Milwaukee, WI - On Tuesday, Frank Sensabaugh, aka, Frank Nitty, 39, was booked in the Milwaukee County jail pending a felony charge and bail was set at $50,000. Sensabaugh was taken into custody on Monday around 11:00 p.m. while he live streamed his arrest by police on his Facebook (FB) account.

According to the police arrest document, Sensabaugh allegedly is accused of 3rd-degree sexual assault.

Sensabaugh during the FB live stream identified the woman who filed a sexual assault complaint against him as Chandi LeSure. LeSure, 36, apparently took Sensabaugh's rental vehicle for four days and didn't return it and he also denied the sexual assault allegation against him.

LeSure posted the following statement on her FB account.

Another individual was arrested at the scene as well for interfering with Sensabaugh's arrest.

Sensabaugh is well known for his local activism and leading protests including marches during the Summer calling for police accountabilty,  reform and justice for numerous Black victims of police brutality and murder.

Sensabaugh also led a 791 mile walk from Milwaukee to Washington, D.C. for the August 28th commemoration of the 57th anniversary of the 1963 Civil rights march on Washington where Dr. Martin Luther King gave the famous "I Have A Dream" speech.

Update: Frank Sensabaugh was released without charges on Friday, but the sexual assault complaint by Chandi LeSure is still under investigation and ongoing, according to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.

Another woman came out and alleged on her Facebook account posted video on November 20th that on August 23, 2020, Frank "Nitty" Sensabaugh sexually assaulted her in the bathroom of a hotel in Pennsylvania. The woman, Tiffany Rivera-Carrigan says that she is driving back to Pennsylvania to speak to a police detective and will be filing a sexual assault complaint against Sensabaugh. Rivera-Carrigan also says that she has a cellphone recorded conversation with Sensabaugh where he admitted of sexually assaulting her.

Milwaukee police arrested Arthur Von Morgan, aka, Orsino Morgan, 39, after he struck an officer in the head three times the night that Sensabaugh was taken into custody. Morgan was charged on Friday, November 20th with one felony count for battery to a law enforcement officer. If convicted, Morgan is facing up to 6 years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.
