Maxwell S. Anderson, 33, Charged For The Homicide And Dismemberment Of Sade Carleena Robinson, 19, In The Southside Of Milwaukee


Anderson allegedly torched vehicle of reported missing 19-year-old Robinson and discarded parts of her dismembered body in Cudahy and in the Northside of Milwaukee.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, Maxwell Steven Anderson, 33, was charged with three felony counts, 1st-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse, and arson of property other than building in connection with the April 1st homicide and dismemberment of Sade Carleena Robinson, 19, in Milwaukee.

Anderson is facing life in prison without the possibility of parole for 1st-degree intentional homicide, is also facing up to 12 years and 6 months in prison and up to $25,000 in fines, or both for mutilating a corpse, and up to 3 years and 6 month in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, or both for arson. A $5M cash bail was set for Anderson and a Hold was also place.

The criminal complaint states that Anderson met Robinson on April 1 at Twisted Fisherman on Canal Street, according to cellphone tracking device and video obtained from the seafood restaurant by police.

Then the cellphone Life360 app used by police traced Anderson's cellphone from the seafood restaurant to Duke's on N. Water Street, then to his residence at the 3100 block of S. 31 Street, between 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m., Anderson was tracked to Warnimont Golf Course and Park where Robinson's severed leg was found in/near the water around 5:30 p.m. by an individual in the area who called Cudahy police who then contacted the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office (MCSO).

A MCSO detective was able to also recover video footage from the Cudahy High School showing Anderson driving in the area.

On April 2, after 7:30 a.m., police located a torched 2020 Civic Honda at N. 29 Street and W. Lisbon Ave. that belonged to Robinson. A witness in the area saw Anderson throw a lighter and ignited Robinson's vehicle. Later, police were able to recover Milwaukee County Transit System bus video showing Anderson riding the bus around 8:30 a.m. from the area where Robinson's vehicle was found torched.

On April 6, police found  Robinson's foot with pink nail polish matching her severed leg with the foot having matching pink nails at N. 31 and W. Galena.

HE HAS NOT! MAXWELL REMAINS IN CUSTODY ON $5 MILLION BAIL. SPREADING OTHERWISE IS INSANELY IRRESPONSIBLE, NOT TO MENTION FALSE!
