33-year-old Juan C. Morales-Escarffullett Charged With 1st-degree Intentional Homicide In The Death Of William Concepción González, 45, In Milwaukee

Morales-Escarffullett fatally shot González in the Southside of Milwaukee in late August.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office charged Juan C. Morales-Escarffullett, 33, with 1st-degree intentional homicide and use of a dangerous weapon for the August 25, 2022 homicide of William Concepción González, 45, in the Southside of Milwaukee.

If convicted, Morales-Escarffullett is facing life in prison without the possibility of parole. A $250,000 cash bond was set for Morales-Escarffullett on September 2nd. He is scheduled for a preliminary court hearing on September 12th.

On August 25th, Milwaukee police responded to shots fired at the 1300 block of W. Burnham Street and when they arrived at the scene, they found Concepción González with fatal gunshot wounds. González was pronounced deceased at the scene.
