Alfredo Garcia Pleaded No Contest To Three Felony Counts For Child Abuse And Exposing Genitals

Garcia in a plea agreement pleaded no contest to three felony counts for child abuse and exposing genitals in a case, which his young daughter from a previous marriage became a victim.

Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, Alfredo Garcia, 55, in a plea agreement pleaded no contest to three amended felony counts, one felony count for physical child abuse causing intentional harm and two felony counts for exposing genitals. Garcia is facing up to 6 years in prison for child abuse and $10,000 in fines and up to 3 years and six months in prison and $10,000 in fines for each count for exposing genitals. If Garcia is not a U.S. Citizen, he will be deported after serving his sentence, according to court records. Garcia is facing up to 13 years in prison and $30,000 in fines, his conviction sentencing hearing is scheduled for October 3, 2016.
Garcia was charged in December 30, 2014 with two felony counts for repeated sexual assault of a child and 1st-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13. According to the criminal complaint, Garcia repeatedly victimized his younger daughter from a previous marriage.
