker has been assigned to investigate the alleged wage theft for hundreds of part-time faculty employees.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) learned that on August 29, 2025, the AFT Local 212 (MATC union) sent out an updated email to all part-time union faculty conforming that a wage theft (under payment) had occurred at the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) and advising its membership to file claims with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD). Sources at MATC say, the wage theft was not noticed by part-time faculty until union members began to complain to Local 212.

MATC without notifying its part-time faculty this past Summer, the administration decided to cut 7.23% from employees hourly wages, which nearly $900 of reduction hourly wages were cut for more than 700 part-time faculty employees totalling an estimated $622,688.57.

HNNUSA confirmed that DWD consolidated the hundreds of part-time employee complaints into one case launching an investigation into the under payment wage theft claims, according to a credible source.

Apparently, the more than half a million of dollars wage theft at the technical college happened under the watch of MATC President Dr. Anthony Cruz who has been on the spotlight for allowing a culture of fear, harassment, intimidation,  hostile work environment and retaliation to continue at the college.

Students, employees and local community members have been protesting Cruz's lack of leadership to resolve major issues plaguing at MATC and affecting students of color and employees, which a protest was held on August 26, 2025 during the MATC Board of Trustees meeting claiming that they have lost confidence in Dr. Cruz and are requesting the Board of Trustees to postpone his investure scheduled for September 19, 2025.

In late August, Dr. Cruz eliminated the Multicultural Affairs Office and terminated four student services specialists without giving them an option to transfer to other available positions at MATC.

According to MATC AFT Local 212, the technical college administration failed to offer "transfer rights to the four employees adversely affected by the closing, as per page 34 of the MATC Employee Handbook which states that, "full-time employees subject to involuntary layoff shall be considered for reassignment."

Wisconsin State Rep. Greta Neubauer (D-Racine) Claimed That State Rep. Sylvia Ortiz-Velez (D-Milw) Made Gun Threat, "Not Credible", According To Luke Wolff, Spokesperson From The Republican Majority House Speaker's Office

Wisconsin State Representative Neubauer, a Democrat from Racine and minority Democrat leader in the Wisconsin State Assembly is in hot water for making a alleged false claim to Capitol Police that State Representative Ortiz-Velez from Milwaukee had made a gun threat, which caused Amanda Jorgenson, the director of the Legislature's Human Resources Office to mistakenly and temporarily ban Ortiz-Velez from entering the state Capitol. Once, the Capitol Police investigation confirmed that Neubauer alleged accusation against Ortiz-Velez was not credible (false), and informing the majority House speaker's office, Ortiz-Velez's ban to enter the state Capitol was lifted (rescinded), and the Legislature's Human Resources Office admitted an error had occurred.

Madison, Wisconsin - On Thursday, Jessica McBribe from Wisconsin Right Now, a consecutive website reported in her personal social media (Facebook) account that the Republican House Speaker Robin Vos' Office confirmed that Wisconsin State Representative Greta Neubauer (D-Racine), the Democrat minority leader in the State Assembly claim that State Representative Sylvia Ortiz-Velez (D-Milw) had made a gun threat was not credible.

According to an email from the majority Republican House leader's office to Wisconsin Right Now, it read, "Human Resources made the decision in error and it shouldn't have happened. We will discuss internal policies moving forward to make sure this doesn't happen again. Rep. Neubauer reported it to the Capitol Police who found it not to be credible," Luke Wolff, spokesman for Vos, wrote in a statement emailed to Wisconsin Right Now on September 4, according to McBribe.

Rep. Ortiz-Velez acquired an attorney and Rep. Neubauer could be facing legal action for making an alleged false claim with Capitol Police against Ortiz-Velez.

Ortiz-Velez says, that she planned to give testimony in a hearing at the Capitol against Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley in regards to his alleged abusive power of enacting frivolous executive orders during the 2021 COVID-19 pandemic in Milwaukee County, which County Supervisors weren't to happy. Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Wednesday, Milwaukee County Judge David Swanson in a plea deal agreement sentenced Todd Alan Erickson, 61, to two years in prison and two years of supervision, and sentenced Brandon LaDaniel Turner, 31, to one year in prison and one year probation for the brutal and cold blooded murder of D'Vontaye L. Mitchell, 43, on June 30, 2024. Swanson stayed both their sentences after pleading guilty in a plea agreement, which means that they won't spent one day in prison, unless they violate conditions of their supervision.

Two other convicted men in the murder of Mitchell, Herbert T. Williamson, 53, and Devin W. Johnson-Carson, 21, in a plea agreement pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges for battery and Williamson was sentenced to 10 days in jail, and Johnson-Carson was sentenced to 4 days in jail, but Judge Swanson gave them credit for time served.

Mitchell's family says, that Judge Swanson who is White failed to provide any justice for Mitchell who was Black. 

Apparently, Blacks and Whites have a two-tier of justice system in Milwaukee County.

