26 Men In Milwaukee County Facing Charges For One Or A Combined Felony Sexual Assault Of A Child Including Repeated Sexual Contact With A Child And Possession Of Child Pornography Images

Wisconsin State criminal records show that at least 26 Milwaukee County men are facing one or a combined variety of felony charges for sexual assault of a child, repeated sexual contact with a child including possession of child pornography images, according to court records.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - According to an exclusive child sexual assault investigation by Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) in Milwaukee County, at least 26 men in Milwaukee County alone are facing one or a combined variety of felony charges for sexual assault of a child-sex contact, repeated sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography images, criminal state records show.

If convicted of any of the alleged felony charges, the 26 men are facing between 10 to 60 years in prison including fines from $10,000 to $100,000 for each charge. Most of the current criminal cases are still open without convictions, according to state court records.

They are:

• Miguel Velazquez Lopez, 54, charged for 1st-degree child sexual assault-intercourse under 12 and 1st-degree child sexual assault under 13, custody date: 12/14/2020, cash bail set at $25,000.

• Erik Rodriguez, 34, charged with repeated sexual assault of the same child, custody date: 12/08/2020, cash bail set at $45,000.

• Ricardo Rivera, 55, charged with repeated sexual assault of the same child and 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child, custody date: 10/01/2020, cash bail set at $50,000.

• Raymond Rivera, 31, charged with two counts of 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child, custody date: 1/14/2022, cash bail set at $30,000.

• Scott Belmarez, 40, charged with three counts for 1st-degree sexual assault of a child and sexual contact, custody date: 4/07/2020, cash bail set at $10,000.

• Rodrigo Cruz Lopez, 29, charged with 1st-degree sexual assault of a child-intercourse, child sexploitation, videos, records, etc. and two counts for possession of child pornography, custody date: 9/11/2021, cash bail set at $75,000.

• George Coriano, 33, charged with 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child and 1st-degree child sex assault including sexual contact, custody date, 8/26/2021, cash bail set at $20,000.

• Keyvin Colon-Rosario, 27, charged with two counts for 1st-degree child sex assault including contact and sex intercourse, custody date, 12/29/2020, cash bail set at $20,000.

• Julio Chay-Amaya, 47, charged with 1st-degree child sexual assault-intercourse, 3rd-degree sexual assault, repeated sexual assault of the same child, child enticement-sexual contact, incest with child by step parent, repeated sexual contact with same child and incest with child, custody date, 11/01/2021, cash bail set at $200,000.

• Jose Cerda, 40, charged with five counts for possession of child pornography, custody date, 11/19/2021, cash bail set at $15,000.

• Brandon Evans Ortiz, 23, charged with 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child, custody date, 11/17/2021, cash bail set at $40,000.

• Julean Matos Rodriguez, 21, charged with 1st-degree sexual assault of a child, custody date, 10/23/2020, cash bail set at $40,000.

On 4/02/2021, Matos Rodriguez was charged with an additional felony count for 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child.

• Isidro Mata, 37, charged with 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child, custody date, 7/31/2020, cash bail set at $15,000.

• Miguel Martinez, 71, charged with two counts of 1st-degree child sexual assault including sexual contact, custody date, 1/03/2020. Charges were dismissed on 10/18/2021, but allowed to be read in another criminal case.

• Rosario Barone, 39, charged with two counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child, custody date, 1/15/2022, cash bail set at $50,000.

• Luis Hernandez-Perez, 29, charged with three counts of 1st-degree child sexual assault- intercourse-contact, custody date,7/07/2021, cash bail set at $25,000.

• Emmanuel Guzman, 31, charged with 1st-degree child sexual assault-intercourse, custody date: 6/27/2021,
pleaded guilty on 12/10/2021 and sentencing hearing date scheduled for 3/22/2022.

• Eduardo Guizar Santamaria, 29, charged with child enticement-sexual contact, custody date, 8/30/2021.

• Reynato Guerra, 52, charged with 1st-degree child sexual assault-intercourse, custody date, 7/20/2021, cash bail set at $75,000.

• Raul Feliciano Andino, 28, charged with 1st-degree child sexual assault-intercourse, custody date, 3/30/2020, cash bail set at $20,000.

• Angel Rivas, 24, charged with two counts of 1st-degree child sexual assault-intercourse, custody date, 6/08/2021, cash bail set at $30,000.

• Kelvin Reyes, 40, charged with 1st-degree child sexual assault-intercourse, custody date, 5/12/2021, cash bail set at $75,000.

• Raymond Perez, 52, charged with 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child and 1st-degree child sex assault-sexual contact, custody date, 10/18/2021, cash bail set at $30,000.

• Joel Lopez, 38, charged with repeated sexual assault of the same child, child enticement-sexual, 1st-degree child sexual assault-intercourse and child enticement-sexual contact, custody date, 8/31/2021, cash bail set at $200,000.

• Jose Lopez, 43, charged with 1st-degree child sex assault-sexul contact, 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child and 3rd-degree sexual assault, custody date, 1/17/2022, cash bail set at $50,000.

• Pascual Castrejon, 37, charged with two counts of child sexploitation, videos, records and etc., three counts for 1st-degree child sex assault-sexual contact and repeated sexual assault of the same child, custody date, 1/15/2021.

On 1/19/2022, Castrejon was sentenced to 51 years in prison for 6 felony counts, but will be actually confined for at least 35 years in prison.

According to the Wisconsin State Sex Offender Registry, there are hundreds of registered child sex offenders living in the predominantly Hispanic Southside community. Most of the child sex offenders that serve their prison sentences do return to the community where they were convicted for their child sex offenses.
