Latino teen mass shooter at Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa will remain in juvenile detention until next month's court hearing.

Milwaukee. WI - The 15-year-old Hispanic male suspect who allegedly shot 7 adults and one teen at Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa on Friday will remain in juvenile detention until next month, according to a juvenile court hearing on Tuesday. He has not been waived to adult court and has a court hearing next month.
The 15-year-old juvenile was on probation for prior criminal offense and was not supposed to get in trouble.
According to police, the 15-year-old shooter fled the scene by calling a Uber, which took him to his family residence. Police arrested the suspect a day after while traveling in a vehicle with Illinois plates. A Glock 9mm handgun was recovered when the teen was taken into custody. The suspect also had a packed bag and was attempting to flee the state.
The juvenile has not been identified at this time.
Two additional suspects have been arrested in the case.

Frank Sensabaugh, aka, Frank Nitty Taken Into Custody By Milwaukee Police For Alleged 3rd-degree Sexual Assault
Sensabaugh live streamed his arrest by police on Monday night on his Facebook account.
Update: Frank Sensabaugh was released without charges on Friday, but the sexual assault complaint by Chandi LeSure is still under investigation and ongoing, according to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
Another woman came out and alleged on her Facebook account posted video on November 20th that on August 23, 2020, Frank "Nitty" Sensabaugh sexually assaulted her in the bathroom of a hotel in Pennsylvania. The woman, Tiffany Rivera-Carrigan says that she is driving back to Pennsylvania to speak to a police detective and will be filing a sexual assault complaint against Sensabaugh. Rivera-Carrigan also says that she has a cellphone recorded conversation with Sensabaugh where he admitted of sexually assaulting her.
Milwaukee police arrested Arthur Von Morgan, aka, Orsino Morgan, 39, after he struck an officer in the head three times the night that Sensabaugh was taken into custody. Morgan was charged on Friday, November 20th with one felony count for battery to a law enforcement officer. If convicted, Morgan is facing up to 6 years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.
