Suspect Arrested For The July 7th Double Milwaukee Southside Homicide

A Gofundme was created for one of the victims found fatally shot on S. 6th Street and W. Arthur Ave. on early Tuesday in Milwaukee's  Southside.

Milwaukee, WI - On Thursday, one of the victims found fatally shot at the 600 block of W. Arthur Ave. was identified as Victor Omar Burgos Rosario, 29, originally from Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico. A relative says her uncle, would have been 30-years-old in September. Burgos Rosario was one of two victims found fatally shot on the street by Milwaukee police. 
One suspect was taken into custody on Wednesday in connection with the double homicide.
Police identified the second victim as Wilbert Saurez-Otero, 29. Burgos Rosario was 30-years-old, according to police.
Burgos Rosario is survived by a wife and two children (boys), according to Jainyt Burgos, who created a Gofundme account to seek donations for his funeral expenses. His remains will be returned to Puerto Rico for his final resting place, according to Jainyt.
