Suspect in hit-and-run sought in the death of a 35-year-old woman.

Milwaukee, WI - On Friday, Milwaukee police identified ReeAnna Lynn Ramazini, 35, as a deceased hit-and-run victim at the 1900 block of W. Bolivar Ave. Ramazini was struck on Thursday around 8 p.m. at the 1900 block of W. Bolivar Avenue. Ramazini, according to police was in the roadway when she was struck by a white four-door sport utility vehicle. The vehicle fled the area northbound on S. 20th Street and is believed to have front end damage. Two off-duty Milwaukee police officers saw the victim lying on the roadway and began first aid. The Milwaukee Fire Department responded and attempted lifesaving measures but the victim was later pronounced dead on the scene.
The circumstances leading up to this crash are still under investigation, but police suspect Ramazini was targeted. MPD continues to seek the striking vehicle and the investigation is ongoing.
Update: Two teens, male, 17, and female, 17, were taken into custody and a 19-year-old male driver is sought in connection with the hit-and-run death of ReeAnna Ramazini on November 5. The vehicle used in Ramazini's hit-and-run was located on Friday by police in the City of Franklin.
