A nearly 300-page police investigative report from both Waukesha and Walworth counties frivolously indicate that the head of Protective Makau has been operating a mom's criminal organization and is anti-government for standing up against corrupt family court judges and law enforcement who enforce illegal acts committed by judges who are not held accountable. Also, in general all the mothers who have been jilted by a family court judge erroneous and illegal decision and who have decided to protest the widespread corruption by judges and Guardian Ad Litems (GAL) in family courts in the U.S., are now being classified by local law enforcement officials in Wisconsin as anti-government and involved in a criminal organization to take babies away from fathers, (literally saying), according to what the police investigative reports indicate. In order words, the corrupt law enforcement officials are saying, if anyone or mothers decide to expose their corruption and enforcement of illegal decisions and acts committed by County family court judges, especially these moms, they are now labeled anti-government and involved in a criminal organization.

Vancouver, Canada - On Wednesday, Kathryn Alamea-Xian, the Interim Executive Director of Protective Makua, an advocacy non-profit organization that advocates for equal rights of domestic abused women and children says, that she is being persecuted by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the Walworth County District Attorney's Office and the Delavan Police Department in the U.S. for protecting and advocating for the legal rights of Julie Valadez and her 15-year-old son, Ethan Valadez.
Both Valadez and Alamea-Xian are claiming that the CBSA had no criminal warrant for any offence to hold them and that the CBSA under Erin O'Gorman, the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has unlawfully and unconstitutionally detained them including Ethan because they are under the Refugee Protection Division (RPD), which is separate from CBSA, which has no jurisdiction of protected refugee claimants and currently, the federal employees from the RPD are on a nationwide strike in Canada. Julie, Ethan and Alamea-Xian are being illegally held by the CBSA and they should be immediately released.
Julie Valadez and Kathryn Xian released the following joint statement, "We are very concerned to be unlawfully detained at the Immigration Holding Center in Surrey BC. We were unlawfully arrested by the CBSA on April 21, 2023, under the Immigration Division. However, we were referred for Political Asylum to Canada's Refugee Political Division at the IRCC. The Immigration Division's unlawful arrest and detainment of Refugee Claimants is out of their jurisdiction. But, because of Canada's nationwide strike of it's Federal workers, the Refugee Protection Division is all but shut down and no one is paying attention to this gross injustice during this strike. Please spread this message to all of Canada's Parliament."
Alamea-Xian helped Julie to file a Petition of Writ of Mandamus with the Wisconsin State Supreme Court in March 2023 detailing all the Constitutional violations and illegal acts committed by both Waukesha County family court Judges Michael J. Alamea-Xian, Julie and Ethan applied for asylum in Canada and on March 21, 2023, they were taken into custody by the Canada Border Services (CBSA) Agency agent Danielle (Jenkins) Bernard, phone # 1-587-894-1250 and police.
Alamea-Xian and Julie had a 3-hour CBSA hearing on Tuesday and two hours before the hearing, they were provided with a copy of nearly a 300-page Waukesha and Walworth counties police reports from the Waukesha Police Department and Delavan Police Department, which frivolously classified Alamea-Xian, who is a LBGTQI activist of operating an alleged criminal organization, anti-government group composed of a group of mothers who have been done wrong by some corrupt family court judges and GALs. But in the Waukesha County divorce case of Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez in Wisconsin, Julie as a whistleblower has been the only woman in Wisconsin's history to successfully document and expose the corruption of the Waukesha County family court proceedings by two inept judges who have a history of legislating from the bench and not following state laws that protect domestic abused women and children. These two judges have also failed to follow the decisions of the Wisconsin State Court of Appeals in four appeals, in Julie's favor.
Ethan, 15, is also being held at another facility for children and apparently a hard copy notice from an immigration division in Canada has been delivered to where Ethan and Julie resides, eventhough, they know he is being held at a facility or group home operated by the Canadian Ministry of Children and Families (CMCF). If Ethan fails to be interviewed, then his application for asylum will most likely be denied.
According to Alamea-Xian, Julie learned that a social worker from the CMCF has told Ethan that his and Julie's application for asylum will failed, and that he would be returned to Wisconsin to be with his abusive father, which triggered a PTSD episode and was temporarily hospitalized for accessment.
According to Alamea-Xian, Wisconsin Walworth and Waukesha authorities are attempting to disable Julie Valadez's Facebook account, which has countless of documents proving the corruption allegations against the Waukesha County family court judges and GALs involved. But, all Julie's evidence of the alleged corruption, Constitutional rights violations against her and her children including court transcripts showing judges committing illegal acts, proceedings and violating Julie's rights have been included in the public filing of the Writ of Mandamus with the Wisconsin State Supreme Court.
Lastly, the Walworth County D.A.'s Office, the Delavan Police Department and the Waukesha Police Department have been monitoring the Julie Valadez, Alamea-Xian and Protective Makua Facebook accounts and have identified all the women who are following and supporting Valadez and Alamea-Xian in exposing the widespread corruption by judges in both Waukesha and Walworth counties including certain police investigators who have allegedly committed fraud in the police reports that both Julie and Alamea-Xian received two hours before the hearing on Tuesday.
According to Alamea-Xian, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. is also mentioned in the Delavan and Waukesha police reports. Also, the Waukesha and Walworth County authorities have subpoenaed Julie's, emails, texts, Facebook (FB) private messages and other information regarding all the women who have contacted Julie through FB, which now the Waukesha County authorities including the court judges know who the women are that have organized to expose the widespread corruption at the Waukesha County family court judicial system. The women are now at risk of fierce retaliation by the alleged corrupt Waukesha County authorities and judges involved who are now classifying them as members of an organized criminal organization, according to Alamea-Xian.
In one report, Waukesha Police Detective Shelly Fischer allegedly lied on the record that Julie had accused her ex-husband, Ricardo Valadez of sexually assaulting their young daughter and other siblings, which Julie has denied ever telling Det. Fischer that Ricardo sexually assaulted their children, and Fischer was the initial investigator in the sexual assault of Julie by Ricardo. Also, when Det. Fischer interviewed Ethan, he told her that he was physically and mentally abused by his father, and Fischer later testified in court that Ethan never told her that his father abused him, according to Alamea-Xian. The question that authorities in Walworth and Waukesha counties haven't addressed, is why has Ethan ran away five times from his abusive father?, Alamea-Xian asked.