Waukegan, Illinois - On Wednesday, Margaret Carrasco, the President of Fiesta Patrias in Waukegan that sponsors the annual Mexican Independence Day Parade and Festival for the last 30 years confirmed that the September 14, 2025 Fiesta Patrias parade and festival has been postponed until November to combine it with the Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) due to safety reasons and threat of a large scale USICE operation including the deployment of the National Guard from 6 red states to assist in immigration and domestic law enforcement operations in Chicago (Cook County) and Lake County, which includes the City of Waukegan. It's the first time that the Fiesta Patrias organizers have postponed its annual event in 30 years.

This year's Fiesta Patrias parade included more than 100 food and item vendors, 100 horses, 6 Mexican style bands and more than 200 parade units (3 mile long parade), making it the largest one-day parade and festival in the midwest, and draws millions of dollars of economic imput annually to the Great Lakes County, according to Carrasco. 

According to Carrasco, an official with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in the Great Lakes region adviced that all upcoming events that will draw crowds to Mexican Independence Day  celebrations should be canceled indicating that the events, parades and festivals have been allegedly targeted for immigration enforcement by (Make Amerikkka Great Again-MAGA) USICE and the assisting MAGA National Guard.

Carrasco also posted in her Facebook account in social media that at 300 USICE and federal agents and 1,700 National Guard troops have arrived at the Great Lakes Naval Station, 3355 Illinois Street in North Chicago, Illinois. She says, additional troops and federal agents are expected to be deployed in the Chicago metropolitan area by Trump and Pete Hegseth, the Secretary of Defense.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Wednesday, multiple Black advocacy groups released the following public statement on Milwaukee Police Union President Alexander Ayala's call for National Guard deployment in the City of Milwaukee.

We are deeply disturbed by the decision of Milwaukee Police Union President Alexander Ayala to publicly call on President Donald Trump to send National Guard troops into the City of Milwaukee. This action is reckless, unconstitutional, and blatantly disrespectful to both the citizens of Milwaukee and the very officers Mr. Ayala claims to represent.

By asking for military intervention in a City governed by elected leadership, Mr. Ayala has demonstrated a complete lack of faith in the Milwaukee Police Department's ability to perform its duties—and in his own ability to lead. A union president's role is to protect and uplift officers, not to undermine their credibility or call for military occupation against the people they are sworn to serve.

This call signals not only a dangerous flirtation with fascist and authoritarian tactics, but also a disturbing disregard for civil liberties, community trust, and democratic governance. The people of Milwaukee elect their leaders—not police unions, not external militias, and certainly not bewildered  union presidents that can't lead or find solutions, and questions the authority of our local government.

While meeting with Mayor Johnson, Ayala was asking the mayor what the City could do to prevent U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) from engaging in immigration enforcement at Mexican Fiesta in the Summerfest grounds. Johnson says that he can't understand now why Ayala is so interested in bringing federal troops now, bringing in the federal government now.

Ayala is also a Board member of the WHSF, which sponsors the annual Mexican Fiesta at the Summerfest grounds.

Federal Lawsuit Filed By Minocqua Brewing Company Super PAC In Wisconsin To Unmask And Identify MAGA Gestapo USICE And Feds During Immigration Enforcement

Bangstad, owner of the Minocqua Brewing Company says that the Super PAC chipped in at least $10K to file the class action lawsuit on Sunday to unmask and identity MAGA Gestapo USICE and feds in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

Madison, Wisconsin - On Monday, Kirk Bangstad, the owner of Minocqua Brewing Company and Super PAC, which has the same name announced that on Sunday, he filed a class action complaint for injunctive and declaratory relief lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin against Kristi Noem, Todd Lyons, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (USDHS) and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE), claiming that they are in violation of the First, Fourth and Fifth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution as a result of ICE's policy of conducting civil immigration enforcement with officers acting while masked or without visible identification and seeks injunctive relief from the court to cease such illegal policy mandates that allows USICE officials to wear masks and no identification when conducting immigration enforcement operations in Wisconsin.

According to Bangstag, the lawsuit was filed on behalf of Wisconsinites to unmask, identify them (USICE officials) by name including badge number, and wear USICE insignia. 

On Sunday during a press conference in Dane County after filing the federal lawsuit, Bangstad said, "Our lawsuit was filed on the heels of LRB 4042, a bill introduced by Wisconsin State Assembly Representative Sylvia Ortiz-Velez (D-Milwaukee) last week that seeks to effectively achieve the same goals as our lawsuit through legislative means."

"Unfortunately, legislative Democrats in this state are in the minority and the Republicans in charge won't pass this bill—because doing so would require them to muster up a level of courage that we haven't seen since Trump turned them into a cult of personality years ago.

"That's why we filed our federal lawsuit in Wisconsin's Western District. We hope that a judge on that court has the courage to meet the moment and protect Wisconsinites.

"For months, we called on Wisconsin's Democratic Attorney General, Josh Kaul, to file a lawsuit to unmask ICE. We gave him the legal arguments on how to do it weeks ago and even gave him a draft of our completed lawsuit last week.

