More Than 14 Milwaukee Police Officers And Supervisors Involved In Multiple Arrests On S. 6th Street

Police converged at an apartment duplex on S. 6th Street and took multiple people I to custody.

Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, more than 14 Milwaukee police officers including several supervisors converged at two apartment duplex at the 1700 block of S. 6th Street and took multiple people into custody, including a female. Milwaukee Police Sergeant Timothy Gauerke from the Chief of Police Office reported that, "Milwaukee Police investigated a family fight at that house on Monday, September 14th.  The caller initially said the fight included knives, which drew a large response.  Several subjects were issued citations."
The area from S. 6th Street to S. 5th Place and from W. Historic Mitchell Street to W. Becher Street is known as Crack Alley, according to police.