Alamea-Xian and Valadez who are being held at a CBSA immigration facility in Surrey are scheduled for CBSA hearing on May 2nd. The CBSA will determine, if the frivolous allegations of a criminal organization in both the Walworth and Waukesha Counties police reports are bogus or have substantial grounds to deny asylum in Canada to Julie, Alamea-Xian and Ethan.
On April 7, 2023, Protective Makua released the following information about Julie and her dovorced case at the Waukesha County family court. "Never before have we witnessed such lawlessness in courts than what we have seen, and what has been the standard, in Waukesha and Walworth counties in their discrimination against mothers reporting domestic abuse (or acknowledged as victims) on the basis of sex, gender, and marital status."
"Many moms fight back, none have been successful. One mom, Julie Valadez has gotten the furthest to expose the pervasive crimes of these courts and setting case law protecting victims of abuse from biased judges.
"After her 4 appellate wins, the inferior court tried its best to stop her by furthering illegal attempts to incarcerate her or force her into a mental institution (though she was found to be a fit and proper mother to her children). On March 24, 2023, Julie Valadez succeeded in filing her Petition for a Writ of Mandamus with the Wisconsin Supreme Court. And she did it pro se (self-represented).
"Julie is truly a champion for her children and a modern-day(s) hero for all moms and would-be moms, especially those suffering from domestic abuse.

On April 26, 2023, Guillaume Bérubé, the Manager, Media Relations for CBSA responded via email to HNNUSA who requested confirmation about the arrest of Julie, Ethan and Alamea-Xian and why were they detained on April 21. Bérubé stated, "The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) does not provide comment or details on specific individual cases as an individual’s border and immigration information is considered private and protected by the Privacy Act."
The American Citizens Services Unit at the U.S. Consulate General in Vancouver, Canada on April 26, 2023 released the following statement regarding the arrests of Julie, Ethan and Alamea-Xian by the CBSA, "We cannot discuss the details of cases involving U.S. citizens. We are aware of the situation and monitoring it."
