Bush is facing life in prison for the murder of 29-year-old Colón-Delgado and shooting two other men.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, Tommy Thorn Bush, 49, was charged with 1st-degree intentional homicide, two felony counts for 1st-degree reckless endangering safety and 1 count for possession of a firearm by a felon and 1 count for bail jumping in the homicide of Christian E. Colón-Delgado, 29, on February 27, 2022, according to court records. If convicted, Bush is facing life in prison without the possibility of parole for Colón-Delgado's homicide and 12 years and 6 months in prison and up to $25,000 in fines for each count of reckless endangering, 10 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines for firearm possession by a felon and 6 years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines for bail jumping. A cash bail of $250,000 was set for Bush.
According to the criminal complaint, the Colón-Delgado family were having a family event at La Pasadita Bar in the Southside of Milwaukee at S. 6th St. and W. Cleveland Ave. when Bush entered the establishment near closing time and began to make unwanted advances to a female at the party. Bush was told to leave and was escorted out. After the event ended, Bush returned with a firearm and fatally shot Colón-Delgado, and shot his brother, Giordano Colón, 30, and Luis Cruz Santana, 52, who were transported to a local hospital with critical injuries. Both victims survived.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office ruled Colón-Delgado's death a homicide. Colón-Delgado died after being shot multiple times and struck in the head by a gunshot.
In 2018, Bush was charged with multiple felony counts that included possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of cocaine and maintaining a drug trafficking place with habitual criminal on all counts. He is awaiting final pre-trial for April 20, 2022 and was free on a $1,500 cash bond, which he posted, according to court records.
In 2004, Bush was also charged with three felony counts for manufacturing of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of cocaine and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Colón-Delgado operated the Colon's Towing & Repair LLC in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, since 2016.
Update: On Thursday, March 10, 2022, Tommy Thorn Bush was bound for further homicide proceedings in Milwaukee County after probable cause was found that Bush likely committed a homicide and additional crimes after being observed in several video surveillance cameras outside of La Pasadita Bar holding a handgun and walking up to the victims while they were rear loading party items into an SUV after their family event ended. Bush was captured by a video surveillance camera approaching Christian E. Colón-Delgado, 29, on February 27, 2022 and fatally shooting him and also shooting at both Giordano Colón, 30, and Luis Cruz Santana, 52, who were transported to a local hospital with critical injuries. The victims were unarmed, according to police.