"We asked our email list of over 300K people to demand that Kaul 1) protect Wisconsinites from violent ICE agents who are racially profiling and illegally harassing U.S. Citizens and migrants alike, and 2) protect us from ICE impersonators--who get away with raping, assaulting, and robbing women because they look no different than real ICE agents who wear masks and hide their identities. We know that like us, several hundred of you wrote to Josh Kaul but have heard nothing back in return.

"After weeks of waiting for someone to get back to us from the Attorney General's office, and after our publicized deadline for him to respond by last Friday came and went, we filed our lawsuit this morning. We fully understand that our Attorney General should be doing this, not us, but here we are. Someone in this state needs to sue ICE, and if our AG isn't willing to do his job, then we'll do it for him.

"The lawsuit goes into detail about how ICE is currently violating our 1st, 4th, and 5th Constitutional Amendments by acting like a gang of thugs instead of respected law enforcement agents."

Wisconsin State Representative Sylvia Ortiz-Velez (D-Milw) proposed LRB 4042 bill to unmask and identity USICE officials, if passed by the Republican state controlled legislature, it would make it a state felony D for USICE agents and feds to wear masks and not identify themselves during immigration enforcement operations in the state.

Hit-and-run Pickup Driver With Iowa License Plates Sought For The Death Of Annette Pintor, 48, In The Southside Of Milwaukee

Pintor was struck by a pickup truck at S. 35 St. and W. Greenfield Ave. on Sunday,  according to Milwaukee police.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, Milwaukee police responded to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident around 12:49 p.m. and located Annette Pintor, 48, suffering from critical injuries. Pintor was transported to a local hospital for treatment and succumbed to her injuries at 3:23 p.m. at the hospital, according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.

Milwaukee police are looking for the hit-and-run driver of a 2008 GMC silver pickup truck with Iowa license plate # PZP172 with possible on the hood or grill.

No arrests have been made in connection with the hit-and-run death of Pintor.

Multicultural Affairs Office Student Services Offered At Milwaukee Area Technical College To Students Of Color Were Eliminated By MATC President Dr. Anthony Cruz

The new Office of Community Impact that replaced the Multicultural Affairs Office in late August 2025 at MATC hasn't released any specific plans or student services that would benefit students of color, which nearly 63% of the student population is majority minority and 23% of the student enrollment population is Hispanic.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) screened shot and published the services that included academic advising, crisis intervention, student advocacy and other paramount services previously provided to students of color by the Milwaukee Area Technical College Multicultural Affairs Office that had helped increased enrollment of students including Latinos and was instrumental in helping to recruit, retain and successfully graduate students of color that then continued to pursue higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and other area colleges and universities in Milwaukee and state.

Checkout the Multicultural Affairs Office (MAO) services to students of color (Black, Hispanic, Asian and Native-American) that were eliminated when the MAO was eliminated in late August under the decision of Milwaukee Area Technical College President Dr. Anthony Cruz.

Also, four student services specialists were also terminated without the option to transfer to other positions at the technical college, which is a violation of MATC policy.

According to MATC AFT Local 212, MATC failed to offer "transfer rights to the four employees adversely affected by the closing, as per page 34 of the MATC Employee Handbook which states that, "full-time employees subject to involuntary layoff shall be considered for reassignment." 

According to MATC, the Office of Community Impact replaced the MAO, and so far, MATC has not released what services will be offer to students, compared to what the MAO offered to help recruit, retain and graduate  students of color.

The elimination of the MAO came under protest by the Black, Hispanic, Asian and Native-American communities and they are demanding the reinstatement of the 4 student services specialists that were unfairly terminated. Students, instructors, workers and members from the Black, Hispanic, Asian and Native-American communities have lost confidence on MATC President Dr. Cruz and want his investure in September to be postponed by the MATC Board of Trustees.

The elimination of the MAO was to comply with the Trump's MAGA U.S. Department of Education (US DOE) guidance that prohibits positions with duties that provide services exclusively to students based on race or ethnicity (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion).

PBS News reported on August 14, 2025,  "A federal judge on Thursday struck down two Trump administration actions aimed at eliminating diversity, equity and inclusion programs at the nation's schools and universities."

"In her ruling, U.S. District Judge Stephanie Gallagher in Maryland found that the Education Department violated the law when it threatened to cut federal funding from educational institutions that continued with DEI initiatives.

"The guidance has been on hold since April when three federal judges blocked various portions of the Education Department's anti-DEI measures."

Apparently, MATC President Cruz didn't have any justified reason to eliminate the MAO, since complying with the US DOE guidance is illegal and unconstitutional, according  to multiple federal court rulings. Cruz's decision also goes in contrary to Wisconsin state law that created the technical college as well.

Under this statue it states that the principal purpose of technical colleges in the state is to (e) provide education and services which address barriers created by stereotyping and discriminating and assist individuals with disabilities, minorities, women, and the disadvantaged to participate in the work force and the full range of technical college programs and activities. 

The US DOE is being elininated by Trump as well, according to an executive order.
