18-year-old Jaquveon Wright Fatally Stabbed In The Neck By Female Cousin Over An Argument In The Southside Of Milwaukee

Wright was fatally stabbed in the neck by his 19-year-old female cousin over an argument, according to Milwaukee police.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Monday, Milwaukee police responded to a stabbing around 2:20 p.m. at the 800 block of S. 22 Street, located Jaquveon Wright, 18, aka, "Quay" with a stab wound to the neck. Life-saving measures were administered by Milwaukee Fire Department first responders, but subsequently failed.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office declared Wright deceased at 2:56 p.m. at the scene.

A 19-year-old female who was identified as Wright's cousin was taken into custody and 1st-degree intentional homicide charges are pending, according to police.

In a preliminary police report, both Wright and his female cousin got into a heated argument and she fatally stabbed him in the neck.
