After sharing his wanted poster and taunting police, Lescowitch received an online invitation for a drink by a fictitious woman on FB. He didn't want a drink, but agreed to come out and meet the woman for a cigarette smoke.
When undercover cops arrived to meet the suspect for a smoke, he came out and was arrested by Freeland police. Police then posted, that he was arrested 45 minutes after sharing his wanted poster.
Police had posted the wanted poster on FB around 8:19 p.m. on Monday and then later they noticed that it was shared by Lescowitch on FB at 9:11 p.m. In less than 45 minutes later, he was arrested by police. At 10:02 p.m.  police posted on the Freeland Police Department FB that he had been arrested.
Bail for Lescowitch was set at $25,000. He was wanted since last Summer for the assault and charges were filed in November. He was also wanted for a probation violation in Luzerne County.
