Wauwatosa Swat and Police Swarmed Frank Jude Jr.'s Home

Police on Monday surrounded the home of Frank Jude Jr. after a possible intrusion was reported.

Wauwatosa, WI - On Monday, Wauwatosa police and a tactical unit surrounded the home of Frank Jude Jr., who once became a victim of abuse and severe beating nine years ago by seven Milwaukee police officers at a Bay View party. The officers were all convicted in federal court for violating Jude Jr.'s civil rights and Jude Jr. was later awarded $2.5M by the City of Milwaukee. 
Police say, that they recieved a call by a delivery man of an open door at a residence near N. 121 and W. Vliet and were responding to a possible intruder. 
Police were able find the brother of Jude Jr. at the home and they later found that there was no danger in the neighborhood. Jerome Wallace, Jude's brother was released after he turn himself in to police during the investigation.
Police were able to contact Jude Jr. by phone who confirmed that he was alright.
Currently, Jude Jr. is wanted for violating a domestic abuse restraining order. A warrant for Jude Jr. arrest was issued this month.
